Hotel idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi - bardzo wygodne, duże i dobrze wyposażone apartamenty z fajnym tarasem. Bardzo czysto. Przyjemne baseny (3 głębokie i 3 brodziki), aquapark w którym widać wszystko z leżaka ;) , fajne animacje także dla dorosłych (np. Strzelanie z łuku, turniej tenisa, bule, codziennie muzyka na żywo), duży, bezpieczny plac zabaw. Wszystko w zadbanym ogrodzie. My na tak.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Great splash pool and playground for the kids. We had a large, clean room with a big balcony. English TV!!! Lots of choices to eat and entertainment. On site supermarket. We could easily have stayed for longer. One thing to note the first building (Colina 1) is better as closer to everything. If you want a quieter stay Colina 2 may be better.

Ideal para familias. Lo pasamos genial, los niños han disfrutado muchisimo. Varias piscinas y la joya de la corona.. mini parque acuático. También tiene un parque infantil. El bufet bueno y variado aunque mejor el desayuno. Animación buena. Mini club.. tiene de todo.. no queriamos irnos... pero estaba completo.. Volveremos sin duda!!!

Sitio maravilloso para ir con niños, el buffet del desayuno muy bueno, el almuerzo bien. Instalaciones muy buenas, algunos pequeños desperfectos. En general muy bien. El personal muy agradable, pocos hablan español.

hotel was nice and cleaned. we were out of season so wasn’t very busy in the hotel. everything was brilliant the only one thing was a bit disappointing was food in the restaurant. there were a lot of choices of different food but some weren’t that good. but i would come back to this hotel.

Hemos estado 3 días por muy buen precio, habitación con cocina muy completa (solo echamos en falta estropajo y trapo de cocina) por lo demás muy completa. Las instalaciones una pasada, varias piscinas, con toboganes y zonas de juego acuáticos perfecto para los más pequeños, y varios restaurantes. Además un mini market muy completo.

The rooms are spacious and clean but it can be noisy at night near the reception area of the upper building. It is VERY far from the beaches and you have to cross a busy road. The splash park is good for all ages but the big blue slide is limited to 8-12 year olds. The snack bar is okay and does cheap hot food. Beware of the room you get. We were originally given room 012 which is directly beside the busy noisy bar and had to be moved to a quieter one

Die Hotelleitung sollte eine verbindliche Schwimmbadordnung aufstellen und auch überwachen.Dabei sind natürlich die Jahreszeiten zu berücksichtigen. Bis Ende März sind es vorwiegend ältere Menschen, die das Schwimmbad aufsuchen. Diese Menschen möchten geregelt ihre Bahnen ziehen und deshalb sollten die Zeiten geregelt werden ( z.B. /.7.00-10..Uhr nur für Erwachsene und ab 18.00 ebenfalls.Außerdem sollte Essen und Benutzung von Schwimmmatratzen und dergleichen im Innenpool untersagt werden.Leider sind die Eltern nicht immer ein Vorbild für die Kinder.

Es un sitio estupendo! Para relajarse y desconectar, a mi me ha tocado una habitacion con terraza a la piscina externa y cenamos viendo las estrellas. En marzo nos toco muy buen tiempo y fuimos hasta a la playa. Lo recomiendo 100℅

Hotel de 10 totalmente equipado, con cocina totalmente equipada y camas súper cómodas. La única pega que en temporada baja cierra el restaurante y hay que ir al otro de más abajo que es de la misma cadena. Pero así se visita la zona y es muy recomendable pasear por la zona hasta llegar a la playa. Muy buena atención. Es la segunda vez que venimos y seguiremos visitando.

