Posto carino, menù interessante, polpo con cous cous strepitoso!!! Da provare assolutamente! Due nei: servizio decisamente distaccato e costo finale forse troppo elevato per un posto che non si propone come ristorante ma come luogo dove mangiare Petiscos (tapas).

Después de una hora y media esperando nos tuvimos que marchar a medio cenar. El primer plato (un entrante) tardó una hora. Luego un par de cosas más sacadas a intervalos demasiado largos. Desesperante!

The food Was ok, some of it was amazing and some didn’t taste much. We orders about 7 dishes and it took about an hour for everything to come. And when I eat I don’t want to be served one dish and wait 10 minutes for the next one.

Fint lokale men dårlig service og maten er latterlig liten og maten tok alt for lang tid. Mye av maten var kjedelig og til en hviske grad smakløs, ut fra dette ville jeg ikke anbefalt dette stedet.

Pour les fins palais digne d un gastro français 2 etoiles Michelin par contre les parts sont très très petites gros mangeurs prévoir une portion de frites supplémentaire (qui sont bonnes également)

Best meal I've had in all of Europe. The octopus and the ox tail were particularly amazing. Good and affordable wines, too. Keep in mind that it's definitely a small plates restaurant.

Pretentious place that takes way too long to serve the food. Tiny portions on pieces of slate or in huge bowls, all served sequentially. How about you put all the food I order on a plate, so that I could actually enjoy a meal. Pricey, but tasty. Incredibly slow, which is actually bad service.

Stelle dovute alla genialità del locale e alle idee del menù.
Ma non bastano se poi i risultati nel piatto non ne sono all'altezza, porzioni assolutamente ridicole ma soprattutto con gusti molto confusi (le 4 crocchettine del tris di salumi tipici non richiamavano nessuno di quei gusti). Sul servizio la mancanza assoluta di esperienza non è giustificabile in un locale come questo

Terrible. I have no answer for why this place has good reviews on Google. We ordered 7 dishes. Not one of them was better than a 6/10. Service was terrible. Place was completely dead at 9pm on a Friday night (literally only one table after we left). I think they are "padding" their online reviews.

Skip it.
Food is pretty good but the service is rude and slow. We were the 2nd travel in thebrestaurant and we waited 2 hours and watched 9 different tables who came in after us, finished, paid and left before we received our food.
We ordered multiples of the same dishes, to make it easier, but when we checked with the staff, they told us we hadn't been forgotten, then didn't even come to check on us for another 15 minutes. The owner was rude and told us we had ordered in a way that was inconvenient for them, then went on to suggest we order multiples of the same dish... Exactly what we had done. He told us the dishes "come out at different times. If you don't understand that, I'm sorry." Then he laughed at us.
That explains why all of those tables who ordered after us were served the same dishes as we ordered before us. Oh and they ran out of the bacalhao... The same dish that we saw served at least 6 times. You need to understand that the level of disorganization was absolutely spectacular. We were there for 2hrs 45minutes and left hungry and frustrated.
After all of that, they didn't take anything off of the bill or offer any suggestions to try to make things right.
We also watched the owner rudely turn away customers. He was in fine form. I spent 5 years in service as a waiter, bartender and restaurant manager and have worked for some incompetent owners, but Xapuri's owner is among the worst I have ever seen.
I don't care that the food was fine (a solid 4 out of 5 on its own), the service ruined the night. My grandma waited over 2 hours to get her food. The staff was ineffectual and the owner was downright rude. Skip it.

Po dzisiejszej kolacji w tym miejscu mogę śmiało stwierdzić, że jest to perełka, jeśli chodzi doznania kulinarne w tym mieście. Każda pozycja w karcie jest warta uwagi!! Dania jak i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Wystrój, chodź wydaje się na pierwszy rzut oka skromny, urzeka po bliższym Poznaniu. Trafiliśmy tutaj przypadkiem, szukając miejsca na wigilijną kolację i nie mogliśmy trafić lepiej!!!

Service is great, Presentation is nice, ambience is nice - but there's a lack of flavor or an overabundance of sauce with most dishes. It's a good attempt at what I'm going to say is "fusion" food, but missed the mark somewhat. There are some great flavors and ideas here, but they've been mismatched in some cases and there's no resounding success in any of the dishes I tried. That's not to say the food was not good, it just could have been better with small additions (or subtractions) of certain elements. This especially true of the pasty, watery use of garbanzo beans in a humus-like construction and overly sauced pork cheeks. Favorite dish - scallops. Why? They were pan seared and basic, as they should be. Least favorite - anything that was accompanied by the squishy watery pasty attempts at a proper sauce.

