Ma femme a pris une viennoiserie le soir à 22h et a été malade le lendemain matin. Est-ce que c'est lié ? Auparavant au restaurant nous avons mangé le même plat et je n'ai rien eu....

Service déplorable ! Arrivés pour manger le midi 2 adultes et un enfant, aucun bonjour ni mot du serveur, verres claqués sur la table avec dénigrement, assiettes posées sans un mot et très sèchement. Seul mot du serveur à l'addition pour nous dire que le service n'est pas compris, pourboires non mérité. Je crois qu'ils ne veulent pas d'enfants à leurs tables. Une famille s'est faite refouler avec 3 enfants 5min après notre arrivée.
Nourriture simple mais pas mauvaise,
Je déconseille fortement. Malgré la recommandation du guide du routard...

Ходили на завтрак, брали меню 1 и хот-дог с кофе. Пришли вдвоём, кроме нас была ещё одна пара, и всё. Принесли сначала только один завтрак, а я сидела ещё 15 минут без еды. Потом принесли мой хот-дог, про ещё часть заказа надо было напоминать, другой официант первый раз об этом слышал. Очень хороший апельсиновый сок! Чувствуется, что настоящий, но сладкий. Хот-дог тоже хороший, хоть и сосиски не очень натуральные. Яичницы жарят с большим количеством масла, убирала его салфетками. Но здорово, что оставили жидкий желток! И попросила пожарить одно яйцо - сделали. Круассан для завтрака очень сухой. Вместо нескольких кусочков хлеба с сыром – немного поджаренные два больших ломтя. По цене: завтрак 9 евро (не стоит того) хот-дог 4 евро, одно жареное яйцо 1 евро, кофе 1.5 евро

¿Por dónde empezar? 6 adultos y un bebé buscando sitio para desayunar. Después de decirnos un “camarero” que sí y sentarnos, viene otro y nos indica lo contrario, metiendo prisa para pedir y con muy malas formas. Resumiendo: los refrescos calientes y sin hielo, los platos fríos, pizzas precongeladas del súper, ensaladas sin aliño, y pretendían cobrarnos por sobrecitos de ketchup y mayonesa... Una lástima no haber consultado las reseñas previamente, habríamos ahorrado un dineral que hubiera acabado mejor en un McDonalds.

맛은 so so 지만 , 서비스마인드가 굉장히 부족한 직원들이었어요
저희 테이블 오더를 깜박했다 하면서 굉장히 당당하게 십오분 뒤에 가져다 줄게~ 이러고 사과 한마디 없었습니다. 처음 주문하고 오십분 뒤에 샌드위치 한 조각 받았어요.
맛도 그저 평범하고 대단하게 맛있거나 하진 않습니다. 너무 불친절해서 맛없게 느껴질 정도에요 !

주문했는데 누락돼서 1시간 기다렸더니 미안하단 소리도 없고 직원이 정말 불친절하네요 현금결제만 되고 결제하고 인사도 없이 가버리는 둥 기분좋지 않은 가게입니다

1 étoile car on peut pas en mettre aucune. A fuir ! Accueil médiocre, sale peu chaleureuse. Il pleuvait on voulait un café et manger un bout, on est vite parti. Une erreur de parcours. Service long, pâtisseries et sandwiches infect... Et "cher" pour ce que c'est. Mieux partout ailleurs !

I piatti assaggiati erano mediocri. Il pesce non era fresco e le patate bollite nel brodo.
Il prezzo totale pagato, 60,00 euro, era esagerato per i piatti assaggiati (1 polpo con patate ed 2 paella). La paella, presa da mia moglie, la lasciata quasi tutta perché non buona!

We hadden een lasagne besteld. Deze lasagna kwam helaas koud aan en nadat we het personeel hadden aangesproken over de koude lasagne had het personeel de lasagne opnieuw "verwarmd". Echter het bord was warmer geworden en de de lasagne nog steeds koud. Het was gewoon een magnetron maaltijd en niet goed bereid helaas. Dit verpeste m'n dag!

