We were there at the place, and for app 40 minutes, so it was not no show. The issue was that the accommodation was not acceptable for us: 1. My son would have stayed in a separate bedroom which he would have needed to lock, and it means we would have stayed two separated bedroom without direct connection, as the first floor was rented out for some else. During the night we would not have easy connection to my son, if anything happen (would have been two locked door between us). 2. Our small 4 kg pet was confirmed in the reservation but the owner said she doesn’t like pets being in the house, so that meant she would have stayed outside. It was also not acceptable for us. 3. We asked for a different set up room which is inline with our booking but she was very rude, not helpful but she wanted to gain an extra 70 euro additional fee for it. 4. Finally we agreed that the all service is not acceptable for and we could leave free off charge. After an hour we got charged 80 euros as a cancellation / no show fee!!!

La casa muy bonita y con buen gusto. Un 10 en limpieza, y la Señora muy amable. Muy buena situacion para conocer los alrededores Cascais,Sintra,Colares y las playas. Volvería sin ninguna duda!

Мы останавливались на 1 ночь, бронировали через букинг. При заселении хозяйка попросила оплатить наличными, а через 5 дней списала сумму бронирования с моей карты ещё раз. Букинг помочь с проблемой не смог, т.к. у меня нет подтверждения об оплате наличными. Не отдавайте ей наличные, женщина - непорядочная

Dicen que aceptan mascotas y es mentira. Después de 5 horas de viaje tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento, pero nos hicieron el cargo igualmente. Muy mala organización y el trato pésimo, el personal muy mal educado. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, todo está muy deteriorado y sucio. Me han hecho perder el tiempo...

La casa es muy acogedora, tiene un ambiente tranquilo y familiar, las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias, las dueñas son muy simpáticas. Recomiendo que cada viajante, turista... pase una noche ahí, les va encantar.

Very friendly owner of the house, lots of warmth and hospitality she showed to us when we reach a bit late than decided time. Villa is really beautiful and nicely decorated. She has put the heater on before our arrival, so we entered in a very cozy home. Suitable for families as well

Só posso dar 5 estrelas, na verdade Casa da Bolacha merece mais de 10 estrelas...D. Cidália uma pessoa super acessível, simpática, fomos tão bem recebidos, mesmo na altura da hora de chegada pretendemos mudar de quarto, e a Dona mudou nos sem qualquer problema. Relativamente as instalações, são impecáveis uma limpeza extrema, quartos quentes com ótima qualidade. Bem não sei muito bem o que falar mais para explicar a nossa satisfação. Para terminar, só quero dizer: Muito OBRIGADO D.Cidalia por tudo!

Top Lage schön auẞerhalb der Stadt. Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Zu bemängeln: Es wurde an 4 Aufenthaltstagen nur 2 mal geheizt. Ich sag mal Preis-Leistung ganz okay.

Esta situado magníficamente. En medio de todo lo que merece la pena ver en este paraíso. Margarida nos ha hecho sentir como príncipes. Si ella sigue en este lugar volveremos muchas veces. Todo limpio y una atención excelente. Sin duda repetiremos

Cerca de Sintra, buen sitio, tranquilo, no le doy 5 estrellas, por el poco equipamiento.

Το δωματιο ειχε υγρασια και μυριζε μουχλα. Το ντουλαπακι της κουζινας, τα κουζίνα σκευη και η πιατοθηκη ηταν βρωμικα. Δεν εχει καλη ηχομονωση καθως ακουγονταν οι φωνες και το περπατημα απο τον πανω οροφο. Ο εξωτερικος χωρος με τις θεσεις σταθμευσης και την μικρη πισινα ειναι πολυ περιορισμενος. Not value for money.

Casa muito confortável, atendimento super atencioso. As indicações da dona foram precisas e muito boas. A região é um oásis em Portugal de tranquilidade e para um merecido descanso. Recomendo.

For the Americans this place is a tad unusual. They have shared spaces for multiple people. That means you share a kitchen. You also walk through the living room of the lower unit to get to the upstairs rooms. We didn't see this disclosed in the discription. Our upstairs living room looked right down on the other living room with a piece of clear plastic as a divider. Odd. The furnishings are quaint, i.e. Grandma did a great job setting the place up. Everything is clean and well taken care of, but for the price, it's not worth it. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton a bit away and it was only $40 more per night. Отличный домик, приветливая и разговорчивая хозяйка, в центре замечательные кафе и магазинчик. Во дворике бассейн, за забором огородик, жаль, что мы провели тут всего одну ночь.

Malísima experiencia,las peores vacaciones de mi vida por culpa de "casa bolacha". Te molestan en el descanso,la mujer que lo lleva siempre te está cotilleando,contrata más habitaciones de las que tiene por lo que no puedes usar el paking o descansar Agusto con intimidad la decoración esta anticuada,la piscina es enana y no te llega ni por las rodillas,eso sí no lo está usando la dueña o otra persona por que para usar la piscina tienes que pedir turno...malísima experiencia no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

The staff is very friendly and can speak English, they try to help wherever they can. The place has 4 medium beds and two small ones with 3 small bathrooms, it has 3 living rooms as well. It's a great place to stay in and I would come back if I had the chance. The WiFi thou has only great signal in the yard and good signal in the living room and two/three of the bedrooms.

Passei frio à noite, muito frio! O ar condicionado estava lá, sem os comandos para o acionar. Enfim... para não voltar mesmo!