Visited this place based on Google reviews and were not disappointed. Food was amazing, out of the ordinary, almost felt we were eating at a Michelin star restaurant. Definitely worth to try it, especially for the sausage croquettes and the duck bonbons. However: portions are small, 3 plates needed per person for a properly sized meal and when asked for water, the manager said that although there is tap (free) water, he only serves bottles (3€ for 500mL), hence the 4 stars.

4 plats partagés à 2 + 1 verre de vin et finalement le dessert que nous n avons pas voulu éviter. Au final 30 € par personne mais aucun regret sur le prix: tout était très beau et très très bon.

This must be the best restaurant in Lisbon. The food is extraordinarily good and one can see that there is so much love for detail and the whole picture at the same time. Highly recommend the “trio of Portuguese sausage bonbons”.

Hidden gem in Lisbon. We were alone at the restaurant!l when we came! Borderline Michelin level, definitely the ambition, with no overcomplexity of any kind. Very nice staff.
Duck bonbons, scallops and salmon tartar were really nice.

Best restaurant I experienced in Lisboa! We got here totally randomly and had a delicious dinner. All dishes are pretty small but each one of them is finely thought and special. The atmosphere is cozy and finally the wine was great (we had a bottle of Castro 2015). In opposition to all other restaurants suggested by trip advisor and local guides, this one was quite unknown and really speacial. Definitely recommend it.

Découverte fortuite de cet établissement ... qui a complètement ravi nos papilles . Des petites portions de mets travaillés , très accessibles niveau prix , qui nous permettent de partager et goûter à tout .
Le service est rapide et le personnel est charmant .

Best meal we’ve had in Lisbon. The food is incredible, traditional with modern twist. Presentation is well thought out and beautiful. The man running it knows the menu inside out, explained all the food served to us and some facts for free. Fantastic value for money, so cheap we weren’t expecting the quality. Should be Michelin, 10/10 would eat again

Wow - what an amazing low cost but Michelin Star level restaurant! Really tasty small dishes and great atmosphere with the picturesque tram going by the restaurant. Definitely go there when you are in Lisbon! This gem needs to be checked out by everyone!

Très bon restaurant si vous souhaitez sortir des sentiers battus. Vous ne trouverez pas de plats traditionnels portugais mais un mélange de saveurs issues d'une cuisine portugaise, italienne et brésilienne. Un concentré gastronomique pour les gens qui souhaitent goûter à des expériences culinaires qui ne sont pas à tous les coins de rue.
Service très agréables, d'autant que le français et l'anglais sont parlés et plutôt bien d'ailleurs.

Lovely tapas styles restaurant serving a modern take on traditional Portuguese dishes. We had 5 dishes, 2 vegetarian, 1 fish and 2 meat. They were all great but the vegetarian ones were actually the best. Also the service is very attentative and we got great wine recommendations. For the price we paid this is a steal. Try it!

There seems to be a lot of hype for this restaurant serving nouvelle cuisine. The service, food presentation and atmosphere are 4 to 5 star worthy but the taste of the food is entirely bland.
Of the three dishes we ordered, only one seemed to resemble any form of flavour whilst the others left much to be desired. The price is decent for the amount you get but the food needs to improve.
Try elsewhere.

Its a very nice and cosy place to try some interesting and very unique tapas, its not a place to go if you are hungry and expect big dinner, its a place to degustate and try something original! Definitely recommended!

I really don't get the high reviews this place has received. I've had to take a couple of days before reviewing because honestly, I was so annoyed at the 'service' we received here I couldn't have given it a fair review before now. The food was nice, it was good, nothing too impressive, but good. Think 'nouvelle cuisine' though as opposed to 'tapas'. You are advised to order two portions per person. If you have the stomach of a dwarf newt this may actually be enough for you. If, however; you are an average sized teen/adult, order AT LEAST four each. AT LEAST. Mind you, by the time you are actually served, you are probably ready to go another four times over. Service was incredibly, unforgivably slow. We had booked (based on the reviews we thought it best, thought the place would be heaving) but when we arrived the were just a couple inside and a family outside, though the family were just finishing. We were waved to a seat with slightly sticky tabletops to the side indoors, where we then waited a ridiculous amount of time waiting for menus. We had another long wait whilst waiting for the wine list which came along when our order for food was taken, but which was promptly taken away without us getting the chance to look at it. Another wait before we could get it back and order from it. Two tables were seated and served after us in this time?? Maybe they knew the owner who obviously was the only one who would allow the taking and serving of orders, I don't know. We ordered the couvert as we were starving but it was inedible. Stale bread toasted does not cover up staleness, merely makes it rock hard. By the time the second of our dishes arrived we were so hungry we scoffed it and left to go find somewhere to eat dinner. We agreed that with all we ate basically amounted to a starter per person. Maybe it was an off night, I don't know why the service was so appalling, but it was. I would never darken the door again. There are far, far, far too many beautiful restaurants to eat in in Lisbon, I don't think you would be missing out by skipping this one. It gets two stars for the two morsels I got to eat.