Sehr teuer, Pasteis lecker.
Nachdem wir morgens noch nicht ins Hotel (um die Ecke gelegen) konnten, ließen wir uns hinreißen dort einen Kaffee und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen zu bestellen.
Der Cappuccino war nix und viel zu teuer; ebenso wie Softgetränke.
Das Gebäck war mit 2€ pro Stück auch zu teuer, aber lecker.
Auf der super Tourimeile kann man wohl aber nicht viel mehr erwarten und wir hätten es besser wissen können

Restaurant à touristes, pas dégueulasse mais même moi je fais mieux à manger. Des escrocs qui vous rajoute 10% a la note en pourboire pour les serveurs alors que le service est déplorable. Je déconseille aux gens qui veulent manger les délicieuses spécialités de Lisbonne.

딱히 다른곳에 비해 엄청 맛있다는 느낌은 없어요

Disgusting, overpriced, ugly food. Staff look unhygienic and smoke right outside the kitchen. Food has no flavor. Do yourself a favour and go to the Italian place round the corner or any other restaurant that looks legitimate and you'll pay the exact same price for a way better dining experience. I wont get into the details of the basic meals they offer, all for the same price (around €15) just Wtf was that!?

The food here is trash and the attitude of the service staff is nonchalant and rude when compared to the many other eateries of Lisbon. Recommend all potential customers to take your dollar elsewhere. Lousy service and food. Not worth visiting.

Já foi uma óptima pastelaria que era fantástica e bem conhecida da baixa lisboeta infelizmente com o turismo ficou muito exagerada nos preços e caiu imenso na qualidade dos produtos que vendem. Cheguei ao cúmulo que os empregados não conseguem falar português. Recomendo a pastelaria para pedir e comer fora.

The staff are so rude. If you want to sit at the tables which are basic and not clean, your food costs double. Said we wanted to sit in but the guy presumed we wanted to stand at the counter? Then tried to get us to pay double. Probably

Terrible service, the waiter slammed the tablet on the customer's table next to us because it wasn't working. 10 minutes to get the menu. 15 minutes to get the bill having to ask for it 3 times.

직원이 상당히 무례합니다. 주문 받을 때도 가져간 메뉴판을 옆테이블에 탁 소리나게 던져놓고 가더군요. 게다가 본인이 주문을 잘못받아놓고 끝까지 맞다고 우기더니(심지어 주문표에 번호는 제대로 적혀있음) 다른 직원한테 말하니 그제야 메뉴를 제대로 바꿔주더군요. 그래놓고 끝까지 미안하단 말 한마디 안했어요. 정말 여행기간 통틀어 가장 최악의 기억을 준 식당입니다.

Ничего приятного, ничего уютного. Столовка обыкновенная. Я с пониманием отношусь что это центральный центр и расчёт на туристический поток, но...в отеле паштейши были в 100500 раз свежее и вкуснее, а уж такой отвратительно дешевый шмурдяк, который принесли вместо чая я раньше нигде не встречал. Возможно это моя субъективная оценка, но как же то тот факт что к оплате принимают только кэш, а счет показывают на табло терминала и при этом никаких чеков не дают?

Absolument à éviter. Passer votre chemin. L'apéro et les plats sont servis en même temps. Sangria?? Goût de limonade.
Plats sans saveur... Addition sur tablette et non détaillée si vous ne dîtes rien. Pourboire 10% inclu d'office. Paiement en liquide souhaité par le serveur....

Located in the centre, just at the main walk street as many others. It results to higher prices of standard food. Quality was okay, but if you are not hungry like we were, I would recommend to visit another one, at least for better value.

They seem to have a bit of everything. The salad looked like it was grabbed from a trashcan. Meat was tasty though. I recommend not to use the toilet, you’ll lose all your appetite.

Fui visitar a Praça da Armada em Lisboa,saíndo desse local fui andar na Rua Augusta que é cheia de lojas e cafés e restaurantes. Parei para fazer um lanche na Cafeteria São Nicolau para comer um delicioso pastel de Belém.

You can find better food with better price somewhere else. Their location is strategic that's how they attract tourists. They don't accept credit cards and the service is very slow. The servants are friendly though. But the food taste just ok nothing special.

Byliśmy wczoraj i.. dzień skończył się wymiotami i silnym bólem brzucha! Zamówiliśmy po rybie. W obydwu różnych daniach ilość oleju nas zaskoczyła. Ja pod koniec dania prawie zwymiotowałam na talerz! Ryba była nieświeża I smród okropny! Ilość oleju i czosnku była tam nie bez powodu. Od momentu wejścia nikt się nie zainteresował. Czekaliśmy dość długo na złożenie zamówienia. Toaleta już sama mówiła za siebie. Nie polecam!

