I ordered Cesta Avignon and 250g Guylian chocolates online to be delivered 14/2/2019. First, the chocolates were not delivered with the flowers and when later corrected, my girlfriend was given the 105g box instead. In addition, a picture of the 500g box is used on the website when ordering. I am very disappointed.

Falhou o período de entrega. Era expectável ocorrer até às 13h e em boa verdade foi já depois das 17h. Quando me apercebo que a entrega não ocorre no período previsto, fui sempre eu quem procurou esclarecimentos, sem que nunca me tivessem devolvido a chamada ou e-mail :((( Perdeu-se a surpresa, devido à chamada para destinatária, a qual foi confrontada com questões do tipo a que horas saí, se ainda está no edifício... etc.

Depois de muito anos a encomendar o serviço.....este ano foi o ultimo! Passo a explicar, após encomendar, tudo feito com 3 dias de antecedencia, no dia da entrega, enviam um sms a pessoa que ia receber (de supresa), que estavam a caminho para entregar!!!! lá se foi o fator surpresa.... Ao tentar perceber o motivo deste erro enorme, respondem que estão a testar um serviço novo, e que de forma a evitar que o estafeta chegue ao destino e a pessoa não está....avisam......RIDICULO!!! Segue o sms recebido pela pessoa (que não sabia da supresa)

Awesome flower shop in Lisbon. The lady who runs it made a stunning bouquet for me on the spot, really reasonable prices (way way more reasonable than average London!!), super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Don't mistake the window doesn't have many flowers in it-they're sitting keeping cool in the back room.