Apartments are lovely. Couldn't fault it. Only suggestion would be: You literally have to buy everything when stopping here when you go shopping like salt and pepper, tea bags and washing up liquid and sponges. Entertainment every night and a 15min walk from the beach. Use the crazy frog taxi company to get around. Cheap fab service

Mooie accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt gebruik maken van alle zwembaden ook van het naast gelegen apparthotel. Op loopafstand van het strand en ook het 'nieuwe' centrum van Albufeira is met zo'n 2 km te lopen, maar dat is niet echt nodig want dichter in de buurt zijn diverse prima restaurantjes te vinden. Hotel en appartementen zijn netjes ingericht en alles is goed onderhouden. Tuinen en terrassen zijn netjes aangelegd en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Super verblijf voor een schappelijke prijs. Aanrader!

Really great place for families. Lovely mini waterpark for kids and also a really big outdoor pool as well as indoor pools too. Food is ok nothing special. Good for a snack lunch more than a dinner. Entertainment each night for kids and followed by music which might be a bit loud for families with very young children. Maybe should stop sliglthty earlier and be lowered a little. Nice supermarket on site and others just down the road. Rooms are very nice and lots of space. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Bring earplugs. Once again; terrible karaoke plays loudly from the terrace bar a few floors below us (it's 10:55pm) and repeatedly wakes us and baby. Balcony door is closed. Music outside is just too loud. We've complained to reception a few times this week; they seem to be aware of the problem with no ability to change it. Everything else about the hotel is great (friendly staff, very clean, comfortable, convenient, good food) but the late night noise is a deal breaker.

Hola, es la primera vez que estoy tan desconecta de la vista en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Debería tener como mucho 2. Por la comida horrorosa, por servicio fatal, por cobrar las actividades de los niños y hacer dinero de todo lo que se pueda! Por obligación de ponerse una pulsera de plástico para todo el tiempo de estancia- que soy un pingüino? Por personal de nivel de un chiringuito de verano, por lío con los preciosos en los bares y restaurante incluso por falta de los ceniceros!!! Limpieza de los apartamentos - fatal , oscuridad en las habitaciones, sofá- cama partida no apta para dormir juntos si no te la fijas con una cuerda! En fin- podría seguir más- me han roto las vacaciones. Esto no se espera de un hotel a esté precio!!!

El personal de limpieza super desagradable, los dos días que estuvimos alojados en el hotel ninguno pasaron a limpiarnos la habitación, cuándo pedimos toallas nos dijeron que nos las traerían durante la tarde y al día siguiente tuvimos que ir a pedirlas a recepción por que no nos la trajeron, el buffet en el dasayuno estuvo bien , pero en las cenas super escasa la comida, no había variedadas ninguna, el TV no funcionaba y donde se pone la tarjeta en la habitación para que haya luz también roto, se caía. La playa qué está a unos 500 m está muy poco señalizada. Para mi gusto lo único qué tenía bueno eran las piscinas.

A los niños les encantó. Tengo dos hijos de, 6 y 3 anos. Y lo pasaron super bien.las piscinas son muy bonita y atractiva para los niños. Algunas animaciones están muy bien. Pero las mejores son temprano a partir de las 9 teniendo en cuenta que estando de vacaciones y con juegos hasta tarde no nos llega tiempo para despertamos y desayunar y empezar con lo mejor. En eso se podría hacer un poco más tarde. Además el desayuno es hasta las 10 y la cena empieza a las 18:30 hasta 21:00. Por lo general la hs esta bien. Pero las patatas son muy malas. Y si coges para llevar os recomiendo la pizza. Lo demás esta sin sabor. Las bebidas son muy buenas. Las habitaciones están muy bien hay muchas privacidad de una zona a otra. En la cocina hay de todo excepto jabón para lavar las vajilla que uses, y a pesar de que te venga a limpiar cada día eso no es una cosa que lo haga. Asín que si vas llévate un jabón. No hay lavadora pero sin servicios de lavandería y en la piscina interior hay que llevar gorro. Los colchones son lo peor... De verdad que te digo viene de vacaciones con el cuerpo te pones a nadar a relajar y te sientes bien. Pero vas a dormir y vuelvo otra vez a esta con el cuerpo malo. El hotel es muy bueno y muy atento. Nosotros teníamos que salir a las 11 asín que dejamos la habitación y nos quedamos en el recinto el resto del día. Hemos entregado las llaves y dejado las maletas en el guarda maleta que tiene alli y nos fuimos a la piscina y comer en el bar. Eso fue toda una sorpresa