Je n 'y retournerai pas 2 fois !! Très mauvaise expérience... au moment de payer cela faisait 28€ pour 3 personnes en plus nous anos mangé de très petites quantités, le serveur n'a pas tapé le prix réel sur le sabot de la carte bleue, il a voulu nous faire payer un prix plus important !!! Heureusement que J' ai lu au dernier moment les commentaires des autres clients qui ont eu la même expérience que nous !!! Ils font du marchandage!!! Attention !!!

Friendly staffs when we were there, not bad coffee, but after having tried other places for pastel de nata, now we know their pastels are definitely overpriced (1.50 € each)! You can also get better ones for less money (1 € each) a few streets away from there. The pastry was very crispy though.

Horrible experience. This place is an insult to the fantastic culinary experience that is Lisbon. Had very picky octopus salad, greasy fries and obviously micro-waved croquetas that made us sick at 2 AM. Not to mention sangria made with Sprite or something similar that looked nothing like the advertised picture. All this for the rip-off sum of €30 and the waiter had the audacity to pretty much force us to leave a tip on his stupid tablet.
How these people are still in business is a mystery...

Lugar com muito mau atendimento.
A minha irmã entrou no local com duas crianças.... que estavam a olhar a vitrine para escolher o que iram comer, e no que foi informada pela funcionária muito mal formada que se sentasse na mesa iria pagar mais caro!! Além de que ninguém perguntou valores e nem lhe perguntou nada!!
Assim são os lugares para turismo em Portugal!!! Preço para turista e quando entra realmente um cliente é maltratado É humilhado !!

Tenía hambre pedimos bacalao al grill estuvo muy bueno, la señorita que nos atendió muy amable, atenta, servicial, por lo tanto mi primera experiencia fue muy buena. Hay que tener en cuenta que no es un restaurante cinco estrellas tal vez muchos se equivocan de lugar, el encanto de Lisboa son sus restaurantes que para muchos son “ cutres” en su palabra vulgar usado por la mayoría.

Apres avoir lu les critiques je me demande si je ne me suis pas fait arnaquer aussi mais j.avoue ne pas avoir regardé ma monnaie. J.ai pris un gateau de nata, un croissant et un americano. C.etait bon. La salle est sympa. Je crois avoir vu les serveurs se moquer des clients par derriere mais avec moi ils se sont montrés courtois. Jolie rue sur la rue très passante

Em Lisboa, muitos estabelecimentos tem nome de cafeteria mas na verdade servem refeições completas. Este por exemplo se come um bom bacalhau e por um preço bem acessível. Mas não servem taça de champanhe, nem taça de vinho branco.

Очень приятное, уютное место. Заходили несколько раз. Просторный зал. Можно зайти только выпить, а можно и поесть. Персонал приветливый и не переживает, что клиенты пртшли под закрытие. Самый вкусный портвейн здесь. Муж забыл там свою сумку с документами, деньгами, так официант догнал, чтобы отдать.

Worst staff I ever met in Lisbon, just wanted to have a coffee and some pastry for breakfast with my family because was the only place open in a bank holiday. It was way too expensive and the staff with very bad manners. Avoid at all cost. Go somewhere else.

Очень понравились сардины и мясо. Быстро и относительно недорого. Самый центр все-таки. Заходили и за столом сидели и на вынос брали. Рекомендую рыбные котлетки.

Nos fuimos. Cancelamos el pedido y nos fuimos. Hay más atractivo en los escaparates de exposición que en la carta.
Recomendamos mejorar la visibilidad de las cartas para poder facilitar al cliente las cosas. Y por otro lado, mejorar el servicio, que tampoco parece que conozca ni la carta, ni los productos.

Serviço de mesa inexistente. Sentado durante 10 minutos à espera sendo que ninguém seque me abordou ou esboçou um olhar. Levantei e fui-me embora sem sequer ser questionado sobre isso.
Contratar mão de obra barata com poucos ou escassos conhecimentos de português tem as suas consequências.

Lamentable. Camareros agradables pero por 2 cafes un zumo que era imposible beber, y 4 pasteles pequeños 14€. El zumo de piña lo trajeron en un vaso, no en un bote cerrado y venía con una espuma sospechosa, parecía agua sucia solo probarlo me dio arcadas.

