Menu not too vast, allowing chefs to concentrate on fewer items & preparing them well. Garlic prawn starter good as expected after taster sample of excellent fish soup. Squid main course very ample & delightful. My guest (a local) found his pork & clams authentic & very good. Ambience very pleasant, staff helpful & friendly.

The new Borges is even better than the ‘old’ Borges. Excellent steak skewer, and the garlic prawns were top class. Lovely staff.

Probably one of the best (quality/price) restaurants in Algarve. The staff is super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. The shrimp on garlic, the picanha and the brownie was absolutely fantastic, super delicious and they even offered a Porto wine to go with the coffee! I will return for sure!
