I took him to Midas in Lisbon and after 5 hours of waiting, they tell me the problem was that all the four suspensions needed to be replaced with extreme urgency. To which I ask what do the suspensions have to do with the problem if the sound happens when the car is still. They quickly looked at me in amazement, back at the xca and told me we need to change the timing belt, but that I still needed to change two of the suspensions. Cut to next day: They start installing the suspensions, after four jours they calle and ask me to pass by. They srarted the installation of the suspensions before realizing one of them was wrong. So they had to take them out and undo that .Three hours later they finally installed the timing belt. Next day as I was leaving for my trip, the xar was still making the noise. I called midas and they said I could have my money back. Already late fornmy trop I traveled there, where they wanted the car for another few hours to undo rhe installation before paying me back. To which I said, no. That I wanted my money back, and dont have time to wait that long after losing two days with their stupidity. Cut to three days later: I fet to my regular office in Belgium. Problem was with one of the injectors, hence the noise, smell of diesel and so on. They checked the suspensions and as expected nothing wrong with them. Midas just flatly lied to me and repaired something that should not habe been repaired. And thank god they couldnt install the suspensions otherwise that would have been another useless cost. Unacceptable!

Excelente serviço, atendimento muito profissional e simpático. Num sábado à noite tinha um médio fundido e substituíram na hora mesmo sem ter autorização expressa da Leaseplan, com quem tenho contrato de manutenção. Privilegiaram a segurança e fizeram o serviço sem qualquer pagamento, somente indicando que na 2a feira iriam regularizar e qualquer coisa me avisavam. Obrigado. Fui colocar o meu carro a precision para trocar pneus e acontece que a data que o fui buscar reparei em duas coisas, os km a mais que o carro tinha, um ou outro ainda compreendo uma vez que os pneus têm de rodar nem que seja no parque e os discos empenados, que a data que foram para la bao estavam. Confrontei a precision com esta informaçao e na altura em questao so faltavam dizer que eu era maluco, como tal, maluco como sou, nunca mais la pus os pes, nem eu, nem os 7 carros da minha empresa que regularmente la iam.