Food is edible but not great. I saw a server sneeze into their hands and he didn’t wash them, he just wiped it on his apron. He was touching all the menus too which was pretty gross. As for the food it was warm but not hot, flavour was meh.

Tourists Beware. Signs in the window say 6 pasteles for 5.50€ with no other fine print, but they will charge you at least 9€ if you sit at the restaurant to eat them. There was no warning of this made to us, we only saw afterward a sign inside on the back wall in Portuguese (we speak spanish so we were able to roughly translate) “prices will differ if you sit at a table vs. the bar”. We went to order at the register and asked explicitly for the 6 pasteles for 5,50€ deal and then said we wanted to eat them at the restaurant, she conveniently made no mention that this would change the price. I understand that it is common to charge more to eat-in (this ploy may occur in other Baixa pastelerías as well), but the upcharge was almost as much as the price of the food itself, and the strategy was dishonest and clearly aimed to take advantage of tourists. It’s a shame because the pasteles were quite tasty(which is why I give it 2 stars), but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths

Mi experiencia ha sido penosa. Me he sentido engañada. La comida escasa y mala, el precio carísimo y el camarero a parte de mal educado practicamente me obligó a dejarle cinco euros de propina. Con lo cual una hamburguesa con patatas fritas de Bolsa, una ensalada sencilla, y un pincho moruno, (también con patatas fritas bolsa) con dos refrescos y una cerveza, sesenta euros.
No sé lo recomiendo a nadie!!

Local barulhento com péssimo atendimento.
Pagamos para sentar na parte interna,por conta do ar condicionado. Mas outro atendente nos direcionou para a parte externa com um calor de 40c.
Após irmos lá reclamar a outra funcionária nos pediu para sentar onde quisemos, achamos que o problema estava solucionado, mas assim que escolhemos o local a cada 5 minutos parecia um atendente falando que teríamos que comer na parte externa.
Resumindo o local sabe passar as informações de forma coerente e faz o cliente ficar de um lado para o outro com seu pedido.
Se fosse para ficar comendo e andando pegaria um fastfood.

Pas terrible. Les prix sont élevés, ce qui est logique au regard de la position dans la ville. Mais par contre les produits et le service ne valent absolument pas le detour. Je m'explique : commande d'une glace, un milkshake et une gaufre nutella. La glace est arrivée 10min avant la gaufre qui est arrivé 10min avant le milkshake ! Pas très pratique pour passer un moment ensemble. Côté produit : franchement pas terrible, le serveur à fait le malin en retenant tout de tête et évidemment ma glace n'est pas arrivé avec les bons parfums et je m'en suis rendu compte après avoir bien trop entamé pour oser demander. Le milkshake n'était qu'un simple lait fraise même pas frais.
Franchement passez votre chemin... Il y a plein d'autre endroit meilleur autour !

Eigentlich hätte man es besser wissen müssen: wir wurden regelrecht an den Tisch gedrängt, obwohl wir ausdrücklich gesagt haben, dass wir nur schauen wollen. Da uns das Menü dennoch einigermaßen zugesagt hatte, wir hungrig waren und nicht noch weiter gehen wollten, haben wir uns gesetzt. Die Preise waren überirdisch teuer und um den Wind gleich aus den Segeln zu nehmen, das Essen war zum Kotzen. Die Nudeln schwammen regelrecht im Fett und die Paella schien ein Fertigprodukt zu sein, das in der Mikrowelle einfach aufgewärmt wurde. Und so sehr der Kellner beim Empfang um uns herum geschwirrt ist, so sehr hat er sich gedrückt, als er gesehen hat, dass wir nicht mal ansatzweise aufgegessen haben. Beim Bezahlen wurde absichtlich Wechselgeld unterschlagen, welches, nachdem darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde, wortlos auf den Tisch geknallt wurde. Dieses „Restaurant“ ist eine einzige Touristenfalle!
The worst “restaurant” I’ve ever been to. The pasta was too oily, the paella was out of the microwave and the waiter was super unfriendly. All in all it was way too expensive and if you have the chance run as fast as you can!

Um excelente exemplo de oportunismo. O café com um nata que custava 1,50€ triplicou de preço, o patrão por vezes é muito mal educado e trata mal os funcionários à frente dos clientes, a esplanada costuma estar cheia de papeis no chão, se não fosse a localização não teria muito sucesso. Eu já deixei de lá entrar, e não recomendo a ninguém.

