The room was terrible! Not clean, poorly maintained and very small.
There are 2 steps in the middle of the room - between the bed and the bathroom .the bed was broken and made a lot of noise. The bathroom was unbelievable small and uncomfortable.

Passamos uma noite, e a pousada muito boa, com estacionamento, histórica, limpa , ótimo café da manhã, atendimento maravilhoso. Uma caminhada de uns 10 minutos e está no centro histórico. Perto há 2 restaurantes pra janta indicados pela pousada muito bons. Adorei

Todos muito simpáticos! Espaço muito bem cuidado e bonito com múltiplos espaços verdes. Ótimo para levar pequeno animal de estimação! Pequeno almoço fantástico! Localização glamorosa e um lugar muito tranquilo! 5 *****

Local acolhedor e reservado. Serviço excelente com empregados atenciosos. Vale a pena levantar de manha para o pequeno almoço (é divinal). Não é dos locais mais baratos, mas a tranquilidade e um quarto diferente têm custos diferentes. Além do mais fica a 1km da vila, o que permite ir até la visitar sem ter que levar carro. Vale a pena para quem fica uns dias por Sintra.

El personal es muy amable, la atención es individual explicándote los lugares mas interesantes y recomendados de Sintra, la habitación es acogedora, aunque tiene cosas que mejorar, la limpieza era buena, el baño muy bien, pero la madera suelta del suelo y alguna mancha de humedad desluce todo, creo que por 90€ la noche puede mejorar, el desayuno es de mucha calidad aunque no muy variado.

Instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones. Atención muy agradable, cuartos amplios y bien equipados, desayuno natural y variado. Parking interior que es mejor reservar con antelación. Distancia al centro de Sintra a unos 15 minutos andando. ¡Repetiremos!

Hemos estado un par de días alojados en nuestra visita a Sintra.
Tiene parking propio( te dan la llave de la puerta automática), y está muy bien situado del centro de Sintra, apenas 5/10min andando.
No tienen restaurante, pero tienen carta de sandwiches etc etc para pikar.(Te recomiendan un par de restaurantes).
El desayuno tiene un poco de todo y te hacen huevos revueltos con bacon. La conexión wifi funciona sin problemas.
Totalmente recomendable, si volvemos a Sintra repetiremos.

Un lugar increíble para alojarse en tu estancia en Sintra. Desayuno espectacular, personal increíblemente hospitalario. Sitio muy muy recomendable. Sin duda la próxima vez que vuelva me ospedaré aqui.

Chouette petit hôtel, belle piscine. Chambres joliment décorées, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Table de billard. Bon petit-déjeuner, attention car ils proposent une omelette sans préciser qu'elle n'est pas comprise dans le buffet (donc à payer séparément)

Me aloje durante 4 noches la habitación preciosa muy bonita aunque muy mal insonorizado de oyen mucho los ruidos de la planta de arriba sobre tocan vecinos con niños es un poco molesto . El Servicio tiene una gran bañera lo malo q si das un baño te acaba saliendo el agua fría.la cama tiene un colchón demasiado blando para mi gusto. El desayuno correcto pero un poco escaso . Las instalaciones muy chulas tienen un amplio salón de juegos con billar y juguetes para niños . tiene piscina q no llegamos a usar por q hace un tiempo pésimo para ser julio . el hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren de porta de Sintra q te lleva a Lisboa en 20 minutos Tiene parquin cosa q se agradece dado q en la zona es complicado aparcar. Las personas de recepción muy amables y atentas. El precio es caro para lo que se ofrece pero está dentro de los más baratos de la zona.

Café da manhã: maravilhoso! Lugar: lindo! O Manuel que nos recepcionou foi 20!!! Fizemos suas propostas mesmo achando que não seria bom... MAS FOI!!! As dicas dele são ótimas e verdadeiras!!! Pode ficar lá! Mesmo os mais exigentes!!

War extrem schön! Schöne Zimmer, viele Pflanzen und Garten, mit Billard, Pool. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett und die Preise sind angemessen!

Villa clásica en Sintra, lugar súper cuidado con piscina y jardines. Parking privado, desayuno muy rico y personal agradable. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en este maravilloso pueblo.

Great place to stay. They also have an internal parking that you can safely park your car. The breakfast is all homemade and delicious. The sheets have a good smooth feeling and the bed mattress is fantastic. Staff very friendly. Great experiencie.

Super nice hotel with superb breakfast. The villas has its internal parking that it's very useful in sintra. Our room was for 3 people, wide enough. The villas has a very big garden with swimming pool, big gazebo with pool, book, etc. Nice place to stay.
Unfortunately the zone near the hotel is not so well. There are only 2 restaurants an one is closed during August... Very strange!

This is THE place to stay in Sintra! It is run by the nicest people in the world, who are all passionate about their work and ensure their guests have the best possible holiday. The pool is delightful surrounded by beautiful and well cared for gardens. The breakfasts are immaculate in such a pleasant room, with freshly squeezed juices and fruits, delicious pastries, great coffee and a bonus bacon and eggs. The rooms are restful, and even though there are endless magical kingdoms to explore in Sintra, it is tempting to just stay in the embracing grounds of Villa das Rosas. And it has an excellent pool table! It is close to one of the most exciting restaurants in town, Taberna Creativa, and all the palaces can be easily reached.

Charmant établissement à environ 10-15 minutes à pieds du centre historique de Sintra. Les chambres sont magnifiques, le personnel est accueillant et sympatique. Le cadre de l'hôtel se marie très bien avec la ville de Sintra. J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Bien situé, en décembre les lieux sont froids, en arrivant la chambre n'est pas chauffée. Le salon du petit déjeuner est également glacial. Contraste avec le personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Pour ce qui est de la décoration, très vieillot avec de fortes odeurs, mais je suis sûre que certains aimeront

I stayed here for my birthday in June, LOVED IT and returned last week with 16 family members who traveled to Sintra for our wedding. The staff were phenomenal - providing the cozy, friendly environment that makes you feel at home when traveling. We were a demanding group and they exceeded our expectations of service and flexibility to our needs, including allowing us to use the space for a pre-wedding dinner and helping us to navigate with a wheelchair. The breakfast was a highlight! I can't thank Villa das Rosas enough for making our wedding weekend so easy and enjoyable.

We had a very nice stay here for three days in Spring 2013. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfasts were very nice with cheese, fresh fruit, bread and local pastries, hot eggs, and plenty of coffee and hot milk.

niets in het hotel was zoals het moest zijn,de kamer met twee kleine venstertjes lag onder het dak,zonder airco of rookmelder,alhoewel alles in hout was.De prijs is de gewone prijs,die aangerekend wordt aan iedereen,ontbijten voor half negen is onmogelijk,er is een waterkoker met thee en nescafé op de kamer aan 1 euro per tas;Zeker geen aanrader.
