Muito poucos lugares para o número de pessoas que por vezes estão à espera. Poucos funcionários a atender.

Atendimento super simpatico e rápico

Very bad experience. We had to send a huge package and we went to this office twice to be sure it was possible. We specified both times weight and length. They say it was possible, gave us the prices and even the Formulars. They could speak good English and were very helpful. When we came back in the afternoon with our packages (three 8kg rolls that we carried by hand for half a km under the rain) they say they weretoo long (2m)and they couldn't send them. When we pointed out that we asked twice the previous day and the morning they said their English was not good and they didn't get it (but they could speak it perfectly and understood everything else...) and the other lady even pretended that she never spoke to us. Apologizing without lying would have been better. Really poor service and lack professionalism

i was there twice, just do send and return parcels. never had a really great experience with public postal services, but here are working the most incompetent of all. once there was a copy missing, and another time the 'from' and 'to' address boxes were misplaced. but they didnt help or just lend a pen for correcting it. you have to come again and waste another half hour because they are the slowest people on earth. unfriendly and unuseful. better send your stuff with ups or anything. never been avoided like this before.

Entraram no prédio mas não subiram para entregar a encomenda e escreveram no papel de um jeito que nem o papa entende. além de não chegar no dia não sobe até a porta para entregar a encomenda. Mesmo ruim

I returned a package 2 months ago. Nobody speaks a single word english. They just to my return label and said "it´s fine". Package never arrived at the destination and is lost. 300€ gone.

Distribuição da correspondência com muito atraso!

Serviço demorado, boa localização, dificuldade de estacionamento de viaturas no local. O atendimento é muito profissional, mas faltam empregados nesta estação dos CTT, daí a morosidade do serviço prestado. Tempo é dinheiro, e por isso é um assunto que deve ser revisto por esta entidade empresarial.

Passei aqui uma situação caricata: não me queriam entregar a encomenda, porque o carteiro, no papel para levantamento, tinha escrito à mão o meu nome mal (em vez de claudia, claudio), apesar de na encomenda estar correto e conforme o meu documento de identificação...!

20 pessoas à espera enquanto só está 2 colaboradores atender. Resultado quase 1 hora à espera.

Só não tem direito a 5 estrelas porque, por vezes, espera-se mais de 10 minutos. O atendimento é familiar, simpático e super eficiente.

O serviço costuma ser bom. Mas pode piorar quando há muita gente. O estacionamento nem sempre é fácil mas há parques de estacionamento nas imediações.