So I've never bothered to write a Google Review, which should attest to how TERRIBLE I found this place. Food was overpriced and awful - I had a paella and the lasagne. No EFTPOS available for a 35 euro meal, and they took out an undisclosed tip before providing you the discretion to leave your own (although I'm not sure if this is Portuguese restaurant custom). In conclusion, thanks for giving me a reason to leave my first Google Review.

Food was average at best, if not heavy, and overpriced. When we went to pay the bills, that we'd asked to be split from the start, we were just told the price, not shown the bill. After we asked to see the bill, we discovered we were beimg overcharged by almost 30€.
While this was happening, my wife went for gelato only to have the guy disappear and when he came back, he just made excuses.

Nul. Serveuse odieuse qui se met à souffler lorsque nous prenons 2 secondes pour décider si nous mangions sur place ou à emporter. La serveuse s'est aussi trompé sur ma commande alors qu'elle me l'a elle même répété 2 fois. Puis on a attendu un très long moment à avant de pouvoir payer, car après avoir choisi au comptoir, elle s'est mise à servir les autres au lieu de nous faire payer... comme si nous n'existions plus, nous avons du nous manifester pour payer, le comble. Nourriture très décevante pour courroner le tout.

Muy lentos sirviendo, caro y la comida es como prefabricada. El servicio muy borde, cuando nos traen la cuenta para rematar nos piden que añadamos un 10% de servicio, es decir, ya te exigen la propina.
Hay muchas otras pastelerías, bocadillerías en la zona que te tratarán mejor y con más calidad. Esta es algo mas barato pero no merece la pena para nada.

最悪のレストラン。パエリア、イカリング、キッシュ、エビのアヒージョ？を注文。
パエリアはべちゃべちゃイカリングはおそらく安物の冷凍食品をあげただけ、キッシュは冷たいし不味い、エビはニンニクの香りもでてないし香りずけで加えたであろう白ワインのアルコールが残っててただただ不快な味わい。
接客は最初テラス席だったのを店内に移動したいと申しでたもののずっと放置。一度聞いた注文をもう一度聞きにくるなど本当に飲食店か疑わしいレベル。会計も声をかけてからお釣りを返してもらうまで15分程時間がかかるなど最低最悪の店でした。入る前に口コミをよく確認する事をお勧めします。
星にマイナス評価がないのが心苦しいです。

Cenamos una hamburguesa con queso y bocadillo de ternera, más 2 botellas de agua. El bocadillo llevaba patatas y estaba bueno. La hamburguesa llevaba queso loncheado y se notaba que era descongelada. En total 14.6€. no está mal por el precio, pero la calidad (al menos de la hamburguesa y de pizzas que vimos en otras mesas) dejaba mucho que desear.

We ate breakfasts here 4 times during our week in Lisbon. Our waiter, always the same guy, sometimes did not exactly understand what we wanted, but was nice and friendly. The fruits were nice, the egg was good, the toast was a bit oily, but tasted good, and the bacon was delicious. On our last day we only had one coffee, there was another waiter, and surprisingly we were not allowed to pay by card. When I called out that we were here several times and always paid by card, not to mention the proper tip, the waiter told me it is only possible above 5 euros. It is marked nowhere, and he didn't tell it to me, even though my first sentence was that we will only have one coffee. Eventually my wife had to go to withdraw cash. Since we are not Portugese, it cost us some dime... I hate this kind of practice, I think it is malicious, and I absolutely felt screwed over. Overall, it is not a horrible place, but would not recommend to be a first choice due to this episode on the last day.

Péssimo local para comer em Lisboa. Estive nesse lugar duas vezes, e nas dias tive uma péssima experiência. Na primeira, chegamos a noite por volta das 21:30 para jantar. O garçom super mal humorado, nos atendeu com frieza e impaciência, como se quisessem nós expulsar dali por causa do horário. A comida é bem mediana, mas o valor é alto em comparação com outras casas. Se for levar em conta a qualidade da comida esse valor fica ainda maior. Na hora de realizar o pagamento a postura do garçom mudou totalmente. Ele passou a brincar e sorrir, porém só entendemos depois qual era a intenção dele. Na nossa comanda (que não nos foi entregue, ele apenas nos mostrou na tela de um tablet) ele cobrou uma taxa de trinta e poucos cents por pessoal, afirmando que era pelo local em que sentamos, mas percebemos que esse valor deve ser uma comissão que ele recebe por fora. Em outro dia passando no local resolvi comer um doce folhado que estava exposto na vitrine. O dito doce é horrível, tendo sido utilizado na massa folhada uma gordura de péssima qualidade, que fica embolando na boca ao comer. O recheio, uma espécie de creme de ovos com algo cítrico, era igualmente ruim. Quer ir a uma boa pastelaria na rua Augusta? Ande mais uns 200 metros e entre na Fábrica da Nata. Você não irá se arrepender.

