While in Lisbon for work, my freshly manicured nails started failing apart. Not just one nail which I could have lived with but a few nails and I was worried that the remaining wouldn't last another day. I was really desperate and tried a nearby shopping centre with no luck. I then looked to Google for help. I found this nail salon and pleaded to be accommodated the next morning before my work Conference started...there would be no time over the next 2 days this was my only chance. Gi was so amazing and agreed without hesitation to open early to see me at 8am the next morning. Gi's heart is all about her customers and that was evident in the lengths she would go to help a customer and evident by the name of her business which she translated for me later. What an amazing experience as a customer and a tourist, reminds me of old school, classic customer service: the customer always comes first!!! I wish you every success and blessing Gi for your big heart!

I was in dire need of getting my nails filled since having had a bad experience during my travels. I had an excellent experience with a great nail tech who was very detailed and ended up with a great manicure with immaculate cuticles. I highly recommend.
