Персонал великолепен. Номер очень уютный, хотя и не мал. Бассейн открытый, шезлонги. В баре есть все. Сам городок очень курортен и мил. Масса ресторанчиков и баров. Маленькие пляжи и океан.

Stayed here for a week recently. We were delighted as we found it to be a top class hotel with very friendly staff. We had a junior suite, room 248 with no sea view, but with a lovely side view looking on to the hotel Italia.
The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff at reception and in the bar were very friendly and helpful.
We stayed B and B and found the range of breakfast food to be of a high standard.
The dinner restaurant didn't open till 7.30 which is a pity as we like to eat dinner earlier, so we eat out which was fine as Cascais has many fine restaurants. Live music was on two nights in the bar and also some traditional Portuguese dancing on another night. They also had some wine sampling at 6.30 one evening.
The house wines which are specially made for Vila Gale are excellent and we purchased one when checking out at a reduced rate.
We hope to return here in the future, thank you to all the staff here for a very enjoyable experience.

We were a little unhappy with our first room as we had paid extra to have a junior suite and sea view. It was a suite and had a sea view but only if you stood up to see over the balcony. I requested a room change and although they were full for that night we were moved the next day. My what a difference in the room. We were delighted with it and it helped to make our holiday really special . There were two balconies . One looking over Cascais and the other looking out to sea. It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by after a busy day. I would particularly like to thank Sofia on reception for her help, though all the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast were very good with a good selection of food. Couldn’t fault it . The grounds are beautifully kept and there was always enough sun loungers to go around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We loved Cascais .

We couldn't fault this hotel. Location is amazing and the pool is just perfect. We were B&B and the breakfast was fab, plenty of choice. Staff in bar and restaurant a little 'relaxed' lets just say nothing happens to quickly but we adjusted to suit! Order before your drink is empty and just as you feel hungry and you will be fine. Rooms are excellent very generous size and cleaned each day (get a sea view it's worth the extra) We will 100% be back

I'm really disappointed with this hotel. It brings bad reputation for Cascais area. The hotel is very bad maintained, the food is not good compared to Portuguese standards, the service is not professional, the employees are not nice right away and barely speak English. Worst of everything is not clean, the rooms are not clean and some areas are sticky like the restaurant.

Our stay was lovely. Room was spacious junior suite. Could hear noise from the road and birds in the park just behind but not too loud, just windows could do with a bit of sound proofing. Food was OK, good spread for buffet breakfast so you should be able to find something to your taste. Only thing is the hot food not very hot and the cold stuff not very cold, specially the milk. Buffet dinner was OK, again the food not very hot, but a good selection. Pool is lovely and views fantastic. Overall its a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and the grounds are very pretty. But the mattresses are probably the worst that I have ever slept on in all my travels. It feels like you are sleeping on plywood. Also, sounds travel through the walls and ceilings, and it sounded like someone was dragging chairs across the floor, late into the night. Breakfast was average, but staff were very helpful.

Vila Galé Cascais is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and they are always there to assist with all travel needs.We had a junior suite which was very spacious and modern, and thoroughly cleaned every day. The room has a small kitchenette, so if you wanted to cook food, you could.The restaurant was very nice, but we only used this for breakfast. The breakfasts catered for all tastes, continental, cooked and cereals, not to mention the delicious ‘Danish Pastries’.The bar area catered for lunchtime snacks also.The hotel is positioned 10mins walk from Cascais where you will be spoilt for choice for bars and restaurants.This is the second time we’ve visited Portugal, for an annual football tournament my youngest son attends. Previous we stayed in the Vila Galé Estoril, which was equally as nice, but better positioned for local transport.I can honestly say Cascais and the Vila Galé Cascais is worth a visit. You will not be disappointed!

Hotel em local previlegiado, com excelente paisagem , excelentes zonas ajardinadas e piscinas. As áreas comuns são confortáveis, bem decoradas e limpas. Os apartamentos são amplos e possuem uma espaçosa varanda e uma kitchenette. As camas são confortáveis, mas os lençóis denotam bastante desgaste, assim como os tapetes dos quartos. Dentro destes, a limpeza não era a adequada. Certamente , com obras de remodelação já em curso, estes pormenores serão corrigidos. Atendimento simpático e eficiente, principalmente na recepção.