Terrible. I don’t usually give poor reviews but this was one of the worse places I have ever gone to in all my travels in western civilization. Just trying to get 2 cups of coffee and some cookies was like running a marathon. They could not answer questions, not truthful about decaf, shorted people next to us change, brought coffee out incorrect on who gets milk, spoke nearly zero English or had to have a group problem on how to serve people. The only good part was we did not actually order food. Maybe we were just unlucky but reading reviews now it’s clear. I will spend a minute for now on checking where I eat.
Update: If I ever find a worse place to eat I promise to move your ranking from worse to 2nd worse. Promise. You should be ashamed.

Pratique pour manger tard le soir, ne vous attendez pas à de la grande gastronomie mais ça dépanne bien et c'est pas trop excessif. Faites attention aux boissons c'est un peu la douche froide à 5,5€ la pinte de bière quand on sait que de partout ailleurs à Lisbonne elle est aux alentours des 2€.

Todos os empregados foram bastante delicados e atenciosos.
Mas quando fui ao quarto de banho e por engano entrei no armazém deparei-me com um preservativo junto de uma caixa bebidas espirituais.
Fiquei vários dias a pensar se deveria colocar a foto aqui ou não mas vou faze-lo para o bem da saúde publica.

No lo recomiendo. Mal servicio de los camareros, se nos encararon cuando estábamos pidiendo, nos cobraron y nos devolvieron mal y cuando se lo dijimos se rieron de nosotros. El pastel de bacalao lo sirven casi congelado. Servicio pésimo en general, probablemente el peor lugar de la ciudad.

Völlig überteuert und schlechter Service.
Das Frühstücks Menü kam falsch und es wurde nicht gebracht, was vereinbart wurde. Das Croissant war uralt. Der Schinken fettig und billig. Der Service ist unterirdisch. Dies was das schlechteste Caffè bisher in der gesamten Stadt.

Servicio pésimo. Fuimos a desayunar porque la pasteleria del local tenia buena pinta, pero al querer pedir un bollo concreto no nos entendimos con el camarero y me trajo una especie de roscon con crema. Al momento le explique que no era eso a lo que me referia y le pedi cambiarlo. Me dijo que no aunque ni siquiera lo jabia dejado en la mesa. Ademas ni siquieta estaba bueno, era una masa muy seca.
Las natas estaban buenas pero tienen poca oferta de infusiones.

Péssimo! Para além de esperarmos imenso para ser atendidos (e o espaço estava vazio) ainda tivemos que lidar com staff antipatico e nao ficamos satisfeitos com os sumos naturais que pedimos, pois pareciam batidos (ver foto).Pedi para trocar e recusaram-se! Nunca mais me apanham la! Muito mau!!!

Asked for sardines , 50 minutes later they arrived , no apology , bought a glass of wine , when they brought it to the table the waiter took it from me went away and took some wine out of the glass as he reckoned it to be larger than it should be , how pathetic . I used some Portuguese words to say hello and thank you , not a single reply back to me from 2 staff members , I even left a tip . It was later on reflection that I realised all of this rudeness , and this is why I wrote my review the next day .

Kein guter Service. Bestellung wird schnell aufgenommen, aber danach wartet man Ewigkeiten auf das Essen und nich viel länger bis man zahlen kann, weil keiner mehr vorbei schaut Essen viel zu teuer, lieber eine Querstraße nach Norden, viel günstiger dort.

Los pasteles, la mayoría están duros y resecos.
Pides un pastel en el mostrador, te medican que lo tomes en el salón, y se lo pagas al camarero, con la sorpresa que te aumentan en 1€ por cada bollito, vamos, en mi opinión un robo.
Al no hablar su idioma, te la intentan jugar con total alevosía .
No volvería.

