Clairement la meilleure glace et le meilleur sorbet de ma vie, et pourtant j'ai fait le tour de beaucoup de glaciers connus, il n'a rien à envier aux glaces italiennes ! Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse sans pareille, très passionné et sa glace est d'une qualité irréprochable !
Si vous voulez manger une glace/un sorbet qui sent parfaitement le parfum annoncé, vous êtes au bon endroit !

맛있어요!!!!! 피스타치오 레몬 초콜렛 민트초코 모두 찌이이인하고 존맛탱입니다. 그리고 쿠키도 진짜 맛있어요!!! 초코쿠키 먹고 너무 맛있어서 다음날 또가서 사먹었어요 코코넛쿠키도 맛있네요. 직원도 친절하구요. 너무 맛있어요 짱짱 ㅜㅜ 추천합니다

THE BEST ICE CREAM I’VE EATEN SO FAR! Such a little nice place, loved the people and their puppy at the store. If you plan a trip to Lisbon, that’s the place to get your fresh ice cream any time a year.

On a recent trip to Lisbon we enjoyed gelato here daily. Absolutely delicious, great vegan options, super friendly staff, and as an added bonus, an incredibly adorable vizsla puppy to play with each evening. :-) We will definitely return to Lisbon and to Sorbettino!

Delicioso. No es barato, pero esta muy bueno y son muy amables. Se ve la cocina que está muy limpia. Nunca había visto cómo se hacen los helados y es curioso. Volveré cuando venga a Lisboa.

€3.20 for a small scoop.
WAY too expensive!
The Gelato isn't secured in the cup and is overflowing, making the serving size look larger than it is.
By the time you walk out the door it is already melting.
Pistachio was vegan and nice but Rocher was very sweet.
Not worth the price for the amount, especially as you have to ram in in your mouth before it melts.

Buenos helados pero una falta de respeto que el vaso tenga el fondo por la mitad para hacerlo parecer más grande. Innecesario ya que una bocha de helado cuesta 3,20 euros. En vez de dejar al cliente contento lo hacen sentir estafado.

Just unbelievably good. Between my girlfriend and I we tried the (vegan) pistachio, (vegan) coconut, (vegan) dark chocolate, mint chocolate and praline. All were incredible but the standout was the dark chocolate. The service was also friendly and patient. It was slightly pricey (€4.50 for a medium with 3 flavours maximum) but the serving was generous and as I said, the quality is amazing.

Es gibt hier milchfreies Pistazien- und Kokoseis!!! Und es war SUPER LECKER!
Toll, dass auch Mal andere Geschmackssorten auf der veganen Seite angeboten werden. Vor allem Pistazie hat intensiv und cremig geschmeckt, obwohl keine Milch verwendet wurde (gehe Mal von Kokosmilch aus).
Den Preis fand ich angemessen und die Portionsgröße war auch ausreichend!
Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ordered to scoops, one with mango and one with pistachio. The mango was alright, but had a weird aftertaste. The pistachio on the other hand was perfect! The selection of flavors could be bigger, but it is nice that they have vegan options as well. I thought the service was a bit off, but maybe it was just a misunderstanding.

I really like their ice cream. I went there a second time today but unfortunately the salted caramel was over. From the ones I tried, it was my favourite. In addition to than, I also tried the pistachio, dark chocolate and dulce de leche. All the flavors were great. I highly recommend.

Salted caremal奶味重了點，焦糖的味道比較淡，也沒有鹹的味道，尾韻帶點堅果香味，覺得這口味比較普通
I have orderd Pistacchio and salted caremel flavor. I think there Pistacchio is harmonious and very good. I really like it, it's the top one that I ever had. And about salted caremel, I think they added a lot of milk so the caremel is light. I loved the stronger taste of caremel therefore I think the flavor is just ok.

Do not pass by Sorbettino, go straight in! The icecream is heavenly and as vegans we felt spoilt choice. Pistachio & raspberry were our first choice, however, the dark chocolate icecream is absolutely another level! Guanaja 70% was total bliss, we came back the next day for double serving. Treat yourselves, pay them a visit!