Excelente para quem tem crianças. Funcionários muito simpáticos e acessíveis. Piscinas muito boas, sem multidões. Uma nota negativa: na piscina das crianças devem colocar um piso anti-derrapante nas escadas e principalmente na zona de acesso aos escorregas pois vi várias crianças a escorregar e a magoarem-se. A minha inclusive, teve de ser assistida pela Jéssica (muito obrigado) pois além dos vermelhoes no corpo fez um corte no cotovelo. Só por isso não dou 5 estrelas. Pretendo voltar se corrigirem este reparo.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean throughout the hotel, staff amazing couldn't do enough for you, good entertainment for kids with disco, football water park etc. Little bit out of town but a good taxi service for 5 euros to the strip or 10 to 15 euros to the old town. Definitely recommend we've had a great holiday.

Excelente para miudos e adultos. Separam a criancada com piscina com tuneis e escorregas. Os adultos se quiserem podem distanciar-se com piscina grande. O servico e bom. Funcionarios.simptaticos. deviam era valorizar mais a nossa lingua. Parece que estamos em inglaterra, sempre a comecarem a frsze com hello. Se.quisesse.servico em ingles ia para inglaterra. Comida e mto boa! Sugiro td incluido comer fora de hotwl e caos e mto caro, as.vezes ate parece um roubo, pagar por frango.assado 17€. Trazer dinheiro.vivo, a volta so ATM, o tuGa paga para levantar €. Os quartos sao grandes.e.eapacosos. Tem o que precisamos, so o forno e.que e.muito pequeno. Varamda grande. Tem sala de jogos! Adorei la estar e sim voltarei!

Bei der Ankuinft erfuhren wir, dass wir "umgebucht" wurden - auf das gegenüberliegende Aparthotel der ALFAGAR-Gruppe. Dort waren wir sehr zufrieden ( das Alto da Colina kannten wir von einem früheren Aufenthalt). Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt und sehr schön ! Man kann "autofrei" auf dem riesigen Gelände spazieren gehen und zum Strand hinab steigen, außerdem kann man sämtliche Einrichtungen aller beteiligten Häuser nutzen, z.B. den geheizten Indoorpool oder den Infinity-Pool des PRESTIGE-Hauses nebenan.Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Très bel hôtel, bien entretenu. Dommage que le ménage des chambres soit négligé. Mal fait ou pas fait. Poubelle non vidées, sols et baignoire pas nettoyé, évier laisse a désirer. Le personnel a l'accueil est formidable a l'écoute ainsi que les direction . Points forts nombreuses piscines couvertes et extérieures, appartement spacieux, bien décoré, et surtout un parking gratuit. Serviettes de piscine payantes 5 e pour le séjour puis 1e50 a chaque changé, ça fait cher. Plein de tobbogans pour les enfants. Vraiment dommage pour le ménage, c'est le seul bémol pour moi

La piscina helada, sin socorrista, la comida toda enfocada al turismo americano, tipo fritura, la habitación la limpiaban con aceite, xq de otra manera no entiendo que estuviera el suelo siempre resbaladizo, las sábanas húmedas de la cama y mucho ruido en la habitaciones, que los comentarios dicen que para los niños es un gran hotel, y mi hija si no le ponía el ruido blanco para dormir, imposible. Encima las carreteras si quieres hacer algo de turismo son lo peor, y el peaje que tuvimos al final que pagar, es super caro aquí, igual que el combustoble. Encima el último día que ya nos íbamos, me voy a duchar y el agua sale fría, gracias que no tenía que duchar a la nena, si no, ya me contáis. Y se lo digo al de recepción y como ya nos íbamos, le ha dado lo mismo.. Pues bueno, ni de coña volvemos aquí.

