Vraiment bon et pas chère (qu'en France).
La personne qui nous a servi était vraiment sympathique et parle français ce qui est pratique pour le nom des pâtisseries.

Ici tout donne envie ! Vous avez le coin salé et sucré. Le jus de fruit est frais et c'est un délice. De plus, large choix de boissons chaudes.
Le personnel parle très bien français et reçoit avec le sourire. Tout cela, pour un prix imbattable !

Gezellige vriendelijke ambachtelijke bakker in één van de smalle straatjes van Alfama. Er is gelegenheid om heerlijk en ongecompliceerd te ontbijten voor een lage prijs. Loop altijd even binnen, heb je geen trek, dan toch voor de sfeer en een kopje koffie!

Locale piccolo in una stradina dell’Alfama, ma una vera sorpresa. I migliori pastel de nata mangiati a Lisbona li abbiamo trovati qui, accompagnati da un ottimo caffè espresso, il tutto a prezzi irrisori! Proprietario simpaticissimo, gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Davvero consigliato!

We wish we found this place earlier! The pastries are absolutely devine. The owner is the sweets gentleman. And the price is extremely cheap. We had 2 ham and cheese pastry, 2 other savoury pastries, 1 tart, and 2 coffee for less than 6EURO.

The alfama pastry is really good and a nice mix up from the everyday natas we had. Fluent English and French spoken here. Owner scowled because we only bought two pastries, calling us cheap. This was off putting, but we had already bought breakfast and actually came here to only try the alfama pastry. But the pastry was good and worth trying.

We took breakfast from this place every morning on our holiday in Lisbon. The staff is so friendly and treated us like friends. Pastel de nata was the best. Possibility for take away. If you stay in Alfama, you should definitely try it.

Seriously the BEST de Natas! My husband and I tried 6 different places throughout Lisbon and felt these were the best. Yes they beat out the famous Belém. The owner is very nice as well!

They are so so damn nice and the food is insanely cheap. I had a massive breakfast WITH a coffee for under 5€. Keep in mind the area is a bit tourist-y so it'll be a tad busy at certain hours, but you can't go wrong here. Lots of traditional Portuguese options are available.

Abbiamo alloggiato 4 giorni a Lisbona nel quartiere Alfama che consiglio calorosamente ed abbiamo fatto colazione tutte le mattine in questa fantastica piccola caffetteria. Non aspettatevi un locale alla moda ma la vera essenza del quartiere. Dolci e salato spettacolari ed i gestori gentilissimi e cordiali. Da non perdere se siete di passaggio a Lisbona

Our Air bnb was steps away so we had breakfasy here every day morning for 5 days. Occasionally stepped in for a quick pastel and coffee. Really friendly staff, highly recommend. They speak good english and other languages as well. Hope to come back to Lisbon again!

Hidden gem!
Choose between sweet or savory pastry and be delighted either way. Breakfast for two with drinks came in under 5euro.
Chef speaks English very well, helps with making a choice among all the deliciousness and has everything under control.

Ducked in here for shelter from very unseasonal rains and were spoiled with warm friendly staff and tasty homemade pastries. Enjoyed a mix of both sweet and savoury treats, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices here.

Endroit authentique et planqué dans les ruelles d’Alfama fréquentés par les locaux, les pâtisseries sont excellentes, le serveur parle français et anglais. Super rapport qualité prix. Pour le petit dej ne pas arriver après 9h sinon il y a la queue sur le trottoir et il y a très peu de places assises.
Je recommande vivement.

In der aktuellen Lage haben verständlicherweise viele Läden geschlossen. Durch Zufall sind wir auf diesen kleinen Laden gestoßen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und durften uns an der Theke viele Leckereien aussuchen. Alle Backwaren waren saftig und lecker - der Bäcker versteht sein Handwerk.
Es war unser viertes Lokal in dem wir frühstücken waren in Lissabon und hier ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.
Siehe Bild zusätzlich hatten wir noch zwei weitere Gebäcks die wir später geholt hatten.