Гостиница находится не в самом центре города, чуть на окраине, но то, как для меня, делает ее более уютной. Номера просторные, у нас был номер на троих, кровати удобные, есть все принадлежности. Очень порадовал завтрак, изобилие овощей, фруктов, фреш двух видов, хамон, ветчина, много сыра, два вида яишницы, мюсли, колбаски, и шампанское. Достаточно большой бассейн. Свой мини парк с павлинами. Но до пляжа чуть далековато.

Magnífico hotel con casi todos los aspectos positivos. Ubicación espectacular con vistas a las piscinas y al mar. A solo un paseo a pie de la famosa Boca del Infierno. Aparcamiento gratuito en el interior aunque no muy grande. No obstante en el exterior no había complicaciones para aparcar. El trato del personal excelente. Habitación muy grande con salón independiente y cocina integrada. Dos televisores. Habitación muy limpia. Cocina algo vieja y con algunos muebles descolgados aunque no la utilizamos. Mucho calor en la habitación que no sabíamos de donde provenía. Dormimos en pleno diciembre con las ventanas un poco abiertas. Cuarto de baño correcto, aunque con el techo algo bajo y la bañera algo alta. Bastante presión en los grifos y tenperatura fácil de regular. La televisión no se veía nítida, la imagen tenía algo de "niebla". Desayuno buffet espectacular. Tostadas, fruta, bollería, yogurts, tortitas, revueltos y mucho más. La zona de piscinas no la utilizamos pero tenía una pinta espectacular. Tres piscinas, una de ellas infantil con toboganes. Quedamos muy satisfechos.

Large rooms, great pool, comfy bed. Opened the door to what i initially thought was a wardrobe but it was a kitchenette, self catering available..breakfast was nice, lots of choice. Cant say too much about the evening meal as it was a bit boring. Tea making facilities are available if you ask. Organised trips to Mafra palace are good. Staff are nice. Yes i would stay here again but i would eat out of an evening. Drinks at the bar are pricey.

Arrived today. Got room on top floor. Great view of lighthouse and bit of the marina. 5 minutes walk to lighthouse. Walked all way round marina up into citadela. Had a beer then walked back through nice park. Town shopping mall tomorrow.

In jeder Hinsicht ein fürchterliches Hotel das höchstens einen Stern verdient hat auf Grund der Nähe zur Innenstadt. Lärmig, dreckig, Ungeziefer im Zimmer, schlechtes Personal in allen Bereichen, grässliches Frühstück, total überteuert. Dieses Haus sollte man einfach nur abreissen!!! Das sind keine Zimmer sondern düstere Löcher, schrecklich!!!

Sadly only stayed one night, but this hotel is in a nice area near to Cascais. Beautifully kept with peacocks in the garden and a lovely pool. Thank nlt negative comment is that it’s quite a big step into the bath to have a shower (and no grab rail) would prefer easier access shower (what about the poor souls who cannot bend and have no agility - it would be impossible to get in the shower)

A beautiful hotel on the coast. 5 mi utes walk to a range of beaches, alcoves and the marina. Very well located for a range of sporting and relaxing activities, 10 min walk to the town centre/Cascais bay. 20-30 min bike ride to Guincho surf beach. Friendly staff, full of local information for on / off the beaten track excursions. Check in was a bit frustrating as up front payment required which was not part of booking policy. Most hotels take a security deposit and hold your card details as you may add services during your stay (room service, meals, sauna etc). Elevators are very small. Struggled to get my bike in and always had to lift it up vertically to squeeze in. Lots of triathletes on site experiencing same issue. Beautiful gardens, dining area, and rooms. Visually appealing but a few creaky doors and cupboards in the room suggesting lots of wear and tear plus a very aged kitchen in the sea view balcony room. Parking in site included which was a great bonus. Overall a very nice location for a great beachside holiday.