The dark chocolate is out of this world. Brings back memories of biting into a giant chocolate as a kid. Salted caramel and hazelnut were also extraordinary. Pistachio was wonderful. Dulce de leche was good but flavored mention before outshined it.

if you're looking for the best ice cream in your life, you should definitely visit this place. You will experience something what is out of your imagination, you will feel heaven in your mouth. The service is really nice and the atmosphere lets you stay there and be a part of a small paradise.

Mouth-watering. The pistachio was almost as good as they are in Sicilia. Some might say, outrageously, that it's even better. The Passion fruit was like sticking your face in a passionfruit. Wow.
Update: second night in and the other reviewer is absolutely right. The salted caramel is worth running away from home for.

If you go there you will go again. Number 1 Pistachio, 2 Salted Caramel, 3 Dark Chocolate. We tested ice cream every where. Only a small shop in Como, Italy was as good, that is to say! ... look for it too if you travel there but try the Coffee!

Fabulous ice cream and sorbets, I really want to visit them again today. I had lemon, strawberry and raspberry sorbets, my wife had mint choc chip ice cream and the lemon sorbet. All were beautiful… tasty, not over sweet, smooth without the gritty ice crystal feel you can get with some sorbets. We had a lovely chat with the server (it was not busy at the time – our gain, everyone else’s loss), who was passionate about his product and the process of making them. Skip Grom down the road (or save it for a trip to Florence) and visit Lisbon’s own instead!

A must visit if you like gellato... There are numerous gellato shops in Lisbon but Sorbettino is some of the best I have tasted, this includes comparisons of gellato we ate in Italy. They love ice cream, you can even watch the ice cream being made at the back of the store. Flavours are varied, and no doubt change overtime.

This is the best ice cream shop in Lisbon...actually the best I have had period. I visited a lot of different ice cream shops during my trip and this one topped the list by far. Their flavours are phenomenal. I don't eat dairy and they had a lot of vegan options that were amazing. I met the owner while I was there and he is very passionate about what he does. He explained all the little details that make the ice cream perfect. I went back almost everyday during my trip and brought friends and family with me each time and they all agreed that it was the best ice cream in the city. This is a must try while in Lisbon!

This place offers some great ice cream and desserts but it could use some energy in terms of lighting and possibly music in the background. I really enjoyed the lady serving us and most importantly the dessert.

So delicious! Personally love sorbet and this place is heaven for me. I tried passion fruit, coconut, pistachio and lemon. All tasted really good and chocolate was also fantastic. The place is really cute too:)

As a reference I usually try my favourites everywhere: pistachio, mango, peanut and passion fruit. This place in my top 3. Real feels, nothing artificial and not too sweet! Idk why this place does not pop up in blogs/articles about best ice cream places in Lisbon. Easily beating the creamy others!

Très bonne adresse et les sorbets! Si vous êtes fan de matcha allez y avec le sorbet kiwi c'est très bon. Et vous pourrez aussi admirez le chefs préparant les sorbets !

Heladería artesanal con ingredientes de alta calidad, muy sabrosos y con opciones de helados veganos. Súper recomendable como sabor estrella helado de pistacho, esta increíblemente bueno. El mejor que he probado. Tanto las dependientas como Pedro el dueño y artesano experto de los helados, son muy atentos, simpáticos y amables. 100%recomendable.

Une vraie bonne adresse quand on veut manger une excellente glace. L'accueil est chaleureux. Les glaces sont delicieuses, nous avons essayé beaucoup de parfums et ils sont tous au top. Une mention spéciale pour la pistache qui est fameuse.

Oh my gosh, so good. Have never imagine vegan sorbets can taste so delicious. Have tried pistachio, coconut and peach. The peach one tasted like real peach, so good. Pistachio is so nutty ,like freshly roasted nuts,sweet but not too sweet,somewhat neutral. 3.90 euro for Medium cup up to 3 flavors. Going back next week to take some home, thermo box cost 0.5L about 12 euros. Lady there was super friendly; clean.