Fantastic staff very polite and helpful with excellent English. Very clean with spacious rooms that are well equipped with an oven 4 pan hob kettle toaster and microwave with all the utensils needed and all spotless. Good indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a water park and splash area for the kids. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beech but beware lots of steps or walk for a few minutes by road for a flat entrance. Will be booking again. Very quiet in October but weather still in the mid 20s. Last night of the entertainment tonight 31/10 I would like to say a great big thank you to the entertainment team and an even bigger one from Deacon. Thanks guys you have been amazing

Huoneistamme oli päärakennuksessa puutarhanäkymällä, josta myös osittainen merinäköala. Tilava huoneisto, toimiva keittiö, jossa hyvä varustus.
Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja ruoka oli erinomaista.
Albufeiran vanhakaupunki oli lähellä ja hotellilla oli sinne kuljetuspalvelu päivittäin.
Allasalue oli upea ja aurinkotuoleja oli aina saatavilla.
Suosittelen mielelläni myös muille.

Sehr gepflegtes Aparthotel, etwas abseits des Zentrums von Albufeira. Große grundsätzlich sehr saubere ZIMMER, allerdings kam die Reinigung bei uns nur ca. 4x in 9 Tagen. Traumhafte Poolanlage, mit 6(!) Pools und als Höhepunkt eine Wasserrutschenlandschaft. Die Wasserrutschen sind etwas abseits, sodass ein Großteil des trubeligen Kinderbetriebs dort stattfindet und der Hauptpool relativ ruhig ist. Außer abends. Da läuft die Show (Karaoke etc.) in der Hotelbar bis 23 Uhr und lässt alle Bewohner der zum Pool gerichteten Zimmer intensiv teilhaben. Etwas entschädigt dafür eine wundervoll jazzig-loungige Trometenmusik an einem Nachmittag. Das Essen haben wir nicht probiert. Der nächste Strand ist recht mühsame 15 Minuten weg. Etwas gröberer Sandstrand und Liegen gegen Gebühr. Insgesamt einer ideales Familienhotel.

Edited. AC was fixed the next morning. Well, the plus side are definitely the Spacious apartment. Large living room with kitchen and good bedroom. Also, good and fun pools. Easy parking. Great location. We had a rental car. My previous and, back then bad, review below. Im currently at the hotel. I’ll review this review as it progress. But, as of now, it deserves 1 star. Why? Air conditioner is not working, for three nights. And I did open a request... nothing so far! Always an excuse about the maintenance personnel.

Great family hotel, away from the noise of Albufeira. We were half board and towards the end of the season. There was always a good choice of food the rooms were big if you get an apartment. The ability to use the other facilities in the other parts of the Alfagar “village” was a great plus. Staff were always good. Better if you have a car as well as this is a great base to explore from. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there

Ein sehr angenehmes Ferienhotel. Die Rezeption war durchgängig freudlich, hilfs- und auskunftsbereit, der Checkin und Checkout (nachts) klappte reibungslos. Bei gebuchter Halbpension war die Essensauswahl beim Buffet sehr gut, aufgefüllt wurde prompt, so dass es keinen unnötige Wartezeiten zur Folge hatte. Die Bar war von der Auswahkl und Service her angemessen. Die Zmmerreinigung zeigte kleine Defizite, die aber keinen Stern Abwertung rechtfertigen

There were some cracked tiles in the bathroom which had a shower curtain rather than screen but other than that it was a nice big room with a good buffet breakfast. The beach is 15 minute walk down a steep hill so you wont be able to carry too much stuff with you on foot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel isnt in albuferia itself so it is a bit quieter with fewer restaurants in walking distance.If you are expecting a boutique hotel you might be disappointed but if you have reasonable expectations I definitely recommend it.

Camas muy còmodas, amplio, buena ubicaciòn, agradable, muy bueno para ir con niños, aunq nosotros q no tenìamos escuchàbamos los gritossss de los niños desde muy temprano. Un hotel de 4 estrellas q no coloca jabòn, ni champù, acondicionador es algo.cutre. Muy mala la TV por lo.menos podìa tener close caption para poderla ver con subtitulos en español

Tres beau Complexe ! Superbe coin glissage d'eau pour les enfants. Les chambres sont grande mais Style année 90 La vue sur l'ocean est magnifique. Le buffet est excellent très variés et bcp de fruits frais. Le Seul Bémol ,seulement 2 Accesseurs et il sont très lents, mais en général c'est très bien nous y retournerions !

