Yes, yes, yes! We have visited almost every day in our holidays and it is quite honestly superb. I would post a picture but it wouldn't do it justice. We have tried; almond and orange, coconut, sour almond, mint choc chip (which my daughter is now addicted to!), Blackberry yoghurt, cinnamon and ginger, fig and almond ... The list goes on! Needless to say, it changes daily (and is hand made on site) and it really makes you come back every day as you never want to miss one of their new creations. One scoop is plenty. Enjoy and sit in the shade. Noms :)

Für den Preis je Kugel, erwarte ich auch etwas besonderes. Gutes Eis und viele verschiedene Sorten aber, es gibt auch noch besseres Handmade ice. z.B. in Lagos/Portugal...

Con capricho de comer helado y llevado por las recomendaciones, acabamos en Ice Cream Factory. A pesar que muchos comentarios digan que no son helados artesanales, puedo confirmar que si lo son, y no solamente eso, si no que los conos, son de los mejores que he probado nunca. El local, es bastante pequeño y a partir de determinada hora siempre ha un poco de cola. Cuenta con 4 mesas y varios bancos por si te apetece tomarlo allí mismo, todo ello en un ambiente paradisiaco. Nos pedimos un helado de chocolate y otro de tarta de queso de fresa, espectaculares! Bastante generoso y a 2’50€ cada uno, un regalo para ser artesanos. A parte de los helados también hacen crepés, que no probamos, pero tenían una pinta exquisita, de hecho, antes de que acaben las vacaciones nos daremos un último capricho dulce para probarlo. Si se está en Luz o se pasa por allí, merece la pena desviarse un poco para probar estos helados!

We visited this place before and had better opinion about it, not sure what was changed, but now surely they use artificial flavors, we tried 4 different flavors and all of them had chemical taste, not "artisanal" ice cream at all.

Mit das beste Eis, was wir in unserem Urlaub gegessen haben und eine feste Anlaufstelle, wenn es um Dessert nach einem guten Essen in Luz oder einfach ein Eis zwischendurch geht. Verschiedene, teilweise täglich wechselnde Sorten, sowohl klassisch (Schoko und Erdbeere) als auch besondere (Mojito oder Applepie). Auch hier sind die Kugeln ziemlich teuer (2,50 €), aber auch nicht teurer als in anderen Eiscafes in der Umgebung - zudem so groß wie zwei Kugeln Eis in Deutschland, die mittlerweile zusammen auch 3 € kosten

The best ice cream in this resort. Visited every night for the week we were there! Friendly staff offer a huge selection of flavours! Just a warning - queues can get up to fifteen or twenty minutes long later into the evening as they experience peak hours.

Ice cream is absolutely delicious. Loved the pistachio flavour. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Absolutely delicious ice cream, have been going since it has opened and not once have I been dissapointed. Amazing value for money and to top it off, the staff are absolutely lovely with excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

Die kleinste Portion Eis kostet 2,50 Euro. Und mir war das cheesecake-Eis echt zu süß. Aber trotzdem gibt es lange Schlangen.

Sehr gutes Eis. Manchmal muss man lange warten, aber die Zeit kann man ja nutzen, um sich eine der leckeren Sorten auszusuchen. Die Eis- Bällchen sind etwa doppelt so groß, wie die ein manchen deutschen Eisdiele. Der Preis für drei große Bällchen von etwa 5 euro geht also klar.

If you like ice creams this is the only place you should go. We have tried a lot of varietes and all were good. Salted caramel is our favorite though.

Super leckeres Eis. Für 3,80 EUR (Stand Ende April 2017) gibt es zwei riesige Kugeln. In Deutschland entspricht die Größe ca. 4 Kugeln. Die verschiedenen Sorten sind handgemacht und super lecker. Es gab unter anderem Nutella, Haselnuss, Apfelstrudel (Apfelkuchen) und Stracciatella. Nach einem Restaurantbesuch in Luz definitiv zu empfehlen!

It's a great place to get a crêpe with some high quality ice cream for around 5 euros. They've got some imaginative flavours and pretty high quality ice cream. There isn't a huge amount of space, but the outdoor seating is nice and service was good when I went. I'd recommend a cinnamon crêpe with apple pie ice cream if it's still on the menu ;)

Leckeres Eis in meist vielen Sorten. Eine recht große Kugel für 2.50€. Ab 2 Kugeln wird es günstiger. Die Öffnungszeiten sind manchmal etwas eigenartig. Mitten am Tag dann mal geschlossen. Für einen Eisladen ungewöhnlich.
