Happy-Donkeys Sanctuary Algarve: I bought a pair of sunglasses from Alberto Oculistas in Continente Portimão especially for riding a motorcycle. Before I tried 4 different models at the shop and was assisted by one of their salesman who accompanied me outside the shop so I could try them in natural sun light. I explained I needed them to drive a motorbike, and he advised me the model I ended up buying. When I arrived home I soon noticed that at a certain angle the colors suddently change and returned to the shop 2 days later and was attended by a lady salesmen who confirmed that these changing of colour is very dangerous by riding a motorcycle. She than discussed the issue with the shop manager, who refused to reimburse me. When she came back she had changed her behaviour towards my partner and me, said that I had tried out 4 glasses and therefore she could not give me the money back. When we approached her, that she previously agreed that these glasses were dangerous for motorcycling she answerd that this was just her personal opinion and had nothing to do with the glasses!!! They offered to replace the sun glasses, but did not have the model I wanted and needed time to research, and had they found one in stock, the price was 57€ more than in other shops, as I later researched. They insisted that it was very clear on the invoice (small letters, barely readable) that they do not give a refund ! That is preposterous, as you only given the invoice after payment is completed !!!!! As it was clear they were not going to refund me the money, i asked for the Complaint Book, which they could not find and we were asked to wait, about 20 minutes, while they get one at their other premises ! This is a law infringement, and we had the right to make an official complaint to the police. Well, Alberto Oculistas: giving wrong advice, not willing to correct the mistake and getting disgusting unfriendly.

Pete Rowell: We had a great experience with Optica Arade, and I would highly recommend them. Miguel was very professional and patient in giving me and my wife advice on our options for lenses and glasses which we really appreciated and would return again when we next need eye tests and glasses.

Uma loja de electrodomésticos local que lhe faz lembrar os velhos tempos. Pessoal simpático e conhecedor pronto a ajudá-lo a escolher o electrodoméstico certo. Eles podem até ajudar com o serviço. Salte as grandes lojas de caixas e obtenha qualidade junto com o pessoal de vendas que pode ajudar com este processo. Fiquei contente por ter vindo aqui para verificar, só porque eles são locais não significa que os seus preços sejam altos.

Fomos aqui às 19h para comprar uma máquina de lavar e secar, e quando chegámos à porta o associado pediu-me desculpa por ter acabado de fechar a loja. Quando mencionamos que a placa na porta diz que eles fecham às 20h, ele declarou novamente que decidiu fechar mais cedo. Não recomendo nada este lugar, o atendimento ao cliente é horrível!!!

Fui ao departamento de aparelhos para comprar um microondas. Tive que perseguir um empregado para conseguir ajuda, que me disse para esperar pelos dois que trabalhavam naquele departamento. Quando perguntei ao homem ele disse que estava ajudando outro cliente a ir esperar junto ao microondas e que ele trabalha até as 20h. Eu estava lá às 15:00h. Ele então ajudou dois outros clientes que foram atrás de mim, então pedi à gerência que também se recusou a ajudar. Este é o pior depósito de casa que eu já estive. Eu nunca mais vou passar por aqui. Sou deficiente e nunca fui tratado com um serviço de atendimento ao cliente tão horrível.