This just seemed like a perfect stop over during our South to North Portugal tour. Lovely views the Rio Tejo and the Atlantic ocean. Just a stone's throw away from Boca do inferno and Cascais museums and history. Lovely little splash pool for those hot summer days and a perfect sundowners cocktails verandas.

I am at Vila Gale Hotel at the moment. When we arrived in our room it was crawling with ants ,on bed, walls ,kitchen atea Staff did a clean to try and control them. So far not had too many .room needs some TLC ,we tried breakfast which for 11.50euro was not up to scratch.Dinner 25euro each without drinks was not good . Only good thing about the hotel is the Pool which is lovely, and how close we are you evettevery.The staff are lovely very helpful Won't stay again at this Hotel

Hotel muy bien localizado en Cascais. Cerca de la playa que posee parking privado gratuito. Buen acceso. Andando llegas al puerto en 2 min y al centro en 10 min. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Tienen terraza y algunas tienen cocina. El hotel está limpio y posee una piscina muy bonita y bien equipada. El desayuno es tipo buffet. Para mi gusto podía mejorarse en dulces.

Parabéns à administração. Fiquei instalada neste hotel um fim de semana. Soube a pouco... ficou a saudade e a vontade em regressar. Adorei o quarto, amplo e limpo, com uma boa casa de banho e uma agradável varanda. Uma cama e almofadas maravilhosas. Pessoal muito simpático. Inês do SPA e Sr. Paulo do Restaurante, muito amáveis. Mas todo o staff do hotel é muito afável. Buffet muito bom, fiquei alojada com meia pensão e gostei muito da alimentação e da variedade. Gostei do churrasco ao ar livre. Parabéns ao cozinheiro por todo o buffet e em especial as sobremesas. Gostei da gentileza de terem nuggets de frango para as crianças e gomas. Obrigada por pensarem nos mais pequenos. Adorei a zona verde do hotel com as maravilhosas piscinas, o parque infantil e os pavões. Gostei muito que não fossem permitidos insufláveis nas piscinas. Numa ilha espanhola que visitei no início de Agosto, o hotel permitia e parecia a "guerra dos insufláveis" entre os miúdos. Não tive paz. Foi horrível e barulhento. A reserva de espreguiçadeiras nesse hotel na ilha espanhola também foi um caos. E isso no vosso hotel não acontece. Agradeço e elogio a vossa atitude. Já conhecia o Vila Galé Ampalius e o Vila Galé Ópera e realmente o vosso patamar de qualidade está elevado. Renovo os meus parabéns. E claro, Cascais é lindíssimo.

Muy mala experiencia. Pagas un dineral por una Junior Suite y te meten en un zulo sin balcón y con vistas al parking. Pides cambio de habitación aunque sea a una de inferior categoría y te dicen que no hay, sin embargo por Booking puedes reservar esos mismos días a mejor precio. Una vergüenza. Mucho ojo a la hora de reservar.

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, a unos minutos del centro y de las mejores zonas de Cascais. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la piscina es fantástica. El desayuno, solo correcto, con productos muy normales. Sin embargo, la mala valoración viene de nuestra habitación, x31, junto al núcleo de ascensores y el lobby de empleados, que nos han despertado puntualmente todo los días a la siete de la mañana moviendo carros y bandejas con un estruendo fuera de lo normal. A pesar de nuestra queja en recepción la situación no cambio ninguno de los días que estuvimos en el hotel. Nuestro consejo es que os negueis a aceptar ninguna habitación acabada en 31 (y sospecho que similares x28, x30) a menos que queráis un despertador a modo de golpes. El aislamiento acústico interior de la habitaciones es muy mejorable

Visitamos este hotel por el bonito diseño que tiene y su cercania con el centro y las playas. Es una zona muy tranquila y se puede ir caminando a prácticamente cualquier sitio. Con respecto al servicio y el trato, el personal es muy amable; da gusto estar con gente así.

Cascais is een mooie plaats maar ver van het hotel. Hotel is goed ook het ontbijt(super) alleen diner beter buiten het hotel in Cascais zelf. Er zijn voldoende eetgelegenheden. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn groot heel netjes. Foto híer onder is het uitzicht van uit het hotel.