This is the best restaurant I have been to in my entire life and I'm not exaggerating one bit. The dishes are so creative with pairings you would never imagine and then never forget. The price point is unbelievably excellent. We ordered every fish and every meat dish and savoured every one. We dined for nearly 4 hours and drank three bottles of wine. Lars was an awesome server and owner. We had the pleasure of hanging out with him a bit after and then ran into him again by crazy coincidence later in the night. If I lived in Lisbon, I would be hanging with this guy all the time and eating at Xapuri non stop! Thank you, Lars!

Locale abbastanza intimo e riservato. Menù con molte aspettative ma i piatti non sono all'altezza delle descrizioni. Ho preso una tartare di salmone abbinata ad una crema molto acida ed a chips di pane integrale tostato. Il risultato era discutibile. Peccato! Porzioni scarse e prezzo complessivamente un po' alto. Ha le potenzialità ma deve migliorare.

Minimalistisch und teuer. Man geht hungrig rein, isst allerding sehr gut - geht aber wieder hungrig raus. Das Gebotenene steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Schickimicki vom Feinsten mit einer wenig spürbaren kulinarischen Verbindung zu Portugal.

Loved it! Went into it because people looked nice and welcoming so we gave it a try. Was not disappointed by all this small dish ( to share it’s better) and the good possibilities with local wines. Try the bacalao of course !

Restaurante gourmet, na carta tem logo a indicação de que deve escolher 2 pratos por pessoa. Tem opções vegetarianas. Dos 5 pratos que escolhemos só 2 surpreenderam, o bombom de pato e as vieiras. O bacalhau, as bochechas e a focaccia eram boas mas esperava mais. A sobremesa foi decepcionante, parfait de champanhe com framboesas parecia um bocado de gelo coberto com algo com sabor a framboesa.

Une attente INTERMINABLE 2h pour 5 plats tapas... une honte. Une chance que le restaurant était a moitié vide sinon nous aurions dormi là-bas. Le comble ? Les plats sont sans plus... je vois des commentaires comparant ce restaurant a un 2 étoiles Michelin s'il vous plait redescendez sur terre...
Une dernière chose pour Lisbonne ce restaurant est chère !

Preferiria haber cenado una lata de atún caducado, ya que incluso la lata hubiese sido una ración más grande y desde luego más barata. Que la comida no estaba mal, pero yo diría que haria falta que al lado del cuchillo y el tenedor hubiese una lupa para encontrar la ración. Un servicio mediocre, casi tan mediocre como la decoración , la cual me ha dado tiempo a apreciar durante los 35 tediosos minutos en los que he estado esperando para mi ración de comida del tamaño de un guisante. Han tardado una hora en servir unas raciones MÍNIMAS de comida. Acabamos de cenar con mucha hambre y habiendo pagado un dineral por platos que no lo valían (es vergüenza que llamen focaccia a cinco minitostadas con mínima guarnición).
La única estrella se la lleva porque al menos las raciones están buenas (si consigues verlas)

Hands down the most excellent food I had in lissabon all week. My only regret is finding it on the last day only, otherwise I could have had it every day!
Food is outstanding and the service very friendly. They even got a couple cute benches to sit outside.

Absolutely amazing, deserves Michelin star. The food was just extraordinary, delicious and beautiful. The restaurant has a menu of tapas type of dishes, which are a mixture of portugese and fusion. Prices are really low considering the quality. Wow, that was amazing!!!!!!!! Ps. The waiting time is quite long so wnjoy your wine! The chocolate pudding was to die for.

Cher pour Lisbonne, pas réellement bon, des plats a se partager à 2 mais qui sont présentés en 3 parts, un vin hors de prix (28 euros) conseillé par le patron.

Xapuri... j'aurais tellement aimé vous mettre 5 étoiles! Et je ne peux pas mettre en dessous de 4 étoiles.
Accueil chaleureux, endroit plein de charme, chaque plat est une délicieuse découverte créative et une explosion de saveurs...
Le concept? Des plats qualité gastronomique à partager, 4 pour 2 personnes, pour un rapport qualité-prix très correct.
Le visuel, les textures, le goût, l'équilibre tout y est.Nous nous sommes sentis chanceux d'avoir pu dîner dans cet établissement dont nous avions poussé les portes par hasard.
Seul bémol, l'attente a été très, très longue entre chaque plat (45min au moins). C'est la seule raison pour laquelle nous avons renoncé au dessert.
J'espère que c'était juste un dysfonctionnement comme ça peut arriver dans tous les restaurants, un manque de personnel juste une fois... Car sans cela vous auriez fait un sans faute, et je ne doute pas que votre restaurant peut se hisser très vite dans les meilleurs établissements de la ville.

