Ja havia visto alguns posts no Instagram e ontem terça-feira tive a oportunidade de experimentar o tão apetitoso gelados da Amorino.
Eles têm uma aparência toda romântica desde o estilo da loja a forma de reprodução no cone pois aquela flor faz toda diferença.
Logo quando visitar a loja (recomendo) deve pedir em forma de cone é como se estivesse a comer uma flor em forma de gelado.
Sempre que pedir um copo ou um cone, nao se esqueçam de adicionar o macarrone, eu escolhi um de cheesecake e morangos simplesmente divino e ainda veio no topo uma galinha de chocolate. Kkkkk muito engraçada

Ubicada en una céntrica calle de Lisboa.
Ahora también ofrecen pan burguer relleno de bolas de helado, simulando una Hamburguesa.

The ice is good... But these guys are crazy. They have this system where the same waiter takes orders and gives tickets to customers... She'll do 4-5 customers at a time.. they then line up... And wait for her to do the ice cream.

It was a quick visit just to have a cup of coffee and a cup of gelato. It was reasonably priced at €4.70 for a medium cup of gelato. As you can have as many flavors as you like be sure to try as many flavors as you like before deciding which ones you would like to have! It was worth a short detour but nothing spectacular.
The staff were quick, welcoming and friendly. Speaking English here was perfectly fine here.

The staff spoke excellent English down to the grammar.

Não posso dizer que é o melhor gelado de Lisboa, pois ainda não conheci nem a metade, mas sem dúvida é um dos melhores. O preço é um tanto caro, mas muito boa qualidade, principalmente os macarons de gelados. Vale muito a pena experimentar.

Best ice cream in Lisbon in my opinion! Staff was also very friendly and there was a really cosy atmosphere! The ice cream is also shaped very beautifully into a rose and you can choose how many flavors u want! Prices are decent and there's usually a queue but it's worth it! I definitely recommend it!

The chocolate nutella crepes were really amazing and the staff super friendly. I wasn’t really expecting them to be that nice as I just popped in by accident into this place, but it was definitely worth it.

Meh. The icecream is nice enough but we were there at the end of the day and the place felt generally dirty. The floors were sticky, the tables tops covered in mess and there was a smell coming from the bathroom that was bad enough to make up leave. The icecream were sloppily put together compared to other Amorinos we have been to.

En la Rúa de Garret, céntrica calle. Allí se encuentra esta heladería tradicional. Todos los helados están de muerte!!
La tradicional Rosa de helado con cucurucho con la famosa galletita francesa y las tarrinas. Cualquier sabor está delicioso y cremoso!! Recomendable

Um sabor irresistível, vou muitas vezes de propósito ao chiado. Eis senão quando fui surpreendida na 6 feira santa, com uma inundação junto ao balcão, e os clientes com os sapatos a chapinhar o espaço, mas que desagradável avisei a empregada na caixa que respondeu: eu sei! mas não posso fazer nada, só se fechar a loja! Será que a gerência ao preço a que vendem os gelados, não pode comprar uma esfregona e um balde e evitar que os clientes se sujeitem a espesinhar a água? Que imagem para o turista!!!

We were quite disappointed!
The ice cream does taste good but it is nothing special...
Additionally the price-performance ratio is very bad! My rather small crepe was drowning in chocolate and the little scoop of ice cream was almost fully melted as I received my plate. The waffle was dry as dust, you really needed the ice cream and whipped cream here!

Les macarons ne sont absolument pas des macarons ! Les coques sont toutes cassées ! La ganache est très liquide !
Pour moi je n’appelle pas ça des macarons, 19€ les 12 pour soit disant des macarons ... beaucoup trop cher et pas bon ...

Terrible customer service! Went in and the two women in the front were extremely rude as I was trying to decide what icecream to get. I have visited other Amorino locations in other countries and have never had this experience before. Would not recommend this place.

I mean, the pictures speak for themselves. You can't go wrong with multiple flavors of gelato shaped into a rose in a chocolate-dipped cone with a macaroon on top. We first discovered Amarino in London, and it was just as good in Lisbon as it was there. Do yourself a favor and go to Bertrand right down the street then get a cone here to celebrate purchasing a book from the world's oldest bookstore.

V Lisabonu mají skvělé zmrzliny na každém rohu. Tahle nebyla výjimkou. Mají obrovský výběr a pyšní se pouze přírodními surovinami. Do kelímku různých velikostí (nejmenší za 3,6€) si můžete nechat dát kolik druhů chcete. Úžasná, sladká večerní tečka.

Delicious gelato, good service although the workers were distracted talking to each other when I was trying to order—my partner offered that they were talking about the best way to handle gelato to minimize contamination so I guess it was productive work chat?

But the most interesting here is the form of serving ice cream - in the shape of multi-colored, depending on the selected flavors, flower. There is usually a queue, but fortunately the service is very efficient and, what is important for foreigners, speaks English.

We loved it, specially the dulce de leche, Inimitavel, and avelha. The macaron is a little bit pricey to add to the ice cream, but other than that it was an amazing experience. We went almost every day on our visit to Lisbon and Porto. We visited it late in the night so it wasnt crowded.

Great service. Small shop if you want to sit inside you have to be lucky that there is a spot left. The lines can get long but the workers work fast and you won't be in line for too long. Love the concept of paying for your cup or cone, and then telling them how many flavors you want, you can choose however many you want. Delicious ice cream, and a big variety of flavors. Cute flower as well. I have to go get some amorino ice cream every time I'm in a city that has a location there. Definitely recommend it

The Ice Cream is delicious especially with the Ice Cream Macaron on top. You also pay for the beautiful appearance. Unfortunately the way it's prepared it melts really fast, so be careful not to have ice cream everywhere or lose your Macaron.