Stayed here for 9 nights in junior suite. Room very dark and balcony only fit for one person. After complaining for four days they finally moved us into another junior suite with bigger balcony. Although hotel states kid friendly we found that it wasn’t really. We only discovered a kids menu on day six as the kids menu was never on show and the first time we ordered from it was told the food will take longer to come out. My daughter was also told on a few occasions that swimming rings and balls are not aloud in the pool.

Pros: very clean, nice staff, nice pool and garden, Great location, next to sea and 10 min walk to Cascais center Cons: Decoration 80's style, dated and soulless. Dinner buffer was so so, could have more variety. Online booking for suite room shows pictures with balcony buy balcony was not available, this misleading adversting was very disapointing, we have considered to cancel and leave the hotel but due to high season there were no other hotels available, the only option was to complain and negotate a compensation of free dinner for family during stay. The negative points are not being take care seriously by the management. Whenever there's a negative review the hotel reply is a copy paste of a template message, you may check this by reading the other users reviews. To be clear, I have rated 2 out of 5 for this hotel, I did NOT had a pleasant stay.

Les chambres ont besoin d'être rafraîchi ( la nôtre a encore une vieille moquette rouge d'époque et le coin cuisine est vétuste)! Le service de ménage n'est pas très sérieux et fait le minimum! Buffet de petit déjeuner à choix et avec un plus car ils ont une gamme pour les intolérants au gluten comme moi! L'hôtel est bien placé, le personnel de la réception agréable et à l'ecoute! La piscine est sympa et le coin snack propose de bonnes salades le midi!

The first room we got had a strong foul smell coming from the bathroom. The second day we changed to another room, with no smell. There are two rugs placed on each side of the bed, my little daughter lifted one of them up and a ton of sand and dirt came out (this was the case for both rooms). There is a safety box in the room that you have to pay extra for using! You get these little pool towel tickets that gets easily lost and if not returned you get fined 20 euros a ticket. Once we had the tickets there wasn’t enough pool towels anyway. So we ended up taking the room towels to the pool! The air conditioner in the room is too small to cool the rooms so we were sleeping in 27-28 degrees all nights! Reception staff seemed unfriendly and rushed. The positive things were the beautiful sea view, the location and the pool area which was great for kids. Paying roughly 200 euros a night was definitely too much for this hotel.

El personal muy atento. El desayuno a simple vista caótico, pero bien organizado. La habitación muy amplia ,impecable y silenciosa. Ademàs disponía de una pequeña minicocina con menaje como alternativa. Buena situación , pero le falta una salida directamente hacia el centro ,sin necesidad de rodear todo el edificio. A la piscina le falta un poquito de animación.

Nur die Lage und die großen Zimmer sind hervorzuheben. Alles andere geht nicht. Das Personal ist sowas von unfreundlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht schön und das Essen ist auf Englische Gäste ausgerichtet. Omlets gibt's aus dem Tetrapack. Nicht zu empfehlen dieses Hotel.

Six of us (3 couples) have just returned from Vila Galé Cascais. We have had a lovely stay. The staff beginning at Reception, the Restaurant and Housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were extremely spacious and well equipped. (Just remember to take a kettle). Originally our group were separated over two floors but this was quickly remedied after check-in when we were all placed together (useful for pre-evening drinks & nightcaps!). We would not hesitate to book again at any Vila Galé hotel. Congratulations and thank you to a great team.

Conheço alguns hotéis do grupo. Em todos eles fui sempre tratada de forma excelente. Tenho acompanhado com satisfação que esta unidade hoteleira têm sido premiada diversas vezes. Hoje, e porque atravessamos uma fase difícil, em que têm vindo a publico que muitos se aproveitam desta situação, agindo só a pensar no lucro, uma vez mais não posso deixar de destacar este comportamento. Tendo eu uma reserva para inicio de Abril, no Vila Galé Cascais, e como é do conhecimento de todos esta não é a melhor altura para viajar, recebi um telefonema da parte deles e imaginem não estavam a pensar no lucro... informaram-me que os vales que eu tinha e os quais poderiam ser facilmente descartáveis continuariam válidos para o ano dentro do mesmo período. Da minha parte continuarão a merecer o meu apoio e lembrem-se não há nada mais eficaz do que a publicidade feita por quem bem os conhece.

