Super cool store with great service. They carry well made wood glasses/watches and other accessories as well as some leather goods. In the back is a great little cafe that serves drinks and coffee. The highlight of this store is really the staff - they are welcoming and very helpful. They were extremely patient with me as I checked out all their different Rezin and Herbkolz sunglasses over 2 separate visits before I finally made my choice. Definitely stop by if you're in Lisbon! You won't be disappointed

We purchased a SECRID wallet at Amazing Store in Lisbon. After bringing it back to the hotel we noticed the defect where the stitching was coming apart. We tried to return it the next morning and the store was closed for holiday. We came back the following day for an exchange and were told we were unable to return because of the serial number. We were also told that we needed to return it the same day based on the manufacturer mandate. Even though the store policy clearly states in the receipt that they will offer exchange within 15 days. The store representatives were as helpful as possible but Tiago the store owner absolutely refused to offer us an exchange for the defective merchandise, purchased within his store. Instead, Tiago offered us to leave the wallet and have him ship a new one at our own expense which is absolutely unacceptable. This is either unethically taking advantage of tourists from this store in Lisbon for financial gain or a fault in the customer service policy from the manufacturer. Either way the experience has been unbelievably disappointing and frustrating.

Après une paire de lunettes achetée avec un défaut et cassée le lendemain, je l’ai rapportée et a été réparée sous 48h sous garantie. Les vendeurs sont très sympas et les produits aussi. Magasin à voir !

I went in there because they had this line of wooden sound products. Speakers, headsets, even a wooden record (vynil) player that works via Bluetooth. all made by the (Bob) Marley family!The speaker had an amazing sound quality. Talking about wood, they even have a wooden bicycle from my home country, Holland, for sale. And I'm in love with the backpacks they had there! Beautiful, waterproof and very smart made!

Very cool store and friendly staff, only downside was that it was abit expensive. But if you like interesting stuff with high quality and innovation come here!

Not commercial at all. We bought a paur of glasses last WE who got broken immediately. We went back to the store, they had the same glasses in the shop abd have refused to give us a new pair. We now have to wait that the supplier send a new one ane are going on holiday next Tuesday.....probably without sub glasses
