Service du Café du kiosque décevant, la serveuse prend votre commande sans vous regarder, se tourne et dis des mots bas à son collègue. Dommage car vue sympathique.

We visited this restaurant on 26th June and were met immediately by hostile waitresses when we were seated. As we ordered we discussed with the waitress the starter cod fish cake in terms of size and portions etc and then went on to ordered two, per her recommendation. We then received what we assumed would be two fish cakes (priced €1.50), which we ate. Once the bill arrived we noticed that we had in fact been charged €20 for two cod dishes. The waitress had accidentally noted down, and delivered the wrong dishes. Whilst she acknowledged her mistake, the managerial staff were incredibly rude, and implied that it was our fault as we ate the dishes, despite us having never had it before, and therefore having no idea what it should look or taste like. After being rudely spoken to by several members of staff, the waitress finally changed the price of our bill. This was an embarrassing and unsatisfactory experience, whilst the food was good, staff were absolutely unacceptable.

Solo lo recomiendo por las vistas, caro y malo si vas a tomar algo.

O atendimento do garçom foi maravilhoso, no entanto, a dona deixou MUITO a desejar nesse quesito. Tratou a mim e a minha família de maneira grosseira, rude e desrespeitosa. Não recomendo.

Muito focado para turistas, tanto no preço como no atendimento. Antipatia no atendimento se for português. No entanto, a vista (das melhores da zona da graça) compensa a má educação em relação a nós portugueses.

Très bien pour boire un verre avec une superbe vue. Il faut se servir au kiosque avec un plateau et dégoter une bonne table. C'est sport il y a beaucoup de monde.

Good viewpoint from there. Unfortunately the waitress is very rude and obviously doesn't like tourists, neither her job, or colored people... We don't even really know the true reason, but for sure, not happy being there Pasteis are outrageously expensive, 1.70 euros and not good at all... Beers pinte 3.50, justified by the view, probably. Answer to the owner: my review has been written with full consciousness. It's a supposition based on my experience, maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm right. But the customers treatment wasn't equal that day, that's it. The service really needs to be improved, and I am not the only one to think that way. I won't change any line of my comment, you have to change your way to manage your employees...

Extremely rude owner, do not go. She started making fun of a lady in line, made her cry. Plus food was terrible, drinks were a joke. Absolute disaster.

Serveur peu aimable, erreurs de commandes (wraps saumon à la place de wraps poulet), poisson du wrap de mauvaise qualité... à éviter absolument ! Savourez seulement la vue ... En réponse à votre commentaire, je confirme qu'il s'agit bien du Quiosque Portas do Sol !

Schöne Aussicht, es gab Musiker in der Umgebung. Die selbstgemachte Limonade ist super!

Good views, good sangria. It can be a bit noisy with the passing trams. Also note, you must pay at the counter for your food/drink. Anywho, very chill, very relaxing. P.S. It can be windy, boyfriend’s sangria was just blown away! :D

Atendimento bom, mas os produtos deixam a desejar. Café, Capuccino e chocolate, todos sem Graça.