가족끼리 같이가면 좋을 호텔 가격이 저렴해서 별로 기대안했는데 주차공간, 조식, 서비스 모두 좋았습니다. 객실도 크고 조리기구도 준비되어 있어서 요리를 해먹을 수 도 있었습니다. 호텔 바로 앞이 차없는 거리인데 이 길이 특히 좋았습니다. 카스카이스 기차역쪽으로 이어지는 이 길을 따라가면 바로 하이냐 해변에 닿을수 있어서 좋습니다. 아침에는 이 길을 따라 조깅하는 사람도 많고 반대쪽으로 걸으면 지옥의 입이 있습니다.

Muito fraco. Alumínios em mau estado deixam entrar vento e frio em pelo menos 3 quartos. Tecto da casa de banho muito baixo, dentro da banheira nao se consegue ter o chuveiro numa altura decente para tomar duche e só tenho 1.76m. Televisao com mau sinal. Muito pobre.

En stor nackdel var att sängarna är mycket hårda men det överväger resten. Härligt poolområde, fin havsutsikt. Passa på och hyr en cykel och cykla till en stor sandbeach ca 7 km från hotellet. Hela cykelturen var en upplevelse. Vi tyckte att hela vistelsen var toppen.

Smart hotel far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to walk in 10-15mins. Big pool - plus slides and kids play area. Restaurant does well to cope with so many people and service is good. Only downsides were in the room. In general it was fine - it was effectively a suite with separate sitting area and balcony with great view. Let down by a bed which was lupmpy and uncomfortable - needed a new mattress - and bizarrely, a bedside table and lamp only on one side of the bed.

Отдыхали с мужем 29.08-05.09.2019 понравилось все. Тихий Отель, хотя окна выходили на парковку, каждое утро открывали балкон и наслаждались пеньем петухов из парка, запах хвои будоражил сознание. Расположение отеля очень хорошее, и не центр, где вечером суета и в тоже время до центра рукой подать. Рядом пляжик, где можно купаться с обеда. Завтраки одинаковые были на протяжении всего отдыха, но вкусные. Уборка в номере ежедневная, убирали хорошо. Что ещё надо для хорошего отдыха, спасибо отелю за приём и помощь оказанную при обращениях. Кстати в каждом номере есть Кухня со всеми кухонными принадлежностями, которыми можно пользоваться, если будет на это время, мы один раз пользовались, покупали морепродукты и отваривали. Отель хорошая четвёрка, мы рекомендуем в нём отдыхать!

Well Below par for a 4 star hotel. Prepayment was required before seeing or accessing the room which I find highly unusual. We also booked a triple room and have been provided with a twin room and a pathetic sofa bed. Asked at reception for a change and were essentially told like it or lump it. 4 star by name, 2 star by service.

Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel wat meerdere talen kent. (Portugees, Engels, sommigen ook Spaans en Frans) Parkeren is een drama! Te weinig plekken op eigen terrein. Er is een bar, zwembad, buitenbar met terras, restaurant, lounge en wifi door het hele hotel. Kamers waren schoon en netjes. Voorzien van airco. Helaas was er geen droogrekje aanwezig op de kamer of balkon, waardoor mensen hun handdoek over het balkon hangen.