10/10, servicio espectacular el camarero habla todas las lenguas imaginables, variedad de desayunos.
En cuanto entramos, pedimos como 4 unidades y dos cafés, en seguida nos sirvieron, probamos y volvimos a repetir, pedimos otros pasteles diferentes y otra vez acertamos.
Resultado, buen precio y calidad, volveremos sin duda.

Had no expectations but this place had very good baked savory and sweet goods . Great for breakfast. Cheap too, 7€ total for a breakfast with leftovers for two people. With two coffees included in this price. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place, small and charming. You know it is authentic when you see the same old portuguese ladies having their coffee here every morning! The pastries are delicious, pastel Alfama especially! The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. If you want an authentic, non franchise experience, I couldn't reccomend this place more.

Unpretentious, home baked pastries in a typical alleyway of Alfama. Go early to get the pastries warm, fresh out of the oven but compete with a queue of tourists or, pro tip: go a little later, get them lukewarm but no queueing involved:) Staff (+owner?) are super friendly and accommodating. There's a small sitting place on site (12-15 people) and prices are very low.

Overrated place. Crowds from the arriving ships. I think everyone is coming here cause it was published somewhere in the list of best breakfast places but it’s by far not the best. There are couple of similar places nearby. Just coffee and pastries, no place to sit. I wouldn’t recommend , have a look around at the similar cafes around the corner

Very nice and small pastelaria in the mid of Alfama district. Delicious pastries (the best Pastel de Nata I had in Lisboa) and very good coffee. Prices are low compared to the rest of Lisboa. Go there for a realistic Alfama experience and skip the touristic restaurants.

Très bon spot pour prendre le (petit) déjeuner. Les prix sont très démocratiques, pour 2,50€ on peut avoir une pâtisserie avec un café / chocolat chaud / jus d'orange.
Une petite salle attenante permet de manger sur place.

Sans prendre de pincettes, je vais y aller franco d’entrée de jeu et dire ce que j´ai sur le cœur concernant ce cette boulangerie : c’est une excellente boulangerie. À peine le pied posé sur leur carrelage qu’on se sent chez soi : on a envie d’aller faire la bise à tout le monde, de récupérer le courrier, de se faire une quiche lorraine... Mais pas la peine ! Vous n’êtes pas du tout chez vous, mais dans une boulangerie où l’on vous servira à manger, non pas une quiche - encore que - mais de délicieuses friandises sucrées comme salées qui raviront les papilles des petits et des grands sans porter atteinte à vos finances. Le responsable des lieux vous surprendra par une bonhommie à toute épreuve, faisant de lui la personnalité préférées des Français, très loin devant Griezmann, Kendji et même Goldman. Oui, même Goldman je n’ai pas peur de le dire. Bref cette boulangerie est une tuerie, allez-y les yeux fermés (mais attention à la marche quand même hahahahahahahaha).

With all of the great reviews I expected the pastels to taste much better than they ended up tasting. They weren't bad, but certainly not impressive. I will say the staff was super friendly though. They recommended I lock my bike elsewhere so it doesn't get stolen.

Delicious and inexpensive. We took to go for r a breakfast picnic. We had 1 savoury pastry, 2 sweet tarts, a chocolate salami, and a milky coffee, and it was less than 5 euros. The lemon almond tart was one of the best desserts on our Europe trip, and everything was fresh. This is not a fancy place, but the products were 5 star.

Local bakery, with tasty treats, coffee, in a great spot. The little tea room off to the side is perfect for a quiet break from the crowds of Alfama. So good, we went three times in 6 days for breakfast. Yum!

We found the amazing reviews of this place to be absolutely correct! Well worth a visit if you are in need of a rest whilst wondering about in Alfama. The price is cheap, the cheapest Pastel de Nata €0.85(as of when we went), yet one of the best tasting ones from our whole trip! The guys running Alfama Doce are excellent and we would highly recommend others to head over and try them out!
Also the codfish cakes were delicious and must be tried!

A small local pastry shop in a typical Alfama street/alley, rather than a super-busy tourist attraction. The owner lady is kind, and the pastries are decent for the price. Nothing fancy or too decorative. Simple and basic, yet good and generous. It is not a must-try place, but when happen to roam around the Alfama street, it's surely worth to stop by and have a bite or a sip of coffee. Seating area is limited (3-4 tables?).

