Really nice place, the guys that serve you are the real Portuguese, but they try to speak different languages so you can try and speak some Portuguese too. Variety of sweets and bread is great. Do try their daily soup for 1,5€! So good!

Só NÃO dou a nota máxima a este café, porque o que consumi, que foi uma garrafa de água, não foi preparado por eles, mas a minha amiga ficou satisfeita. Há a realçar o atendimento eficiente dos empregados e sua simpatia o que, diga-se de passagem, não comum de todo aqui em Lisboa, em particular e no Sul, em geral!!

Un superbe endroit pour prendre un petit déjeuner ou une pause dans la journée. Un personnel très actif et attentif à vos demandes. Le rapport qualité prix et plus qu'excellent (pour trois personne, 14€ pour un petit déjeuner complet avec 2 pâtisseries chacun et 1 ou 2 boissons ). Les produits sont pour la majorité typiques du Portugal.

If you’re thinking about staying in Lisbon for a little longer than a long weekend, this is the place where you quickly stop being just one more tourist and start being a “local” tourist. Staff actually makes you feel very welcome, they greet you, crack jokes and smile. And their “pastelinhos de nata quentinhos” truly are like warm bites of sunshine with cinnamon. Ask for a galão if you are the latte type, and there you have it.

Ce café est devenu notre repère pour le petit déjeuner lors de notre voyage à Lisbonne. Bon marché, il propose du pain et des pâtisseries portugaises. Les serveurs y parlent un peu français et anglais pour les touristes dont ils ont l'habitude.

Chiado caffe é algo que aprecio mesmo. Porquê?... Porque é um local muito agradavel, cada vez que vou la, alem da simpatia e a atençao dos functionarios, os bolos sao algo muito convitatiti vo... Absolutamente fabuloso.
Ainda agora encontro-me a tomar o meu delicioso pequeno almoço, e o Sr Jorge é uma pessoa muito atenciosa, afável e sempre bem desposto...um bom começo de manhã é no Chiado Caffe.
Adoro, simplesmente.

I'm here right now for my nata fix in the morning. I usually go to Pastelaria Camões next door but as they are closed on sat (don't ask me why), I came here today and their nata is almost as good as next door.
Puff is excellent and the custard is almost runny....

Персонал прекрасний і випічка нереально смачна!
Як такого меню у них немає, ми підійшли до офіціанта і він гарно все розказав і показав, сказав що варто спробувати. За свій вибір я не жалкую, тут усе дуже смачне та що найголовніше свіже! До десертів замовили ще каву, яка теж мала приємний смак. Кава ( американо) обійдеться тут 0,8 євро. Випічка від 1 євро і вище, проте не дуже дорого. За замовлення із двох горняток кави, сендвіч, слойка зі шпинатом (просто офігенна), і ще два види якоїсь солодкої смакоти, довелось заплатити лише 8 євро, і це за двох :)
Рекомендую це заклад до відвідування!!

E un ottima pasticceria è non solo perché fa anche un buon pane che mi ricorda molto quelo nostro lavorato. Cordiale e disponibile il personale. Ottimo rapporto qualità--prezzo. Consigliato!!!

Very very nice! Had an authentique pastel de nata and an espresso! I was shocked about the price: 1,65€ !!! Soooo cheap!! And the coffee was delicious; normally I don’t drink espresso (too strong) but this espresso was like you were drinking some supersoft latte, amazing. Pastel de nata was really tasty! Would recommend this place for sure!

Excellentes pâtisseries mais salle franchement moyenne surtout dans le fond (tables à côté de la plonge et ses odeurs de javel et poubelles à l'air libre et ses moucherons miam).
À emporter plutôt ou bien sur place près de l'entrée.

A qualidade dos bolos é muito boa e as bebidas bem servidas. O preço também está bom para a zona e para a qualidade.

Hier gibt es eine sehr gute Auswahl an belegten und süßen Backwaren zu angenehmen Preisen. Alles was wir dort direkt gegessen oder mitgenommen haben, hat gut geschmeckt. Es gibt für rund 20 Personen Tische und Stühle, wenn man dort schnabulieren möchte.
Bestellung und Bedienung läuft sehr schnell. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, war immer gut gelaunt und sehr aufmerksam.
Preis/Leistung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, so dass dieses Café mehrfach unsere Anlaufstelle fürs Frühstück wurde.

We usually go here to have something to eat. Specially for a quick, not so expensive lunch at Chiado. Soups and sandwichs are good and the staff is really funny and helpful.
Also have great natas, to eat and take away along with other pastries and some tourists memorabilia .

Einfacher Café. Gute Lage und nicht zu eng. Allerdings sind die jüngeren Bedienungen von Touristen gelangweilt und entsprechend verlangsamt. Das Tee-Sortiment ist außerdem sehr eingeschränkt.

Bon rapport qualité prix, tellement que l'on pourrait prendre son petit déjeuner tous les jours ici. Grand choix de pâtisseries, toutes aussi bonnes les unes que les autres. Le serveur parle parfaitement anglais. Vous vous installez et on prend votre commande et on la ramène à table. Cet endroit est juste le top dans le quartier pour les pâtisseries.

One of the best coffee shops in town. The Pastel de Nata are fresh, a bit crunchy and when combined with a Galao coffee, they are amazing. The personal is very friendly and they speak English.

Perfect place for a nice cup of coffee with breakfast and/or lunch. Friendly staff, nice interior and nice ambiance. The prices aren't that high and that is a nice thing, because the quality actually is.