Nous revenons de Cascais où nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Vila Gale. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques mètres de l'océan et pas très loin du centre ville. L'hôtel a été rénové il y a peu mais garde des traces du passé. Les chambres sont grandes, calmes, avec terrasse, salle de bains petite mais moderne, air conditionné, frigo, coffre personnel (à louer) et télévision. Le service est très bien et les employés sont gentils et efficaces, que ce soit au bar, au buffet ou à la réception. La nourriture (formule demi-pension dans notre cas) est standard (buffet le matin et le soir) : le buffet petit-déjeuner est parfait et en abondance, les boissons sont payantes dans le buffet du soir (pas d'eau à disposition) et c'est dommage. La piscine est plutôt petite et malheureusement comme à beaucoup d'endroits les transats sont vite indisponibles vu que la plupart des gens les réservent en y déposant un livre ou un essuie malgré l'interdiction de cette pratique. Malgré ces quelques petits détails nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous garderons de très bons souvenirs du pays.

**WARNING** You will definitely have a great time. My wife, 1yr old son, and myself stayed for 12days and loved it. Check-in was easy and everyone was multilingual because unfortunately we dont speak Portuguese. Sofia and Michael at the front desk went above and beyond multiple times. They made sure the crib had extra sheets and ensured the kitchen provide us with a permanent kettle for our babies bottles. Housekeeping came in everyday while we were down for breakfast( floors swept and mopped, towels changed, beds made, and garbages emptied. The buffet style restaurant had lots of options for everyone and I love to eat. Specialty espresso's for my wife every morning and some mimosas for the day of our anniversary. The staff were so kind and the cooks very talkative. But... two servers became good friends and added that extra star to our stay- CARLA, was amazing and never let a chance go by to check on us, play with the baby, and assist us if she could make it happen. Romeiro, an excellent server, saw us in the street and stopped to talk and helped us with directions to the grocery store for baby supplies. The hotel gives you 3 vouchers for each day 1- for a free bottle of Portuguese wine any night you have dinner with them. 2- is a vouchers for 50% off bar drinks if you order 2 drinks. I was on vacation and I definitely loved these vouchers. 3- mmmmm 20% off all spa services does anybody not like a good massage?? But speak with the therapist after your first service they will give you a 50% of coupon, definitely my style. The restaurant had a Friday evening bbq and show night- prime rib, shrimp, chicken, and seafood skewers. The bar had multiple local bands playing, piano playing, and singers almost every evening. The country was amazing, so full of history, and the food was exactly what we love. We went with Tuga tours- due to the baby and his sleeping and feeding schedule we paid a little extra for our tours to be private. We did 3 tours Sintra (the palace), Lisbon, and the Oceanarium. I completely over simplified the tours bc there is alot of other things we saw, along with wine tastings, and food tastings. The property has 3 pools, one kids pool, one mixed pool, and a 3rd kinda hottub pool. My wife and I agree the pictures on the website do the resort no justice. "Hells mouth" a 1min walk, the ocean is 30ft from the pool, a large castle right beside the resort, and the Cascais townsquare a 4min walk. All that being said of course nothing is perfect but they definitely fixed everything immediately if there any issues that arose.

I booked a Queen bed in a Jr Suite but when I arrived was given 4 twin beds..??? Also, there were not enough places at the pool to sit and no towels. The best aspects was location and the room service, which was outstandingly fast. I might stay there again if I came back but not a lot of trust around getting the room I booked.

Idoneo a famiglie e coppie di ogni età, ma sicuramente anche a singles che vogliono godere di un po' di relax. Pulizia dell'appartamentino giornaliera; cucina parziale per chi volesse mangiare in camera e ristorante a buffet a prezzo fisso, oltre al bar dove poter far colazione anche senza glutine o degustare drink. L'hotel e situato a pochi metri dall'oceano e dai balconi fronte mare si può godere di una bella vista mozzafiato. A pochi passi da 'la boca do inferno', in inverno, periodo con precipitazioni frequenti ma non abbondanti, si può toccare con mano la forza dell'oceano che s'infrange sulla scogliera (da cui il nome del suggestivo luogo). A pochi passi dal centro, si può passeggiare nella 'cittadella' dove passeggiare, fare shopping e mangiare nei numerosi ristoranti tipici portoghesi. Guardare bene la lista menù e dei prezzi, normalmente posta all'esterno. La maggior parte di questi è accessibile altri spropositati e non giustificati. Chi avesse problemi di celiachia, può star tranquillo di mangiare in sicurezza purchè abbia il riguardo di far presente la patologia e l'accortezza di evitare la contaminazione in cucina. Esagerare non guasta se si tratta di salute, magari anche con qualche esagerazione del tipo "mi potrei sentir male qui".

