Hotel clasificado com 4 estrelas mas oferece dentro das características ar condicionado nos quartos mas para surpresa nossa ao chegar ao mesmo com temperaturas em Lisboa a rondar os 35 graus referem que o ar condicionado esta desligado por causa del barulho que faz, chegando os quartos a temperaturas por perto dos 30 graus, alem disso o sistema e desligado as 2 da manhã com o quarto a chegar a temperaturas altas sem poder arrefecer-lo nem arejear-lo, a solução da recepção e mudar de quarto para um outro nas mesmas condições é não tem sequer uma ventoinha disponivel ou como opção abrir a janela mas é pior o barulho que fazem os aviões ao passar acima do hotel.
E melhor ficar num hostel, se calhar tem melhores condições pelo preço pagado. As temperatura na rua é mais agradáveis que no hotel.

Well appointed hotel for our visit to Lisbon. No complaints about anything. Friendly staff at all times. Superb room with everything to hand. Large very comfortable bed. Restaurant serving breakfast was busy at times but delightful and extensive selection. Top class evening dinner. All really fresh and plenty to eat. Would recommend and would come here again.

Good service by discret but efficient personnel.
Breakfast is good.
Location is a bit remote for tourism when you want to walk, otherwise it doesn't take long to be in city centre.
Could be slightly noisy due to airplanes making their descent for Lisbon airport just above the hotel... it remains very reasonable.

Hotel bom para viagens de trabalho e laser, confortável, limpo e pessoal muito simpático e atencioso. Os quartos são grandes. Tem uma agradável zona de laser na recepção e um bar bastante agradável. O preço do mini bar, no quarto, é uma nota negativa (antes pagava 2 eur por uma água, desta vez firsm 3,5 euros, com diferença de 3 meses na estadia).

Visita não programada, apenas ficamos no hotel mediante um voucher da TAP. Mas a experiência não foi a melhor nem de perto.
A comida que servem no restaurante não é nem ao nivel de um hotel de 2 estrelas quanto mais de uma hotel de 4 estrela . Apenas apresentam um prato sem opção de escolha e a qualidade não é a melhor. Empregados pouco atenciosos .
Experiência que não irei repetir de certeza .

My second stay in a few weeks and as good as ever. Nice rooms, modern hotel, well kept with good friendly staff. As a point of interest, I stayed in Paris the week before and paid three times as much for a hotel that was nothing like as good - Lisbon and the Sana Malhoa in particular are well ahead of Paris!

Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty i z bardzo dobrym śniadaniem. Położony w dibrym miejscu, blisko metra. Obok dużo restauracji w tym bar chiński = rewelacyjne sushi. Wrócę tam gdy tylko będę w Lizbonie.

Portugal staff were amazing and so kind. Made my first time in lisbon memorable. Hotel was cleared. Wish bathroom amenities was a little more. I did oredered breakfast to my room on the door card a d lefted out but the cleaning last put it back into my room and i never received my morning breakfast. Overall experience was great!

Enttäuschend finde ich es als eventueller Gauner behandelt zu werden.also Kreditkarte her, 50€ pro Nacht belastet, soll als Sicherheit falls es auf mein Zimmer eine Belastung wäre. Da ich nichts belastet habe, bekam ich das Geld wieder vergütet. Bleibt für mich der Vorgang alsmiese Erinnerung

Nice hotel with big, clean and cozy rooms. The location it's ok I guess perfect if you come by car. From the metro line you need to walk awhile to reach it. Breakfast it's very good, rich, and many food options. The staff is very friendly.

Nice hotel close to Metro - very easy to go to every big sights in town. Room is clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is up to standard and plenty. We are happy to go back to the hotel when we have next visit to Lisbon and recommend it to others whether they go to Lisbon for business or holiday.

Muy buen hotel con habitaciones amplias y bien iluminadas cuyo personal asea con cuidado. Si bien no está en una zona turística, esta al lado del metro por lo que llegar a la Plaza de Comercio es cosa de minutos (o desde hacia el aeropuerto). El desayuno es de los mejores que he conocido con una variedad impresionante de opciones y mesas separadas que dan mucha comodidad.

Hotel liegt in Nähe der Metro, ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß, also sind alle Punkte in Lissabon schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar.Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr umfangreich.Bei sehr frühen Auschecken (vor offizieller Frühstückszeit) gibt es Lunchpaket.

Excelente hotel. Habitaciones, muy bien cuidadas, limpieza absoluta. Personal, excelente atención, siempre prestos a ayudarte en cualquier momento. Desayuno, de primera, tienen todo lo necesario para poder empezar tu día de trabajo o visita de la mejor manera, frutas, zumos, Nespresso, bollería muy surtida e incluso tienen pastelitos de Belén. Y si lo deseas puedes servirte un buen ENGLISH BREAKFAST. Finalmente la Ubicación, muy bien situada en la zona de negocios de Lisboa, tienes el Corte inglés a un paso y si deseas ir al centro de la ciudad, usa el metro. Si vienes del aeropuerto tienes 2 opciones, Autobus no.2 o el metro.

