Casa Paço D'ilhas is a unique little gem surrounded by beautiful nature and plenty of different beaches and surfbreaks! Jelle & Justin are the best host you can imagine! They take care of there guests as if they would be family. The rooms are unique in every way, cosy and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is great! Thanks for the travel experience! Gaëlle

Jaarlijks trekken we met ons kleine busje naar het zuiden op zoek naar nieuwe en onbekende plekken. Ondertussen is Paço d'Ilhas een vaste bestemming geworden waar we de 'the vanlife' graag even laten voor wat het is. Een heerlijke plek waar alle authenticiteit, rust en charme te vinden is waar we onderweg naar op zoek zijn. En jaarlijks opnieuw verrast worden door hoe goed het er is.

Paço is quiet and relaxed place. Jelle and Justin are very friendly and helpful, also Celeste is always serving breakfast with a smile. Would definitely book again!

Our stay was great! A warm, authentic, family paradise with friendly hosts, good food.
A unique concept that we definitely want to come back to!
The area is also highly recommended: nature and a sea with waves!

Wat een geweldige locatie, wij waren er als gezin en om te surfen. Mijn vrouw en kindje hadden genoeg bezigheden terwijl ik was gaan surfen. Het eten wat overheerlijk en de gastvrijheid fenomenaal. Deze mensen hebben hun hart op de juiste plaats. Wij komen zeker terug.

Perfect location, beautiful Portugese style rooms and nice breakfast! The owners are great guys, and very helpfull.
Close by the Beach, Ericeira, Lissabon, Sintra, Ovidius... loved it!!

Aangenaam ontvangst, goed ontbijt! Het is een prachtige locatie met veel mogelijkheden (yoga, zwemmen, speeltuintje,...). Het is gelokaliseerd dicht bij het strand en leuke adresjes om te gaan eten. Met de auto ideaal om Mafra, Lissabon, Obidos, Sinatra,... te bezoeken! Een aanrader voor jong en oud ❤️

Jelly and Justin went above and beyond to make sure my vacation in Portugal was top notch! They gave great tips for the remainder of my journey through Portugal and were incredibly caring. They even called me up during my trip to ask how everything was going. I've never experienced something like this before when traveling, so please don't hesitate to ask them for tips 'n tricks or ideas for the rest of your trip or for things to see in the neighborhood! Also, if you have the chance, ask Justin for one of his special meals. It's amazing!

This place is the best ! The owners might look like two hippies, but they are the sweetest and will spoil you on your stay. They might even offer you a foot massage if you’re lucky. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to have the time of there life !

We had a great time in and around the pool of Paço d’ilhas! Nice garden and yoga deck. Super breakfast and delicious dinner nights. Close to several surf spots and the center of Ericeira with loads of great fish restaurants.

This is a truly special place on earth. Justin and Jelle are what you would consider fantastic hosts: welcoming, warm, deep local knowledge, charismatic and the most important thing, they have big big hearts. They have done an amazing job renewing the space keeping its soul, something difficult to find. The space and rooms are super cosy, you can feel the alignment and energy of the whole complex. If on top of it you are looking for waves, they are your guys, ideal locals that live according to their human values. And the food is delicious btw! 100% recommendation, you won´t be wrong staying with them!! Peace & love

We absolutely loved Casa Paço D’Ilhas!
It’s beautifully designed, has a very relaxed atmosphere, serves delicious fresh food, and has dreamy sea views. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful, we felt right at home. It’s a great place for kids, our 4-year old had tons of fresh lawn to run through and a very cool wooden playground to climb and swing on. We can’t wait to come back the next time we are in Portugal! It’s a gem along the Portugese coast. Beautiful garden with 2 plunge pools. It’s run by a very helpful crew and if your lucky to be there on one of their cooking nights you’ll be in heaven. It became our favorite place to go to since living in Spain!

