Não utilizem esse motor de busca de aluguer de carros. Sao intermediarios. Compactuam com outras empresas que lesam os seus clientes. Pague um pouco mais, mas nao seja roubado, sem poder fugir!

Don't use it, pass directly with the rental company ! I had to make a new reservation when I pick-up the car, and lost 200€ of my reservation with Wisecars because they didn't tell me that I have to had a credit card in place of a debit card, and didn't help me with the rental company to change the name of the reservation to fix the problem. Definitely the first and the last time that I use Wisecars, I pay twice more than expected !!!

The worst service in the car rental industry. Opportunistic, predatory business tactics – no ethics whatsoever. Avoid like the plague! They incorrectly processed my reservation, then refused to reimburse me when I arrived at the time I had originally booked the car for. Their "No-Show" penalty policy was the full price – unheard of, especially considering I input the right information and they messed it up. And their "support" team is virtually useless: not only is it not integrated with the claims department, but they have no capacity to actually help in any way; they only reiterate the predatory tactics that their business runs on. Summing up: if you are looking to lose your money, then go with these guys: they're too "wise" for their own good.
