A minha experiência com a loja dji do Colombo (iservices) é do pior, não recomendo esta marca pois a minha infeliz compra nesta loja um drone mavic mini, comprado em Dezembro, em que por avaria do drone mavic mini, acabei por perdê-lo num voo de apenas 340 metros em que o drone para além de não obedecer as ordens de comando também não cumpriu o que diz as características técnicas do mesmo, em que numa dessas características diz que o drone ao perder o sinal faz o retorno automático coisa que não veio a acontecer, e que está marca DJI (iservices) tarda em resolver, e tarde em cumprir o que diz as leis portuguesas quando um produto por defeito ou anomalia ou até mesmo quando não cumpre as normas e especificacoes deste, continuo a data de hoje a espera que estes resolvao o meu problema, pois neste momento estão no jogo do empurra iservices vs DJI para ver se o cliente desiste desta lamentável forma de fazer negócio.

Não efetuam trocas de equipamentos vendidos avariados e simpatia não tem nada. As faturas são em nome da Loja da iServices.

Went to DJI Colombo and got my brand new Mavic Mini!!!! The staff was excellent, they helped me with the activation of the drone and they also gave me a class on how to fly safely (FOR FREE)! Afterwards they helped me with a malfunction of my osmo mobile... ALSO FOR FREE!!!!! The best ones yet!!

The shop is on two floors but downstairs was closed because there was only on of the staff there. Next day I came again for the mavic Mini to get a first look of it but they only had a dummy and none for demo in their flying cage. Knowledge of the mavic itself was first none and then he seemed to google some stuff but maaan if you work in such a shop you gotta show some interest in new releases and know at least the stuff that is written directly on to the packaging ...

Best place to get DJI stuff in Lisbon. The staff reserved the newest Osmo Mobile (pre-release) for me and Whatsapp messaged me once it was in stock.