Love it. Really good rooms. Front desk people very nice and they offer professional services. I was here last year. I tried this year a different hotel and after 1 night I ask expedia to transfer me at Vila Gale. Luckily they found a room for us. Wonderful breakfast...large variety of cheeses, fruits etc. I highly recommend this hotel. In summer they have a beautiful pool.

нам повезло - в номере был большой удобный балкон, где можно было посидеть вечером, глядя на городской парк. Вообще в отеле номер с балконом это редкость, что сразу снижает планку. Завтраки неплохие, но СТРАШНО много людей. Во дворе небольшой бассейн и бар. Пляжа у отеля нет. И до ближайшего пляжа надо ехать. Пешком не дойти. Парковка забита до предела. Удобное расположение - в стороне от шумной главной площади и центра, но в шаговой доступности.

Situado en zona tranquila, cercana a pie del centro de Cascais, a metros del mar, con amplias habitaciones y ausencia de ruidos. Tomamos alojamiento y desayuno, que es donde me puedo quejar. Se puede considerar abundante, pero si te quedas más de un día, como es mi caso, notas que no varían ni un solo plato del bufet. Buena conexión a internet gratuito, sin límites de tráfico y velocidad excelente. Aparcamiento al aire libre en el exterior del hotel, pero insuficiente para las habitaciones de que dispone. Hay aparcamiento afuera. Una cervecería a la esquina ayuda a tomar algo fuera, ya que no hay otros bares. Aún así, repetiría.

Very memorable stay. Location, service, amenities were superb. Stroll in the beach early morning is a bliss. Easy to navigate to and from the place. Be cautious about the mini bar as the pricing sticker is not viable and you will be billed a bomb. Overall a nice place and will definitely come again.

Le seul point positif de l'hôtel est sa proximité avec le centre de cascais et les pistes cyclables pour aller vers la boca do inferno ou les plages de Guincho. Pour le reste, l'hôtel est plutôt d'un niveau 3 étoiles. Les chambres sont vétustes et mal insonorisées, le petit déjeuner est moyen, des mauvaises odeurs dans les 2 chambres que nous avons réservé et dans les parties communes. Les abords de la piscine ne sont pas très pratiques : pavés avec des petits cailloux ainsi que de la terre.

Accueil professionnel et agréable qui met le visiteur en confiance. Suite 541 spacieuse et silencieuse. Restaurant suffisamment grand pour accueillir valablement tous les pensionnaires, petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Nous avons également dîné : excellent et raffiné. De plus, il suffit de marcher 50 m pour se retrouver le long de la mer.

Het hotel is al wat verouderd. Airco's slaapkamer isvies maar elke dag wordt het bed opgemaakt en gezogen. Badkamer wordt schoongemaakt en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en doet erg zijn best om het jou naar de zin te maken. Het hotel is niet ingericht voor avondeten want alles is al lauw tot koud zodra de deur opengaat. Vanaf hotel naar centrum Cascais is 2,9 km en je loopt er in ong. 17 min. naar toe. Daar liggen 5 restaurantjes bij elkaar en erg gezellig en voor iets meer dan 15 euro p.p. heb je lekker gegeten. Zal zeker nog een keer teruggaan.