This place is heaven. Once you walk through the gate, you walk into another universe. This place is full of family you never knew. We shared the table with friends we never met. My kids played with uncles and aunties they never saw before. The garden, the pools, the rooms, the authentic vibe ... but most of all ... the amazing staff, the open manner of handling things. There is no place like this. <3

It's the perfect stay if you want some rest and also want to have the city and sea close by. The stay is amayzing. You can do awesome workshops like surfing and yoga and many more but also rest at the pool. It is open place where you can meet a lot of people. The staff is very kind and makes you feel at home.

Eentje dat blijft hangen in je herinneringen! Prachtige locatie die ervoor zorgt dat de lege batterijen terug opgeladen worden! De crew die met hart en ziel ervoor zorgt dat je je meteen thuis voelt, iets wat wij nog niet veel meegemaakt hebben. De gezellige en schattige huisjes voorzien je van alles wat je nodig hebt met het ontbijt als kers op de taart. Een echte aanrader. Voor de mensen die er in de toekomst zullen verblijven, enjoy !!

I’ve been recommending this wonderful b&b to all my friends! Not because it’s a cosy, warm place with the best breakfast! Not even because Ericeira finds great balance between surf and interesting places to visit! It’s all about the yoga-classes! OMG, those teachers are hot!

The people that works there are amazing, they are al kind in the way of helping or give some good advice for places to eat. Otherwise the breakfast and dinner they offer are also very good. I felt home!! Great place to stay and very nice location! I recommend everybody that place! And there is one person and her name is Celeshj and you just ask for her and she will do whatever it takes to help you! Great!

Esta casita cheia de história é dos hotéis rurais mais bonitos que conheci. Todo ele rodeado pela natureza, com um jardim maravilhoso e piscina e apenas a 15 minutos a pé da praia. As pessoas que aqui trabalham são fantásticas e o pequeno-almoço uma delícia! Portanto, tudo de bom!

Een prachtige locatie, waanzinnig mooie plek om volledig tot rust te komen...een top-team zorgt elke dag weer voor een heerlijk ontbijt en dit alles met een big smile de kamers zijn netjes en cosy. De tuin nodigt uit om te relaxen of lekker te zwemmen. Eigenlijk een plek om te koesteren ! Thx we will be back

The moment u walk into the door you are reminded how beautiful the World can be. An amazing garden, beautiful rooms, epic people hanging around. Breakfast always yummie, they can cook délicious food! And the activities around are awesome. Surfing, Supping, mountainbiken or just walking around. There are so many beautiful spots to discover

Wonderful place, nice swimming pool, kind and funny staff, multicultural dinners, Yoga classes. Located at the countryside near the beach and Ericeira village! A place to come back to, for sure!

Jelle and Justin are incredibly warm hosts. They have done an amazing job surrounding themselves with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff
The hotel and rooms are incredibly cosy (and just quaint enough). The garden and pool are definitely an awesome asset to this place.
An incredible recommendation is also to try their food!
For surfers and non-surfers alike, a 10/10 recommend!

Always a pleasure coming back here. It’s a quiet and very relaxing location, close to the beach. The rooms are always clean, and each one of them is unique in their own way. Nice garden with 2 pools. Wij waren op zoek naar een rustige en mooie locatie, en kwamen uit op dit. Dicht bij surfspots, proper, vriendelijk personeel, leuke plaats om te vertoeven voor en na de vele surfsessies! Een must visit in Ericeira!

This place takes you to a little Alice in wonderland experience as in, you can find peace and quitness in the garden. You can find your own magical spot to relax, everywhere there is something new growing, beautiful flowers,fruits, birds.. the place where you want to go for relaxing, even with kids. You can relax while the kids can be free and play around in a safe environment !

Chaleureus onthaal, crew die uitstraalt dat ze hun job met hart én ziel doen.
Logies met smaak ingericht, mét krakende deurtjes zoals in het schuren scharniertje van het radioprogramma destijds met Jos Ghysen (welbekend onder ons, de senioren).
Lekker en gezonde maaltijden om U tegen te zeggen.