My wife and I spent a week here. All the staff, without exception, were courteous and friendly. Good food in the restaurant. Near to a metro station (Paza Espanha). We used the metro every day.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Nice beds and air conditioning (although the AC did stop working on our last night there, which was a shame). Breakfast was great, but the servers were slow to take used plates away. We travelled with a baby, and it was an excellent hotel for us. The portable crib was comfy, and they even brought a snack tray for the baby on the first day.

酒店比较新，房间大小和设施都符合四星标准，比较满意，发现阿联酋航空的空乘人员也下榻与此。早餐丰富，7月份入住的人也不是很多，吃的很从容。酒店位于比较安静的区域，对面就是警察局，安全不是问题，相邻都是各个知名的连锁酒店。略显不足是距离海边和主要景点有一定距离，最近的地铁站也不算非常近，但也不远。另外附近缺少超市，餐厅等基础服务，需要从市中心买了带回来，不是很方便。

Nice hotel and very close to underground stations. 3 stops away from down town. The spa was a disappointment. No attendants. Went twice and there was no one to give me a locker. Couldn’t book an appointment as no one answers the phone. There was a child playing in the hot tub as if it was a swimming pool.

The bathtubs are dangerously high & hard to get out of. A real safety hazard. Even with all the safety handles I slipped trying to climb out of the tub. I am in my 40’s & have no handicaps. Beware.

Hotel in stile contemporaneo situato in area alberghiera (a circa 8-10 minuti dall'aeroporto in auto, costo taxi 24,5€/30€, la metro è a 750 metri e il costo del biglietto dall'aeroporto è di 1,5€ e il centro città a circa 2,5/3km raggiungibile anche a piedi. I taxi stazionano normalmente davanti all'hotel). Personale cortese e attento. L'hotel ospita anche conferenze al piano -1 dove sono disponibili diverse sale ben attrezzate per lo scopo. Tra le altre c'è una palestra aperta 24/7 e accessibile gratuitamente e anche una spa, al check in solitamente viene fornito uno sconto di 10€ per i servizi a pagamento. La colazione (molta varietà tra dolce e salato e ottima qualità) era inclusa nel costo della camera nel mio caso. La mia camera, una doppia uso singola, spaziosa ed accogliente (nel bagno anche il bidet!) dotata di ogni comfort. Cercando il pelo nell'uovo, non ho apprezzato che le capsule del caffè in camera fossero a pagamento (1€ l'una), ma l'ho giustificato nell'ottica dell'attenzione per l'ambiente, per scoraggiarne l'uso.

Hôtel en travaux, le bruit de la route, ou des avions ne m'a pas dérangé. Le séminaire s'est très bien passé, bon petit dej, chambre assez grande et confortable. Personnel du restaurant et des étages, agréable et serviable, a l'accueil de l'hôtel c'est neutre, professionnel, et efficace. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ambiente appena rinnovato, pulitissimo, ma poco accogliente, così come il personale, gentile ma glaciale, mai un sorriso. Hanno una bella zona relax, ma la temperatura è troppo bassa, esci dall'idromassaggio e rischi la polmonite. Il costo della colazione è decisamente troppo alto.

Well located hotel with shops, restaurants nearby, not too far from the centre. Easy connections. For a four star hotel we were expecting at least a free bottle of water and coffee/tea. Each coffee pad is charged, a bottle of water is 3,50 per 0,5l. The windows are really bad in the rooms, they do not close properly and you can hear all the traffic and the plains right above you. The breakfast was not limited, there was a decent choice, but some of the bread was stale, the scrambled eggs were always cold, one day they had something, the other day they did not. They have a beautiful spa area, but the jacuzzi was not working and the steam room was out of service the whole time. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We really enjoyed the massage experience with Rita, she is a professional, highly recommend her!