Stayed here for a week in August 2019. 2 adults/3 kids. Room was spacious with 2 bedrooms & a large living room with pool and sea view. Room and whole hotel spotlessly clean. 3 pools and plenty of sun beds. Love that kids allowed inflatables in the pool. Only downside was location, a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance but taxi required to the old town. Taxi was about €13 with Uber to the old town.

Hotel muy cuidado, instalaciones en perfectas condiciones, todo limpio, piscinas, jardines, salones y resto de instalaciones en buen estado. Buffet de desayuno bastante variado, de calidad aceptable y con reposición continua. Personal muy amable y con nociones de español aceptables. Precio un tanto elevado para una habitación bastante alejada del conjunto de instalaciones de interés del hotel. En otro edificio diferente al edificio principal del hotel y con vistas a la carretera, sin ruido de niños, pero con ruido del tráfico. Horario, actividades y contenidos orientados al turismo inglés. Hotel más bien orientado a familias, en una zona muy céntrica de la Albufeira, con la playa a poca distancia a pié.

This is not a four star hotel. Come here if you don’t want to sleep. Guests are up and screaming in hallways till one and seagulls will keep you awake all night (literally). The beds are rock solid and the pillows too! Food isn’t great and the tvs are old (2 channels in English!). Wifi hardly works.

L’appartement était très bien, très belle vue mer avec un balcon immense !!!! Plusieurs piscines qui permettent aux vacanciers de ne pas être les uns sur les autres.... l’espace toboggans est très bien pour les enfants !!!!! Tout le personnel est très agréable. Le seul point négatif est pour moi le restaurant : pour le petit déjeuner, est bon mais un peu cher. Pour le restaurant le soir : très cher!!!!!pour ce que c’est... pas assez de spécialités portugaises ( pas de petit « pastel de nata »)

It was an amazing stay with the best service. We were given details of where to find things around the hotel (with special tips on what to do to make sight seeing easier). Best location- you are in the middle of Lisbon and feel like a local. The room was clean and modern. Definitely a return to when we go back.

Vine desde otro país con el gasto que conlleva (peaje, mucha gasolina y comida) ya que ponía que era un apartahotel y en las fotos habia cocina, como reservé en Booking no figuraba nada que no hubiera cocina... Una vez allí para la cocina había que pagar más, después de todo el gasto que me conllevó les solicite el dinero y me fui a unos apartamentos más baratos y con todo tipo de equipación.

This hotel was great. It's on a large footprint and well spread out. Most notably we were not squashed like sardines around the pool. One row of loungers. It's got multiple pools. The kids section is to the rear. My kids loved this area. The hotel is spotless, inside. They could do with occasionally power washing around the pool areas! Market onsite, Additionally shops 5 and 20 mins away. Two restaurants ten mins away. Martins restaurant is outstanding. Use uber to get to new/old towns, well anywhere. Beech is ten mins away,