Nem cheguei a comer! Assim que efetuei o pedido, o empregado não sabia falar português e gritava conosco. Decidi levantar me e ir comer a outro sitio. Nunca mais voltarei.

Experiencia nefasta. Quisieron cobrarons 9€ cuando nosotros habíamos pedido 2 cafés (1,3€) y 2 pasteles de nata (1,5€). Tras indicarles que nos habían dicho mal el precio nos dijo que nos habían sacado café con leche (2,5€). Aún así, las cuentas no nos cuadraban.
Tras insitirnos finalmente nos cobraron 5,6€ haciéndolos creer en todo momento que no habíamos pedido lo que habíamos pedido.
Evidentemente no lo recomendamos

Very long to get food. Very long to get check. Food is okay at best. You might wait 30 min for the food then another 30 min to get the bill after asking. The salads are good, but again, everything else is okay at best.
There is no care about this place. Everything is done as cheap as possible as others have stated in other reviews. I wouldn't waste the time here when you can go elsewhere, have a better experience with better food, and save much time exploring rest of the city.

After 2 early morning visits on September 13 and 14, 2019 to buy egg tarts, the 2 servers (1 behind the pastry counter and 1 behind the cash register) ignored me. I had to ask for service. I observed during my wait that non visible minorities received attentive service. This was 2 visits which they will never receive again. I recommend patronizing up the street PAU DE CANELA which provided the attentive service with smiles.

Se trata de un lugar turístico y los precios son para turistas. Sin embargo, la comida estaba deliciosa y los platos eran muy grandes. Respecto a los pescados, las sardinas fritas estaban buenísimas y el bacalao igual, en platos combinados. Además, pedí una caja para llevar la comida que me sobró y me la dieron de forma gratuita. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Lo recomiendo totalmente

Péssimo atendimento. Imensos empregados, mas ficamos imenso tempo há espera. Passavam por nós e não nos queriam atender. Alguns funcionários rudes, outros não sabia falar português. Preços elevados. O WC estava avariado e a empregada disse que não havia casa de banho, ao insistirmos, disse de má vontade que havia outra no fundo das escadas, que estava imundo. Não recomendo.

If a great food experience isn't that important to you, you wont get disappointed of this place.
The waiter didn't quite understand what we wanted and kind of missed some of the order (there were some food on the breakfast menu we didn't want). So it took at least 30 minutes before we got eveything we were supposed to get. He mixed up what I didn't want on my plate and what my friend didn't want.
I wasn't too happy with the food and service level was ok (he was trying his best), but at least it filled my tummy.
My experience with restaurants with too much dishes and different type of food is that it won't fulfill the tasteness at all.

I was really surprised seeing so many bad opinions. I started to think I found the wrong place in the net.
We haven't seen the inside of the restaurant, because we preferred to sit at the table on the street.
We were pleased with the quality of dishes we ordered, especially octopus and black paella, which we have already tasted in many other places - I think today's were among the best we tried.
The waiter was nice and helpful. Of course the price was rather medium to high to us, but we were prepared that Portugal is rather expensive, so this price in a very center of the Lisbon old town hasn't surprised us.

the food was cold. the waiters were horrible. they ran out of strawberries, chicken and some drinks so they were using them from other restaurants. they forgot one of our meals because they didn’t want to tell us there was no chicken. their place was messy and trashed when we got there. worst experience in lisbon i’ve had yet. i would not recommend going there.

The waiters were rude. I waited 15 minutes JUST for them to take the order. Once I ordered two sandwiches, it took them over 30 minutes to bring the food, just two small sandwiches. The sandwiches weren't very good, and the pork one that I ordered was fried. I can't eat fried, so I guess that's something they should've specified on the menu. A total mess.

O pior atendimento possível. Funcionario parecia não nos entender, apesar de sermos Portugueses. Não recebeu as explicações com educação, grosseiro e mal encarado. Assisti a uma discussão noutra mesa, com um casal com uma criança, em que por diversas vezes ele gritou com o cliente. Saí mal disposto, não recomendo que parem aqui!

Ce fût le pire et notre plus dispendieux repas à Lisbonne. Nous avons même vu des gens quitter sans avoir toucher leur assiette. D’ailleurs, le serveur est venu avisé ma conjointe qu’il ne pouvait pas lui servir le poulet car il n’était pas bon. Le reste était franchement dégueulasse!

