Was absolutely awful.
The service was just so poor.
We spent alot of money but didn't enjoy the food at all.

A great celebration along with some incredibly tasty food.
The owner and team made us feel like we're home.
The north Indian cuisine here is to die for.

A comida em si até não é má. Já o serviço é fraco e os empregados esquecem-se dos clientes. Eu, por exemplo, não consegui comer uma sobremesa porque não aparecia ninguém para me atender. E para pagar a conta tive que me levantar e ir ao balcão.

My husband and I have had a lot of Indian food, and this is by far the best. The balance of flavors. The subtle richness. The staff were all so nice. We were jet legged and looking for a place that was open a little late and this hit the spot! Highly recommend the butter chicken and palak paneer.

I've eaten a lot of Indian food in Europe and I have to say, this was arguably the best Indian meal I've had outside India. Delicately balanced and fresh flavours with a truly authentic northern Indian taste. If you've had enough of bacalau, go here. A must.

Very happy to see such a nice food joint which caters food as per your choice. Italian, Indian or Portuguese ;name it and you will have. We made a family visit and were very happy with the food and hospitality of Mr. Vicky. We plan to visit again and would highly recommend the place. Cheers!

Ganesha é um dos melhores restaurantes indianos de Lisboa, e atenção que há muitos e bons. Bom espaço, muito bem decorado com muita modernidade fugindo muito ao indian style. Os pratos são excelentes, muito bem confecionados. Bom serviço.

Une cuisine au top et des serveurs très aimables qui nous ont autorisé à faire un repas à 70 dans la salle et ce un peu au dernier moment.

Funcionários simpáticos, mas podem melhorar o profissionalismo(não atender o tel enquanto servem a bebida a mesa, por exemplo ).

This is a good indian restaurant with authentic dishes. The place is beautifully decorated with a big landscape of Rajasthan on one of the walls and with white table clothes. They also were offering good discounts. The food is good and maintains the taste of indian dishes. The waiters are well behaved. However, I just had a small instance where i asked for normal tap water but the waiter dint accept my request stating that we can not take the responsibility of people getting ill because of drinking normal tap water at the restaurant and asked us to go for bottled water. I just thought that in a country like Portugal where the tap water is considered to be safe to drink, it was very mean to ask guests to go for bottled water. I would therefore reduce one star in the rating.

Excellent Indian and Italian food. Great service and they even showed world championship in football, not so loud sound that it would disturb the guests that were not interested.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Europe. Food was very delicious and the ambiance was great. Food quantity is sufficient. Highly recommend this place. The restaurant is maintained very neat and clean. Will definitely visit once again when I come to Lisbon.

Ganesha Palace
High touch high taste
From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect, dignity and utmost warmth by Balwinder. He really made sure that our evening went well. First class service and best attention was provided by him and his co-workers. We were a party of five and we were looking forward to a good Indian meal as we had been traveling all over Europe and this was going to be our first Indian meal in 6 weeks since we left home. Well, the paneer tikka was soft, flavorful and nicely presented. The mixed grill - all items - Seekh Kabab, chicken tikka, lamb and onions and bell peppers were perfectly spiced and cooked in Tandoor. The Bhindi Masala was simply awesome with just right ratio of masala and Bhindi. (some bhindis were hard but it happens). The aloo gobi was on the softer side and the masala was light although some more ginger would have been welcome. The naans - well they were a little on the salty side and lacked texture. Cumin rice with raita were a good addition to our meal. The gulab jamuns were OK as was the kulfi. Gajar halwa May not be to everybody’s taste- it had tinge of salt. Over all a great dining experience and made it a 5 star evening with Balwinder’s fantastic service and attention.

The food tasted great. We ordered Butter chicken, potato bhaji and moong daal bhaji. The portions were really small (est 2.5 servings). We had a large group (43 people) with us and we devoured the food faster than they could replenish our plates. Service maybe be better with small groups.

If I could rate it higher than five stars, I would. My standard for Indian food is usually pretty high, but this place blew me away. Easielt the best Indian food I've ever had. The butter paneer was out of this world, and the chicken Tikka masala was very well spiced.
Also, the waitstaff was super kind and attentive! Very, very highly recommended, and in my opinion a must-try of the area!

Wir waren gestern spontan zu Abend essen dort. Sehr gutes indisches Essen. Italienische Vorspeisen waren auch OK. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht das der Gast sich wohl fühlt. Zum Abschluss gab es dann noch einen Mangolassi gratis.

Indian food here is super good, we’ve tried masala fish, mushroom rice, and the grilled chicken, all are recommended, I’m sure other dishes are also good. Really perfect dinner after days of Portuguese foods. By the way the starter is really crispy and delicious. We’ll surely be back again.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 15h30 pour le coup l accueil était rapide et le repas aussi, serveur pressé à donné l addition sans proposer de dessert ou autre.. Mais repas plutôt bon, bcp trop de choses sur la carte un côté indien et un côté italien, je reste perplexe sur la fraîcheur des produits avec autant de choix.

On our last day in Lisbon we are so glad that we found this restaurant. The decor is excellent and the staff extremely customer focused and pleasant. We ordered Karachi chicken and Karachi Channa with Parontha and tandoori Roti. Enjoyed every minute eating the dishes and hadn’t tasted such good North Indian food outside home cooking. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to both Indian and non-Indian customers. Finished the dinner with really good Badam Kulfi ( almond Indian ice cream) and Gulabjamnu ( kind of dumpling soaked in sucrose solution) and masala chai. Everything was par excellence in taste and presentation and service. Loved the restaurant

Comida fraca. Os pratos sabem todos à mesma coisa, o que ajuda a explicar o facto de o restaurante estar totalmente vazio à hora de almoço. Quem vai, não volta! Ao almoço há um desconto de 20% anunciado à porta, mas a prática da casa é não o aplicar, salvo se o cliente o invocar com muita convicção. A desonestidade incomoda e, só por si, destruiria qualquer refeição, mas, neste caso, confesso que pouco estragou, pois já pouco sobrava. A única memória que lhe ficará deste lugar é o cheiro a comida profundamente impregnado na sua roupa.

Fizemos a reserva para 9 pessoas. Chegamos la e pedimos a entrada, 'obrigaram nos', a pedir o prato principal logo com a desculpa que depois chegavam mais pessoas. Alem disso as entradas vieram e o prato principal quase ao mesmo tempo. Depois nem perguntaram se queriamos sobremesa ou cafe. E apareceram de repente com o multibanco para pagarnos e ie embora sem que ninguem tivesse pedido a conta. Achei rude estarem a tentar nos despachar desde o principio. Ainda tive que ir com a bebe de 3 meses estando a chover para a rua enquanto esperava pela que pessoa que me ia buscar pois queriam ver a mesa livre.
Isto td nao sendo nossa culpa uma vez que nao houve confusões nem conversas aktas da nossa parte

Rubbish. Don't know how to talk to customers. Also, order Irish coffee and and you get black coffee, separate sugar, no cream. When you complain, the answer is 'oh the barman was busy !'. Never again.

Amazing food, incredible service and great atmosphere. Our waiter joked with us and made dinner suggestions like we were old friends. The sangria was made special just for us, it was delicious and strong! Great suggestions and at the end of our meal he gave us not only free shots but a complimentary bottle of wine. Can't say enough about the friendly prompt service!
