Bright clean studio, with wonderful instructors! Of particular note are Marta, Paula and Sylvia. Each instructor brings a different background/perspective to your practice. From martial arts to gymnastics and classic dance. So happy to have found them and very much appreciate the results oriented individualised instruction I am receiving there. The space is large and full of light and the teachers are wonderful, both technically and personally, with an unfailing positive outlook on your efforts and endless creativity (no two sessions are alike!) You can have individual lessons if you wish, but most people choose the much more flexible option of sharing space with other people - while getting a personal set of exercises, under individual supervision.