A real gem! A nice restaurant, serving modern food with a good service. Not too expensive. We had the tasting menu (5 courses for 20,50€) and we really had a good time. Definitely recommand!

A great experience in Lisbonne! We took 10 tapas to share for 5 (bonus for the focaccia, the polenta and the octopus). We were quickly served, the German waiter speaks perfect English and is very pleased to advise. Super nice atmosphere, sophisticated but cosy !

Really cute place but it lacks warmth inside mainly because the tables are too high in relation to the chairs. Mainly a place for tourists. A slightly contemporary Portuguese menu which is OK; nothing gourmet. Am very surprised by the high rating. Very, very average.

Une merveille ! Un restaurant à ne pas manquer si vous passez à Lisbonne. Un concept et des plats vraiment délicieux - un bon rapport qualité prix. Le serveur était au petit soin ! Un décor vraiment décalé mais qui attire le regard. Je le recommande vivement. Ma famille est moi avons été vraiment satisfait.

Gostei muito. O ambiente estava muito descontraído e a música não estava muito alta (tipo música ambiente). A comida é gourmet mas não é cara, até acessível e serve o normal (não senti fome). Recomendo.
Edit: Muito bem decorado e agradável. Pedimos brunch e home made ice tea e as fotos falam por si. Tudo é óptimo! O serviço é excelente, muito educados e prestáveis. Recomendo, principalmente para turistas para provar o sabor da comida, que é excelente.

We found this place by the stars on Google, and we are so glad we did! Great and interesting food, a well crafted wine list and a knowledgeable and friendly sommelier. We chose 4 courses to share from the interesting menu and were not disappointed, everything was tasty and cooked with care and thoughtfulness. Then we shared a dessert of chocolate variations. Highly recommended.

This place is a great find. We stumbled on it wanting a quiet spot from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon and were not disappointed.
The food has global influences that are thoughtful and interesting. At our table, there was a mix of views on the combination of chocolate on scallops, but the scallops were perfectly executed.
Our server was charming and extremely knowledgeable about wines.
Catinho do Avillez, just a few doors away, get high ratings and usually has a wait. If you ever find yourself looking for a quiet spot for a delicious dinner, you should consider this alternative.

Quand on se la "pete " restaurant un peu nouvelle cuisine il faut suivre . Trop cher pas assez original . La qualité est juste correcte. Le restaurant mitoyen est bondé celui la non !!

If you put still frozen fruits in your 6+ euro sangria glasses you've lost me as a happy customer. The food itself was okay we only had one meal each so don't feel in a position to fully judge but the meals we had lacked interesting flavour combinations and seemed to lean heavily on salt as a binding agent. All in all our one small portion meal with sangria set us back 40 euros which we'd have been happy to spent on something amazing but now we feel a tad cheated.

Beautiful presentation, creative use of great ingredients and nice service. Perhaps a little over the top for some but if you are looking for a real kaleidoscope of flavours and textures and a really interesting local wine list I'd recommend it. Try the octopus and the scallops.

Очень вкусно! Чувствуется, что повар действительно любит свое дело. Огромный выбор авторских блюд. Нас обслуживала девушка из России, Кристина, исключительно приятная в общении. Помогла определиться с выбором заказа, рассказала обо всем красиво и вкусно. Четыре блюда и десерт, плюс по три рюмки хорошего портвейна и бокал вина в подарок и всего на 49 евро. Однозначно понравится!

Beautiful and delicious food in a cool, relaxed setting. Wine and port etc list is well curated and pleasantly succinct. Also, incredible value for money. A fairly 'no holds barred' meal cost us €85 for two all in. Wouldn't be surprised if they got a star in the near future.

Perfect selection of tapas and wine. Everything we chose was delicious but I recommend the polenta, focaccia with mushrooms and the octopus with couscous. Will definitely return next time I'm in Lisbon

Ouvert un dimanche soir, ce qui est rare à Lisbonne, une carte en français et des plats typiques revisités avec inventivité. Un service excessivement prévenant et gentil et un très beau choix de vins. Une belle surprise qui vaut la peine.

Puuuuurfect! Everything was nice. The food excellent and the waitresses very kind. Plates to share with delicate tastes, smooth playlist and beautiful deco. I definitely recommand the place.