I have been in this place once and tried the ice cream - it is indeed quite good (I had 3 different flavours). The gelato is of good quality and (almost) comparable with the Italian one (I might be a bit picky by the way). I would certainly try again. The customer service was good as well, the shop is well located in a good & central position, there are some seats too!

First of all this is the most incredible ice cream, they have a great selection of different flavors! Best of all even the smallest size lets you combine three different ones so that you get to experience a variety of them. Super friendly staff as well! Highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake and the dulche de leche flavor :)

Bought an espresso frape after convincing arguments by the employee. At a cost of 7€ it should be good. Contrary to the statements prior it wasn’t cold, and it was more cream than anything else. Employees ignored us afterwards. Total rip off!

Empregados sem graca nenhuma, sem vergonha, ladroes a partir da caixeira acabando com o garcon que me entregou o gelado, pediu de volta o talao que tinha pago e ele nao quis devolver. Ainda vao receber uma queixa no livro das reclamacao .. Quidado em roubar empregados ladroes.

The flower ice cream. You can choose unlimited flavors and if you can't decide, just ask them to surprise you or to try them before using a flavor. I really loved the chocolate flavor.

Helados cremosos y con sabores bien definidos. Recomendable el de cheesecake con frutos del bosque y el chocolate Bio por su sabor intenso y algo amargo. El insuperable es avellana y cacao dando una idea de un Ferrero o un kinder helado. Los precios son algo altos pero la calidad, sin dudarlo, los justifica. Interesante opción.

Best ice-cream I eat in Lisbon. Taste really the fruit or nuts and not any flavor adding. They shape the ice-cream like a flower on the cone. So you don't adk the number of balls but the size. This makes you choose different flavor in the same cone.

Grote ijsjes, grote prijzen, echte smaken. Komen er bijna elke dag in onze vakantie. Soms sta je buiten te wachten, soms ben je meteen aan de beurt. Moeite van terug de berg oplopen zeker waard!

Is jut. Jute Auswahl an Eissorten und die Dudes und Dudettes sind ooch janz nett. Dit Eis is rischtisch jut und wird fancy zubereitet. Is bissken wat teuer, aber man kann dich ooch soviele verschiedene Sorten aussuchen, wie man will und die stellen dat dann entsprechend zusammen. Würd ick empfehlen. Eis-Daumen hoch

Wow! The ice cream here is absolutely fantastic! They don’t serve your ice cream in scoops, instead you pay for a size and they make an ice cream rose of all the flavors you want. I really recommend lime and basil, it sounds weird but it is amazing. The staff is also super nice. If you’re getting ice cream in Lisbon, this is the place to go!

Pedi um crepe com duas bolas de gelado e chocolate por cima e estava excelente! Nunca pensei que o gelado de cereja ficasse tão bom com o de chocolate. O crepe é também mais barato e melhor do que em outros sítios e o staff é muito simpático.

A Amorino é daquelas casas de gelados (e não só) e marcam pela diferença. Neste caso, os seus gelados são colocados em formato de flor nos cones de bolacha. Para além do aspecto visual, os gelados são mesmo muito bons. Vale a bem a pena. Recomendo.

Em todos os Amorino a que fui, em Portugal e no estrangeiro, os empregados primam pela simpatia. E os gelados são óptimos, com excelente gosto com as pétalas de gelados mos cones e com a fantástica possibilidade de misturar vários sabores numa só bola de gelado. This place was located in a high end part of town. The Gelato was decent, but fairly expensive. Made sense for the neighborhood we paid 12 euros for two medium cups and two espressos. I don't recommend the espressos as they use those a-cups. The gelato we tried was hazelnut chocolate, pistachio, cheesecake. All very good.

I loved this place in Spain but in Lisbon, Portugal near Bairro Alto, I was unfortunate enough to be served by a girl called Juana who was rude and critical of my attempt at pronounciation of some Portuguese words. It was humiliating but seemed to delight her.
Very upsetting. Don't expect to see any of our Australian or English friends there any time soon.

Amarino Gelato on Rua Garrett. Don't go here unless you want appalling service. After great experiences with Amarino in Barcelona it was disappointing to experience such extraordinarily rude service from 'Joanna" the resentful woman behind the till. Her colleagues were clearly very embarrassed by her conduct and tried their best to make up for it. if you don't like customers and you don't understand the elements of customer service then find another job. Your behaviour not only lets down your colleagues but undermines the Amarino brand and all its employees who take pride in their work. I regret having to give such feedback to your company. Until now I held Amarino in high esteem.

Found this place by accident but the ice cream they sold looked interesting so decided to try it out.
It was worth it. They have plenty of different ice cream variants to choose from and after selecting the ones you like (and the size of the cone) the ice cream is added in a flower type creation on the cone and looks quite nice. The actual ice cream is very tasty.
The staff was, at least when I visited, friendly and helpful.
I think the store also serves coffee and maybe certain other pastries but am not sure since I personally only tried the rather excellent ice cream.

Leider sind wir nicht sehr freundlich bedient worden. Eis ist aber Lecker... Allerdings nicht herausragend... Wer bisher nur Eis in der lokalen deutschen Eisdiele verzehrt hat, sollte es dennoch mal. Versuchen.