Nos fuimos en familia a disfrutar de la ciudad de Lisboa con su ambiente Navideño. Empezamos mal porque nos estafaron en el
Parque temático “Capital do Natal”. Al llegar al Hotel preguntamos por el aparcamiento y nos dijeron que podíamos dejar el coche aparcado delante del hotel o bien que había un aparcamiento privado pero mucho más lejos por 15€/día. Optamos por dejarlo fuera porque había un sitio libre. El día siguiente, nos encontramos nuestro coche con 3 ruedas deshinchadas (al principio pensábamos que nos las habían rajado) pero pronto nos dimos cuenta de que otros 3 vehículos también estaban como el nuestro. Les pedimos a los del Hotel que llamaran a la policía y cuando llegaron nos informaron de que esas plazas solo eran para taxis. El error fue del hotel al informarnos de que si podíamos aparcar. El letrero de prohíbo aparcar solo estaba indicado en 2 de las 6 plazas habilitadas para ellos y hay otro letrero donde pone toda la información pero está más arriba de la calle lo cual no se ve para nada. En ese momento entendimos todo, los taxistas nos acorralaron poniéndose en doble fila para que no saliéramos y no sacaron el aire de los neumático. Nosotros teníamos un compresor y pudimos salir del apuro pero los otros ahí se quedaron y el hotel se lavó las manos por completo. La policía nos iba a denunciar hasta el momento en el que le dijimos de que si nos denunciaban nosotros también lo haríamos por los que estaban estacionados en doble fila. Desde luego fue una actitud muy fea por parte de los taxistas y lamentable por parte del hotel. Pero desde luego nos quedamos con las caras de los taxistas cuando nos vieron sacar el compresor para hinchar las ruedas y poder seguir disfrutando de la ciudad!

Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is ok if you like fruit yoghurt and disgusting sausages. They have boiled eggs and reasonably good bread.
THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL. Sauna and jacuzzi are in a dated and depressing little area, the steam room was out of order so very disappointing on that front.
A 250ml beer at the bar was €4.50! RIP OFF.
All in all, without friendly staff this place would be a generous 2 star.

In general the hotel is pretty good. The breakfast was excellent. We got a comfort bedroom but the cleaning was not so proper. Unfortunately we observed lots of aints especially at the bathroom and we had to move to another one. We missed a coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods.

There's private parking underground for $10 a day. There is also street parking in front and behind the hotel, so parking is not an issue. Hotel room is clean but bathroom quality can use some improvement. Floor tiles were broken and handles in the bathtub were loose. Breakfast is included for us but quality and service are hit and miss.

Estupendo hotel, la habitación preciosa,la cama enorme y comodisima con lencería de la buena.El baño con bañera ....y el desayuno muy variado , la repostería portuguesa es excelente.Bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, encontramos aparcamiento en la misma calle del hotel.El metro a 2m saliendo por el garaje del hotel y había muchos restaurantes en los alrededores de todo tipo y el Corte Inglés a 10m , fuimos a comprar un cargador para el móvil que se nos rompió.
Si vuelvo a Lisboa me alojare otra vez allí.

Located 10 min by car from downtown. It is in residential area not much to do there. Staff are polite and professional. Rooms are OK. It can get busy at reception. My stay certainly was not pleasant and one does not have the feeling that the Hotel tries to make your feeling as pleasant as possible.
I mainly booked for the wellness area but for the entire time of my stay the wellness area and fitness was closed for construction. Unfortunately, I was not informed and the Hotel did not offer any compensation. I fact, the hotel simply ignored my emails about this.
I was offered to use gym and wellness in a different hotel of the same chain 25 min away but I was told that I could not change my entire accomodation in the other hotel. I tried once going to the other hotel and they did not know about anything, were not pleased about my presence and left me in after longer discussion. However, all there was too shameful and unwelcoming that I never used the wellness area again during my stay.
Beyond that: the rooms are clean, the breakfast is really not tasty, planes fly just over the hotel starting at 5am and the air conditioning is loud even when turned off.
Go there if you find no other place. But not to enjoy your stay.

The staff were, without exception, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. One small issue was that none of the ice machines seemed to be working. I tried 4 and none of them worked. I enjoyed using the fitness room and sauna which were clean and well maintained (though there were no keys to the lockers and I saw no guidance on how to use them). I thought the quality and choice of food at breakfast was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Mit der Metro sind es 7 Stationen bis ins Zentrum Baixa-Chiado. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren leise (trotz Standort in Anflugschneise), das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück war auch gut.

Отель чистенький, но ничего особенного, район в котором он расположен почти пустой, тут рядом есть музей но когда мы хотели поесть недалёко от гостиницы нашли только Старбакс. Еда на завтраках не очень вкусная и очень маленький выбор, в ресторане отдельно не ели потому что очень маленький выбор и там,мы хотели но там было 2 блюда суп и салат на выбор. И это при том что в Лиссабоне даже на фуд-корт прекрасная еда! Так же в нашем номере был текущий душ и не знаю почему в номере в ванной не было мусорки, даже никогда не знала до этого что это настолько необходимая вещь.

Hemos estado 4 noches, muy confortable, personal muy amable y atento. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y una camas magníficas, para mi de las mejores que he probado en un hotel. El garaje cuesta 10€ por día. Queda muy cerca del metro de Plaza de España (línea azul). Para llegar rápido al metro hay que salir por detrás del hotel, para ello hay que irse a la planta menos 3 (garaje), tiene acceso directo a la calle y te ahorras dar la vuelta al hotel. El desayuno muy completo y todo muy bueno. El bar para tomar una copa, muy bien, unos 6€ la copa. Caja fuerte en la habitación gratis.