The waiter was very nice and understood English well. The food was really good and was very reasonable priced. I had a bacon burger which only cost €5,50 which was cooked perfectly. The French fries where perfect as they where crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Flop = sehr unfreundlicher Kellner, beim Hinweis, dass die Lasagne kalt ist, kam keine Reaktion. Das angemessene geringe Trinkgeld, wurde mit einem sarkastischem Lächeln aufgenommen. Keine Empfehlung.

Muy caro, 8 euros dos cafés y dos pasteles que en otros establecimientos nos han costado 2 euros. El servicio pésimo, dos horas esperando para que nos cobren y ya cuando ven que me levanto me traen el datáfono. Fatal, no lo recomiendo.

My warmest advise to not order cakes from the fridge. The cream cake I took was tasting of gorgonzola, doe was dry. Quality low, local empty in St. Anthonys eve for a good reason.

Avoid. I ordered a cappuccino and got something with dry mix still sitting in the foam - it was instant. Tasted worse than anything out of any machine. Pastries looked promising, but my apple tart was soggy. I can only conclude that this place relies on a steady stream of tourists who are never coming back anyway.

Absolutely disgusting service, your cutlery and dishes are basically thrown onto the table by the rude and unprofessional waiters who seem like they have no interest in their job or the service they provide. Crazily overpriced, tiny portions (€4.45 for a little more than a dozen French fries, €3 for a coffee etc.......) The toilets are horrible, the mens urinal was covered with a black plastic bag and the hand washing sinks were covered with wet paper towel not to mention the floor, no surprise when you have a tiny bathroom waste bin to hold paper towels for hundreds of unsuspecting tourists who walk in the door not knowing what they're in for. DO NOT WALK IN THE DOOR! If you're one of the unlucky ones who did and then decided to google how bad this cafe was then please share your experience and make these people clean up their act. In a place like Lisbon where food service is usually impeccable and unforgettable this place is the absolute dumps. Be warned!

DO NOT go here. Dirty, pricey food and the service sucked. The waiter struggled with the device he used to take our order with. It died when he finished, so he had to write it down on a napkin. The food that was supposed to be hot, was lukewarm or even cold and tasted like it was made three days ago. The waiter came back two times to tell us they were out of some item we ordered. The second time he did not even give us the chance to change our order, but served a differend type of bread. The sandwiches were dry and tasteless. The price was crazy, especially for the junk they served us. I don't understand how this place still exists.

Prime example of an establishment that owes its existence solely to its location. The food is expensive, low in quality (even for my Dutch standards) and the service bad. Many dishes from the menu weren't available, which was mentioned when the other orders were served. Cold, dry, tasteless croquottes which had obviosly been lying there for a few days and tough bread with chicken that came out of a can. The table service was veey hard to communicate with and got our order wrong in the end anyway.
I you are reading these reviews before you enter this place: walk on! Skipping Cafetaria Sao Nicolau is the best choice you will make today.

service is excellent. the young bangladeshi man who served us was great. but the food failed to deliver. this joint is perfect for tourists who dont speak portugese because it has pictures of each dish.
ordered fried cod-very bland and has lots of bones.
next item was a skirt steak-this had lots of savory flavor. it was decent.
for refreshment-sangria white wine, very citruisy and refreshing.
dessert, egg tart-crunchy crust excellent taste of the tart.

Les prix sont élevés, le cadre très moyen, les toilettes affreusement sales (on se demande vraiment comment sont les cuisines), et la nourriture servie est très moyenne.
En somme un attrape touristes...
Faites attention ⚠️ sur la monnaie : ils essaient de se prendre un pourboire....
Le serveur était sympa mais ces pratiques sont inadmissibles... sans compter qu’on essaie de voir attraper dans la rue

Situé sur la rue la plus touristique de Lisbonne, cet établissement sert un large choix de patisserie et propose aussi de la restauration. Autant dire que c’est vraiment un attrape touristes : les prix sont élevés, la qualité des produits moyennes, le service minimaliste... en plus le cadre est loin d’être agréable.

No está mal. Hay muchísima gente por que tiene buen precio. Yo estuve tomando un chocolate para recuperar fuerzas y calor de las caminatas de Lisboa en invierno. Son rápidos y amables. Lo único es que como quieren meter tantas mesas, es algo incómodo. Pero para lo que es, es bueno.
