Mary Colbert: Very impressive old castle built like a fortress on a high mountain. The drive up the winding roads was fun . The entrance arch was narrow as were the tiny slippery roads inside the walls of Obidos. The castle garden pub are had lovely views but the are was small. The castle inside is dark due to the little tiny windows. But we enjoyed drinks outside on top of the turret. It was exciting. Lots of steps which might not suit older people. We stayed in the Pousada villa down the road as it was much less expensive. The room was large bright and airy with magnificent views of the old city wall beside our villa and a small quiet pedestrian entrance to city. We could see beyond the wall into the rest of the city ( village) houses and restaurants. There was also a little church outside but closed . We found drinks were much less expensive outside the tourist areas. The manager of the Pousada was young, friendly, smart and energetic. He offered us discount to eat in the main castle as the Villa did a small self service breakfast only. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to take up his offer. However ,he showed us the new third Pousada which was to open that weekend. It's a beautiful old 6 bed house in the very centre of the old town. Its self catering and has a swimming pool and barb b q area. The staff were having a pre opening party and we were offered lovely cake. I wish this manager and staff best of luck.

Eu dava-lhes uma nota negativa se pudesse. Encomendámos um produto no site deles e à chegada (tarde) não era o que precisávamos... Então o que deveria ser um simples retorno Winter Haven nos afastou para o Lago de Gales. Quando chegamos ao Lago de Gales, disseram-nos que tínhamos de ir a Lakeland. O homem à secretária que assistia o caixa foi mal-educado, mesmo sabendo o que nos fizeram passar por outro lugar. Sem empatia ou vontade de ajudar. Nenhuma comunicação, apenas nos enviando por todo o condado de Polk para devolver um item... Nunca mais vai comprar no Home Depot. Absolutamente patético.

Uma experiência tão boa. Foi a primeira vez que comprei uma máquina de lavar e secar e fiquei nervosa. Os preços foram fantásticos com a selecção e o pessoal foi super simpático. O Zac em particular. Ele era muito gentil, conhecedor e tinha um grande senso de humor. Mesmo com um cliente idiota antes de mim, você pode dizer que ele era super calmo e deixava as vibrações negativas rolarem de suas costas. Nem todos os funcionários podem fazer isso (eu sei que não posso rs). Parece que eu sei de onde vou pegar meus aparelhos no futuro, não importa se ele está lá ou não. Eu adoro quando as empresas contratam boas pessoas, faz com que a experiência toda seja melhor.
