If you speak English in this office they will look at you with disgust. Nobody speaks English and when you ask for an English speaker, they are rude and disrespectful. I had to get my passport from this office and and bring my old one to exchange for the new. They never mentioned to me when I was there that they would seize my old passport to exchange for the new one. I left there and when I got home I thought I lost my passport at the office or near my car outside the office. I called the office to ask but due to there lack of English I couldn't understand them quite well. They didn't seem to care either way so I advise anyone needing services from here to go else where. DISRESPECTFUL!