Für den Ausgleich zwischen Stadtbesichtigung und Erholung ist Cascais sehr zu empfehlen. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 30 Minuten in Lissabon, das Hotel hat aber den Vorteil der ruhigen und erholsamen Atlantiklage. Hier kann man herrliche und lange Spaziergänge oder Radtouren machen.Im Hotel sollte man unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, der ist unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind leider alle sehr dunkel gehalten, was sich auf der Landseite (sonnenabgewand) sicher noch unangenehmer darstellt. Die Zimmer sind mit einer kleiner Küchenzeile ausgestattet, die auch mal die Zubereitung einer kleinen Zwischenmalzeit ermöglichen. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Hotel zu Wünschen übrig. Auch das Frühstück entspricht nicht unbedingt einem 4*-Standart. Kaum frisches Obst, Eierspeiden nur aus Volleipackungen (nur Spiegeleier werden noch aus richtigen Eiern zubereitet), keine Abwechslung im Frühstücksangebot.Für ein paar Tage kann man das Hotel aber durchaus auswählen.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September. We had a great time. Our room was on the 6th floor with a nice view over the seafront. The room was spacious, clean and very nice. The air conditioning wasn't working initially and the room temperature was hot but their maintenance man fixed the problem when he replaced a blown fuse. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the food was fine. Freshly made omelettes etc were excellent and plenty of other options. The bar area was excellent and drink prices were ok. The pool area was very good with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Cascais is a brilliant place, very picturesque and it has good rail and bus services to Lisbon, Estoril and Sintra, the hotel is about a 15 minute nice walk into the town. Lots of restaurants in Cascais and around the marina near to the hotel. Whilst we were in Cascais there was the 2017 Ironman tournament and the place was very busy but very enjoyable. We would definitely stay at this resort and this hotel again. Thanks for a great time.

Se oía muchísimo el ruido de otras habitaciones y de la TV hasta muy tarde. No se podía dormir.En general el personal era amable, aunque una señorita de recepción fue muy antipática y no quería hacerme factura.Hice la reserva con Expedia. Me vendieron habitación con vistas al mar. Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que mi reserva era de una habitación con vistas a la parte trasera del hotel (al parking). No me la cambiaron, ya que el hotel no se hacía responsable de lo que a mí me hubiera vendido Expedia; ellos decían que la reserva que tenían era con vistas a atrás. En ese momento no puedes hacer nada, ¿a quién llamas?, ¿a quién reclamas?, o te aguantas o te vas... (y luego pelea que te devuelvan el dinero de la primera noche de hotel...)

O Vila Galé Cascais está praticamente na primeira linha de praia. Os quartos são amplos e acolhedores. Nota negativa para o calor que se faz sentir nos corredores de acesso aos quartos em cada piso. Staff muito simpático e sempre disposto a ajudar. Preços um pouco acima para os anos do hotel mas penso que serão aplicados estes valores pela tipologia geral dos seus hóspedes: turistas estrangeiros, especialmente espanhois e ingleses. Pequeno-almoço muito variado e farto, podendo agradar a todas as bocas, na minha opinião. Nota negativa para o estacionamento: um pesadelo. Vantagem da localização que permite passear sem grandes stresses a atracções locais ou mesmo à baía de Cascais que se encontra mesmo ali ao lado. Oportunidades de fotos brutais. Um hotel onde a grande maioria dos seus hóspedes vão em família, por isso vai ser possível encontrar muitas crianças. A piscina podia ser um pouco maior mas para já vai fazendo as vezes que quem de fazer. Vantagem para uma segunda piscina para crianças com 75 cm de altura.

Aparcamiento pequeño. Cobran 2,5€ por usar la caja fuerte (de lo más cutre que vi en mi vida y uno de los motivos por el que no volveré). El desayuno está pensado solo para anglosajones y la dinamita que se meten. Para desayunos con fruta, mermelada, aceite de oliva, etc, mejor olvidarse ya que son productos de muy baja calidad o directamente no los tienen, algunos son incluso intragables. Por último (aunque podría seguir) es una absoluta falta de respeto que de 100 canales de TV solamente uno esté en español. A destacar la gran profesionalidad de sus empleados. No obstante, repito, no volveré ni lo recomiendo.

Hôtel bien situé. Les chambres sont très spacieuses par contre le mobilier est à moderniser. Le service des chambres est nul, les draps ne sont pas changés, le parterre n'est pas nettoyé. J'ai été très déçue par rapport à ce point. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas riche en variétés.

El servicio es muy bueno, y el hotel es moderno y con muchas opciones como sauna, piscina, zona de masajes... Buen desayuno tipo bufet libre, de calidad normal, pero con mucha variedad.