Hicimos varios desayunos en esta pastelería, regentada más por portugueses que por turistas. La atención del hombre con rasgos "filipinos" es de inmejorable, más aun a esas horas de la mañana cuando llegas con el estómago vacío. Los dulces, algunos caseros, otros no lo creo. A buen precio y riquísimos!

Good pastry, coffee and service at a great price for the area. Their pastel de nata is not too sweet and is a little reminiscent of merange (whipped egg whites). Visited by locals. The staff speak very good French and English.

Situata in uno dei vicoletti alti dell'alfama su TripAdvisor promette una qualità e una scelta che personalmente non ho riscontrato. 4 tavolini di cui 2 a ridosso del bagno, ricavato circondando il wc con 4 assi di legno. Questa volta TripAdvisor ha sbagliato: c'è di molto meglio.

The person who served us (owner?) was so friendly. He spoke good English, which was helpful, and also fluent French to a couple that arrived. We had excellent Portuguese tarts with cinnamon and icing sugar - which I've learnt are called pastel de natas. Also, very affordable!
I went back with my husband today (8 months later) - all still wonderful at this cafe!

Delicious pastries and great coffee at insanely low prices. The line is long and the layout is awkward inside, with a large table and nowhere to sit, as well as difficult to back up and get out of the shop, but staff are professional and polite and it was a great breakfast.

One of the best i've had in Portugal. Get at least 2 per person, you don't want to queue twice! The place inside is huge and quite amazing. Clean (they had just cleaned them when i went) and cool toilets

It was recommended by our local host. Otherwise, it was one those gems in the city that is hard to spot. It is historic landmark with friendly and helpful owner.
They have really good Portuguese pastries. Great place to have breakfast or snack. Keep on mind that the seating area is very small. But the turn out is really quick.

Le petit déjeuner liboète parfait au cœur de l'Alfama. Pâtisseries sucrées ou salées, cafés et thés. Petite salle où se mélangent habitués, locaux et touristes perdus ou initiés. Si le patron vous dit que les natas sont encore trop chauds, croyez-le. Ça sort de son four à 300°!!! Délicieux

Boulangerie tout a fait honorable dans le quartier. Le matin, des habitués de tous les ages y viennent. Bonne qualité des pâtisseries sans être exceptionnelles. Il y a beaucoup de choix. Très bon accueil du personnel, le patron souriant parle le français. Goûtez par vous même!

The best Pasteis de Nata I've had in Lisbon. The ones from Pasteis de Belem are amazing - the pastry is super crisp (and a little too salty for my taste) but I find them too milky and not sweet enough. The ones at Pastelaria Alfama Doce are sweet, but not too sweet, and they have a deliciously delicate lemon flavour which is uncommon for pasteis de nata. The pastry is crisp, and custard is properly creamy too. Don't expect to have them fresh out of the oven as this place isn't supplying a steady stream of tourists like the Manteigaria or Pasteis de Belem, but in my opinion it gives them a run for their money!

Grosse déception en y allant après avoir lu les commentaires précédents. Service tout sauf aimable, la qualité de la nourriture sucrée comme salée était moyenne voire mauvaise, les pasteis de nata sortant du lot mais ayant juste le goût d'un flan pâtissier traditionnel. Le salame de chocolate est...le même que l'on trouve au supermarché du coin...

Un petit endroit discret où prendre un excellent petit déjeuner et découvrir les spécialité portugaise avec un jus d'orange frais au top et un café remarquable. Très bien si vous êtes en famille ou en couple.

Pâtisserie maison très bonne. Vous serez accueilli chaleureusement en français ou en anglais. Leur pastel de nata est croustillante et délicieuse. Avec un jus orange fraîchement pressé et une boisson chaude. Pas cher du tout. Il y a même une petite salle pour la dégustation.

If there is one place you want to experience authentic friendly local Portuguese delicatessen - then this is the place. I would walk 500 miles to go there. Pure authentic, friendly, great service and food. Hands down - THIS IS PORTUGAL
