I would highly recommend Newteq in Faro for their five star quality service and professionalism. I took my Macbook Pro for a screen replacement and it was speedily replaced in two days, thank you for your friendliness and efficiency in dealing with my laptop.

Delivered Apple Mac air for diagnostics test Friday morning.Confirmed for collection on Monday. I arrived for collection Tuesday midday.No action undertaken,and no date for this simple test could be given by the British owner who advised this was a time consuming test and they were busy.On top of this waste of time was his comment that the service fee of €35 paid up front would be retained by them.Given no work was undertaken and they could not commit to a date this was an interesting manoever! As I was returning to Toronto that week I could not leave my computer indefinitely and their need of the deposit seemed very important to them.Filed a complaint under EU law and to Apple re this Apple certified service centre.Ten minutes to diagnose in Toronto.

I can't recommend Newteq enough! Mr Diogo presented me with a stellar service. He was incredibly polite and welcoming, but most of all, extremely helpful. My mac had a broken screen and Apple replaced it for free upon Diogo's relentless insistence, for which I'm entirely thankful. The diagnosis and service fees are accessible and fair. May I also add it was a very efficient and quick ordeal, I was only without my beloved computer for a few days.

what i can say! perfect service even out of the working time , sherif waited for us on a saturday afternoon without even when knowing us was just a simple phone contac, and the closing time was at 2 pm and we arrive at 3.30 on a saturday. we solved the problem in 20 min. its a trust place for me in algarve. i recomend strongly

I been in holiday's her in Algarve,after my niece block her iPhone 7 and after with a 5 stars service by phone for the apple support for about half hour but without any success because we dont have any personal computer with us,I decided to go to Almancil to fix the problem let me tell you we were robbed by a young English man who prefers to be on phone talk rather than dealing with customers, he charge us £19 yes £19 without any reason because to reset a iPhone is free of charge because you just need to put the cable on computer and go to iTunes and you can reset the phone, how shame is for Apple to have someone in front of a apple support store who prefers robbed the customers rather to fix the problem and bring customers to the store who seems to me is a brand new store!SHAME ON YOU! AVOID THIS STORE!!! AH AND NO RECEIPTS for the service provided of course for £19 for something the official Apple Store charge you nothing at all!
