Happy-Donkeys Sanctuary Algarve: I bought a pair of sunglasses from Alberto Oculistas in Continente Portimão especially for riding a motorcycle. Before I tried 4 different models at the shop and was assisted by one of their salesman who accompanied me outside the shop so I could try them in natural sun light. I explained I needed them to drive a motorbike, and he advised me the model I ended up buying. When I arrived home I soon noticed that at a certain angle the colors suddently change and returned to the shop 2 days later and was attended by a lady salesmen who confirmed that these changing of colour is very dangerous by riding a motorcycle. She than discussed the issue with the shop manager, who refused to reimburse me. When she came back she had changed her behaviour towards my partner and me, said that I had tried out 4 glasses and therefore she could not give me the money back. When we approached her, that she previously agreed that these glasses were dangerous for motorcycling she answerd that this was just her personal opinion and had nothing to do with the glasses!!! They offered to replace the sun glasses, but did not have the model I wanted and needed time to research, and had they found one in stock, the price was 57€ more than in other shops, as I later researched. They insisted that it was very clear on the invoice (small letters, barely readable) that they do not give a refund ! That is preposterous, as you only given the invoice after payment is completed !!!!! As it was clear they were not going to refund me the money, i asked for the Complaint Book, which they could not find and we were asked to wait, about 20 minutes, while they get one at their other premises ! This is a law infringement, and we had the right to make an official complaint to the police. Well, Alberto Oculistas: giving wrong advice, not willing to correct the mistake and getting disgusting unfriendly.

Pete Rowell: We had a great experience with Optica Arade, and I would highly recommend them. Miguel was very professional and patient in giving me and my wife advice on our options for lenses and glasses which we really appreciated and would return again when we next need eye tests and glasses.

Fui lá na terça-feira às 1145, a placa na porta dizia que eles abriram às 1100. Muitos clientes que estavam à porta. Estava trancada. Vi empregados lá dentro, pessoas bateram na porta e ninguém veio explicar o que estava acontecendo. Muitas pessoas estavam saindo do estacionamento afirmando que não voltariam. Acho que vou ter de encontrar outro sítio para fazer compras.

Não vá ao Home Depot em Pittsfield 20 minutos antes deles fecharem. Você vai ouvir um anúncio no intercomunicador de que eles vão fechar em 15 minutos, no entanto, você vai ouvir outro anúncio de que eles estão tendo sua reunião de funcionários na frente da loja ao mesmo tempo. Portanto, se você tiver uma pergunta, não há ninguém por perto para ajudar, todos os funcionários estão na frente dos registros em uma pilha. Há 3 cadastros abertos, mas apenas 1 funcionário disponível, mas rude como o inferno porque ela não pode comparecer à reunião. E ela está a apressá-lo para que possa apanhar o final de uma reunião que não faz bem, porque o atendimento ao cliente neste local é horrível! Eu adorava fazer compras aqui quando abriu, mas agora eu evito a todo custo. Mas como é o único lugar por aqui, não tenho escolha a essa hora da noite. Quem me dera que alguém que se importasse se levantasse e assumisse o controle do lugar. Estou cansada de empregados mal-educados. Há um punhado de bons funcionários que não me entendem mal, mas é muito raro. E quando recebemos um funcionário incrível, voltamos meses depois e eles não estão mais trabalhando lá ou não estão mais naquele dia, então nossa experiência de compras é uma droga mais uma vez. Sugiro que você viaje para fora da cidade, que alguém o ajude quem sabe do que está falando e não apenas lhe conte informações do banco de suas calças, vendo vídeos. Como eu disse que há um punhado de funcionários incríveis, eu diria que 10 em cada 80 funcionários não é muito bom. Este Home Depot precisa de ajuda!
