I got in touch and organised a stag group paddleboard session. The bay and beach at Cascais is great for paddleboarding, and the staff were all good fun. We all had a fantastic time on the massive board, and also when we swapped onto individual boards.

Had a great SUP class, it was our first time trying it and the instructor Diogo was a brilliant teacher and very friendly. We really enjoyed it! There's a space you can change in and you can leave your valuables there while you're in the water.

Surf n Paddle is a perfect place to rent a SUP or take classes at Praia da Duqueza. Owner is very friendly! It´s worth to check it!

I had spontaneously booked a 2 hour surfing class for beginners and I can say that this was the best decision ever! :) The class was set at Giuncho beach - a beautiful place with nice waves. Our group was small and our instructor Lourenço incredibly patient, nice and positive. Even though you cannot expect to actually “learn” how to surf in one class only, I am highly motivated now to try again and really recommend this experience to everyone. Thanks to the team ☺️

cascais beach is awesome because there is an wonderfull soft land and very nice view for the beach and the city and also have a good bars with portugal's tipic foods ..I loved

I want to say Massive Thank you to Pedro. He is such amazing person and the best teacher ever. I fall in love paddling. He made my day and my birthday. I would suggest everyone to use this school. All staff are so lovely and welcoming. We decade to come back Cascais for next year. Thank you Pedro for everything.

Great experience. Booked a SUP class with my girlfriend as we were first-timers. Our instructor was very friendly, lightened the mood and made it worthwile for the both of us. Would recommend!

My two Dutch nieces shared the board and Nick’s instructions. His English was adapted cheerfully to their language skills so in a matter of minutes they were safely paddling away in the beautiful bay of Cascaïs. He runs a great operation with new boards and paddles on one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been on. And that from someone who doesn’t like sand and seawater..:-) Recommended!

Great experience! Went to surfnpaddle with a group of 30 for a stag do. Nick and the team were great. It was the only time we didn't feel a nuisance!

We did a 2 hour Tour to the lighthouse and it was great. Nick is a good Teacher, he gave us many Tipps and showed us some tricks.
