Uma boa solução para passar férias

Great guys working here. If you are a complete noob with campervans, like I was, they will be super helpful. They give you all the advices and tips you need and the vans are pretty well equipped. The van was in excellent condition and drove easily. They were really fair with the van condition on pickup and drop-off. In conclusion, would totally recommend.

Ich habe mich länger mit dem Thema Camper mieten oder Camper kaufen beschäftigt. Nach einiger Recherche ist meine Wahl zugunsten Weatcoast Camper aufgrund des sehr guten Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis gefallen. Das Team von Westcoast Campers ist cool. Wir wurden jedesmal rechtzeitig per Mail oder SMS informiert, Wünsche die wir hatten konnten wir jederzeit adressieren und ohne es zu erwarten, hatte ich überraschend häufig, perfekt deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiter als Kontaktpersonen die uns betreut haben. Super Team, super Service, super camper, super Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen!

At the last minute, we were informed that the previous renters caused damage to the premium van we had picked out for our honeymoon. Ricardo said he arranged for us to get a replacement at Indie Campers. When we arrived at Indie, the van they proposed was old and had far less features than we pre-paid for. Ricardo said that he had paid a premium to Indie Campers and nothing else was available. We later learned that he lied to us ... Indie Campers and West Coast Campers are sister companies, so his representation that he was going to eat the cost was misleading. Furthermore, Indie is a much bigger company, and we were very disappointed that they couldn't provide anything from their fleet, despite 2 suitable vans being parked on their lot. The real issue, however, is the 52 days it took for West Coast to wire our refund to us. We had to chase them multiple times, and while we finally received the funds, we feel that others should be aware of these misrepresentations.

Serviço no mínimo 5 estrelas! Todos altamente profissionais e descontraídos. Qualquer dúvida é sempre esclarecida e estão sempre disponíveis para o que der e vier. Numa nota á parte, referente a um comentário aqui publicado, o mínimo não são 7 dias. Esse mínimo é apenas na época alta. Fora da época alta pode-se alugar para um fim de semana ☺ fica a dica .

Pena que o mínimo seja de 7 dias... ...se não alugava por alguns fins de semana ! :-(
