Felipe Jiménez Hernández: It's a very large ground floor with 3 bedrooms and a huge American kitchen + salon with a beautiful large wooden table, sofas and a TV system with many channels and movies. The air conditioning is strong enough not to notice the 2018 heat wave! Also a garage with ping pong, darts, etc. and a garden with bbq (we used it 3 times) and an inflatable round pool (quite large for its type). You have everything I've described entirely for your own; Larry and Yvonne, who are great hosts, live upstairs, but you won't even notice they're there if you don't need anything, and you don't need to be quiet either (as they make clear). However it's good to have them upstairs (available with a whatsapp) in case you need something (like help with the entertainment system). Everything there is top quality, almost luxurious. It feels good to have good things in your hands, so you will naturally try to treat them well. However if there's an accident (like a broken glass) there's no problem. Also, if you need something different, they provide; we asked if there was a full table cloth (instead of the stylish personal mats they normally provide) and they soon brought one for us. Food and beverages were there for us on arrival. We also used some supplies, like carbon for the BBQs, which we didn't restore before leaving, and it was no problem. You can cook your own food with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need and more. There is a supermarket a 10-minute drive away where we bought all our food. The dish washer and the washing machine work very well. The river beach 10 minutes away is great if you like that kind of popular places, and the Mira de Aire caves, 30 min away, are beautiful. To visit Lisboa you can drive 40 minutes to Santarem, leave the car in a free parking lot, and and take a train ticket from there. Very recommendable altogether.

Comprou uma máquina de lavar louça Whirlpool há um ano em Lowes... A roda de plástico no suporte superior partiu-se. Eu tinha comprado a garantia estendida, então liguei para o 800 # que Lowes forneceu para a reparação. Recebi uma chamada do aparelho da G&R e eles prontamente montaram uma reparação sob garantia. Eu deveria encontrar o técnico de reparo da G&R na minha casa entre 13 e 16 horas. O técnico telefonou para o número errado para confirmar e disse que deixou uma mensagem que eu nunca recebi. A G&R ligou novamente e montamos um aplicativo Sat. para a segunda tentativa entre 8 da manhã e meio-dia. O Tech. puxou nossa entrada às 12:40 como se nada estivesse errado (nunca ligou). Estávamos indo para fora da porta. A terceira tentativa foi ontem 24/24/18 entre 21:00h e 13:00h. Recebemos um telefonema da G&R às 12:30h dizendo que o Tech. estava atrasado e que estaria aqui por volta das 14:00h. Escusado será dizer que perdemos outro sábado à espera. O melhor de tudo é que a G&R queria a marca e o modelo com o número de série para que eles pudessem dizer que o repararam. A G&R tem um serviço terrível. Eu devia ter comprado a unidade do aparelho Wickford, como o meu vizinho sugeriu. Eu estou oficialmente acabado com a G&R. Eu mesmo o consertei!

O Sammy ajudou-me com quase todos os meus novos aparelhos. Eu garanto uma das pessoas mais simpáticas com quem eu já me associei. Ele sabe como ajudar e fez-me sentir tão bem recebido no Happys Outlet. Ele me disse o que era bom para conseguir para a minha nova casa.
