The most unprofessional company I've ever had to work with. Impossible to reach on the phone. I tried to call at least 20 times in the span of 2 days and either no one picks up or after waiting for 15 minutes on the line someone does pick up and then hangs up! Called multiple numbers as well and after not picking up, they switch off the phones or something as the call goes straight to voicemail. They promised delivery on a specific day so I arranged help to unpack 2 pallets and then of course they did not deliver and did not bother to let me know. Palletways decided to work with them in Lisbon area- good luck with that! Avoid whenever possible, just awful and customer service nn existent!

Transporte efectuado sem problemas e atendimento proactivo.

Tinha uma encomenda para receber na 5 feira que não foi feita por ter acontecido um imprevisto pode acontecer a qualquer um... Fiquei com a garantia de que seria entregue no dia seguinte. Hoje é após vários telefonemas a garantir que iria receber surgiu mais um imprevisto???? Inacreditável. Estes imprevistos irão causar transtornos e prejuízos de grande dimensão é inacreditável. Caros não sei como fazem a vossa logística mas o correcto seria retomar o serviço pelos clientes que ficaram " pendurados" no dia anterior não? Para mim a vossa empresa não presta mais serviços é inadmissível o que aconteceu hoje. Vergonhoso