Sehr schönes Apartmenthotel, besonders für Familien geeignet. Zimmer sind großzügig und modern. Große Pool-Landschaft und vielfältiges Entertainment-Programm für Groß und Klein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Lage ist OK: Etwas zurückgesetzt am Hang. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 15-20min über die öffentlichen Gehwege/Straßen. Über die anderen Alfagar Hotels führt aber ein Privatweg auf dem man nur 10-15min braucht. Das ist dann auch mit Kleinkindern verschmerzbar. Kritikwürdig wäre aus unserer Sicht lediglich Kleinigkeiten. Zum einen das Essen, welches wenig abwechslungsreich ist. Für die Kids gibt es leider (oder Gott sei Dank) jeden Tag Nudel, Pizza und Pommes. Schlimmer war für mich noch das auf die vorwiegend britische Kundschaft ausgerichtete Frühstück. Wer Bohnen, Grütze und Bratwürste liebt wird es aber freuen. ;) Die Küche versteht es zudem die Reste vom Vortag zu „verwurschteln“. Grundsätzlich lobenswert, aber eben dann auf Dauer langweilig. Weiterhin wirklich ärgerlich ist, dass für den Zimmersafe eine wöchentliche Gebühr verlangt wird und das (freie) Internet gedrosselt ist. Wir sind in 2019 Leute!! Was ich auch noch los werden muss: Der Architekt, der die Aufzüge derart geplant hat, gehört geteert und gefedert (viel zu klein, verstreut und ohne Unterscheidung für auf/ab) - Katastrophe! Ansonsten Daumen hoch, weiter so.

First time in Portugal. We were looking a quiet family break with some sun. Our flight was late evening and by the time we arrived at the hotel the buffet was just closed. But mentioning to staff that wed just arrived and wanted to eat before bed, they were more than happy to facilitate and let us eat whilst they waited. Good start!Staff were helpful the whole of the stay and went out of their way to take care of any needs that may have arisen.We went to Slide&Splash a water park, the pick up was at approx. 300m from the hotels front door. Great days fun.

A lovely, well maintained hotel. Visited in the winter season, so not many establishments open locally. A beautiful beach just 10minutes walk away (down a very steep set of stairs. The hotel rooms and grounds were very clean. Staff very friendly. Would definitely go back, but would probably rent a car next time.

Great apartments but pay for everything extra. Gym, sauna, WiFi in room, laundry all cost extra. It's quite away from main Albufeira but it's parking meant we were able to hire a car and get about easily. Local shop is three mins away big supermarket 10 mins away by foot. I would come again and recommend to friends and family

En general, es un hotel muy bueno. Los apartamentos son amplios, cómodos y bonitos. Solo echamos en falta un televisor en la habitación, además de en la sala, para poder ver un rato la tele después de acostar a los niños. Los servicios del hotel son estupendos: la piscina exterior, la interior, el parque acuático, las pistas de tenis... Habrá que volver en verano para disfrutar plenamente de las actividades al aire libre (el parque acuático, por ejemplo, estaba cerrado). La única pega es la comida del buffet, que aunque variada, no es de muy buena calidad, aunque siempre es así en este tipo de hoteles.

Nos tuvieron más de 2 horas esperando la entrega de la habitación con el pretexto que estaban limpiando la. Y nuestra sorpresa es que cuando llegamos a la habitación después de más de 2 horas continuaban limpiandola y un olor horrible a basura y animales que tuvimos q ventilar la habitación todo el día. Un comienzo horrible. Nos fastidiarnos el día.

A pesar de estar prácticamente ocupado al 100% no tenía todas las piscinas y áreas de ocio exterior. Me parece que el área de aventura lleva años cerrado. Es una pena porque los apartamentos están bien con todo lo necesario y buenas vistas excepto el sofá cama que es un calvario para adultos. las camas las hacen pero un poquito mas de esmero se agradecería para encontrártela estirada a la noche. las 4**** se ven ensombrecidas cuando llegas y la recepcionista súper amable te pide que pagues x adelantado junto con un depósito de 30€ x el uso de los mandos TV y aire cond. El wifi lo cobran, toallas de piscina, la sauna y baño turco también y no vale la pena. Piscina interior con demasiado cloro y fría. El gimnasio es una vergüenza... Un agujero con un par de máquinas obsoletas al igual que la mitad de las tumbonas que están desde hace mucho para el retiro. Alto da colina también ofrece el TI por 44€ extra p/p y día al que se acogen casi todos los ingleses y le sacan provecho BEBIENDO y comiendo todo el día y se olvidan de tener a sus hijos de mano, educados y sin que le griten en el oído a los demás que si han ido a desconectar... En fin una experiencia de turismo barato, no esta mal x lo que pagas pero los habrá mejores o no :(
