My boyfriend and I ate at Incomum several months ago but are just now leaving a review. We still talk about this amazing meal and dining experience. Our waiter Miguel made the whole meal very special with amazing recommendations, some of which we wouldn’t have chosen ourselves. His friendly service left a lasting impression, and we can’t wait to go back!. The food was by far the best we had in Portugal, but still affordable and not too pretentious. Definitely a hidden gem in Sintra!

Abbiamo mangiato bene. Tutti i piatti erano ben cucinati e gustosi. Presi 5 piatti più il solito antipasto burro e olive, vino acqua caffè, quantità ok. 87 euro. Il posto è curato il personale gentile, ma l'organizzazione può migliorare (abbiamo mangiato a coppie, prima 2 poi gli altri 2...). Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non ci hanno lasciato la bottiglia di vino in tavola, e non sono stati nemmeno molto attenti quando finiva o quello nel bicchiere. Comunque esperienza positiva. Consigliato.

Pedimos un menú de almuerzo con bacalao. El peor bacalao que he comido. Una sopa de langosta terrible, con sabor a caldo de peacado, un tiramisu desastroso (por favor NUNCA lo pidan). Lo unico que salvó el dia fueron las vieras con puré de guisantes...y no por las vieiras sino por el puré: muy bueno. Supongo que vinimos el dia en que el chef estaba libre.

Una buena comida empañada por un mal ambiente.
La comida estaba rica pero la carta con poca variedad. Tienen menu del dia economico pero cuando nosotros lo pedimos se habia acabado.
La camarera demasiado seria y seca. Pedimos vino y en vez de traernos la carta con variedades y precio (tienen unha vinoteca dentro del restaurante) se limito a preguntar blanco o tinto y una vez supo eso lo eligió ella.
Finalmente pedimos los postres que tardaron demasiado en servir, ibamos tomar café pero vista esa tardanza decidimos no hacerlo.
En general mal, no repetiria pese a que la comida estaba rica.

Excelente restaurante con comida diferente a la moda portuguesa. El risotto de buey con foie espectacular. El pato ahumado en carpaccio muy interesante y la lubina estaba acompañada de un basmati perfumado de los mejores que he probado. Hay que dejarse aconsejar para los vinos y los postres. El Head Rock es un blanco interesante.

We were warned about the difficulty getting seats, but we were starving at 4pm so we didn't have to wait. I did see a bunch of other people turned away and they only seemed to have 4 tables? 2 of which were reserved. My fiance said there were more tables in the back. Anyway my risotto was absolutely delicious!! And the bread was fresh and yum with some seafood salad included. I followed their recommendation and had an amazing Rose - no bad aftertaste at all! We also went to their wine bar next door and bought a local bottle (that was quite nice) and had some of the Portuguese custard tarts. So good!

파스타보다는 리조또를 추천드릴게요! 가격은 각각 15유로 정도였습니다. 가격대비 나쁘지 않은 맛이었지만 리스본에 있었다면 안먹었을듯.... 신트라에서는 먹을만 한 것 같습니다 :)

It feels like expensive, but if concern that it is a restaurant in Tourist site it's not so expensive.
I ate Soup with Lobster and crab. It's good.
A Pasta was flat... . I don't want to recommend. But the clams in pasta taste like fresh, I can smell the Sea .
My favorite is Risotto . Plz select this.

This place was amazing! We just happened to pop in here on a whim, while exploring Sintra. The food was amazing, and everyone in my group was satisfied with their meals (which is saying a lot, since I'm a vegetarian, and 2 of the people in our group are very finicky). The wine selection was great, and the service was amazing. If I'm ever back in that area, I'll be sure to pop back in there.

We had such a pleasant stay here during our one night stay in Sintra. The staff was great with communication before we arrived, and we were even lucky enough to get a parking spot directly in front of the building. The room we stayed in (2) was spacious and clean. The quaint breakfast in the morning was just enough to give us fuel for the day. The staff was flexible with the timing of our arrival and departure, and offered excellent recommendations on where to go, what to do, and where to eat (and NOT eat) in town. I will recommend this place to anyone spending time in Sintra.

It was pretty dissapointing.. The wine wasn’t good at all (the server recommended us the wines), the vegetable soup was more a cream than a soup and was missing flavor, but the rest was alright.

Do not go. We went looking for a good lunch with our two kids. It said kid friendly. It took 1 hr for the kid’s pasta plates to come out! (That alone should make them lose their kid friendly badge.) I ordered the sea bass and it was dry and devoid of flavor. The waiter never asked how we liked our food until he brought the check. There was no toilet paper in the restroom. At least my wife liked the champagne she ordered...

Digne d'un gastronomique mais à petit prix. Vous trouverez le menu du jour à 12€ et le gastro à 42€
Cela a été une farandole de saveurs et de plaisirs. Les serveurs sont au top et ils nous ont fait goûter un délicieux vin d ici. Bref cuisine et service sont au top

Food was good, and prices were reasonable, but service was scammy. They told us they “didn’t have any tap water” and thus we had to order a bottle of water. Typical tourist trap nonsense.

Very tasty restaurant in Sintra! Food was really good and so cheap! I had the ravioli and fell inlove. The only issue is that we were inside during a sunny day so wanted to go out for fresh air after a while! I recommend for the food but the interior is not really my cup of tea! Sintra is a wonderful place to visit.

Don't even try to speak English here. Nobody understands you. They charge you 16 euro for frozen octopus or 15 for ravioli in a soup (see picture below). Service is tragic. I had to get up ad ask a to get a refill of vine despite that both of us were sitting with empty glasses for over 8 minuets and we have ordered a bottle of wine (they didn't put the bottle on our table). I have to admit that they brought additional cutlery for guacamole and chips... Which was something else... overall a huge NO!!!

Fantastic seafood (as to be expected of Portuguese restaurants), and a really nice wine selection, being a wine gallery. Service was very good, polite and respectful. A cozy, relaxing experience after hiking through castles all day.

Super restaurant.
Entrée, plat, dessert et verre de vin (ou autre) pour 12€50 près de la gare dans une ville plus chère que Lisbonne.
Le service est impeccable, les serveurs parlent plusieurs langues dont le français. Le cadre est très beau, la nourriture très bonne.
Rapport qualité / prix imbattable.
Nous sommes arrivés à 14 sans réservation et ils ont su s'arranger pour tous pouvoir nous accepter.

It was great food and the service was better than I thought. I had the scallops with mushroom risotto and it was delicious. We also had a heart white wine with dinner. I was happy overall and left full and a little warm from the wine.

Llegamos recomendados por sus excelentes críticas , pero nos encontramos con una ración de nachos super escasa vamos de risa por 5 euros , los refrescos son de botella de 2 litros y es súper cutre para un restaurante con esas pretensiones, el menú calidad precio correcto pero lo mencionado anteriormente condiciona la visita

지인 추천으로 갔는데 점심 메뉴가 괜찮은 것 같아요! 관광지 치고 싼 편인데다 리조또는 진짜 맛있네요! 오리고기도 먹었는데 나쁘지 않았어요! 음료 디저트 에피타이저 등 다 나와서 가성비도 괜찮은 것 같고, 사진에 보이는 요리가 없을 수도 있는게 점심 데일리 메뉴가 바뀐다고 하도라구요! 참고하시면 될 것 같아요

very good ambience. Really Delicious food. This is truly one of the must try restaurants in Sintra. I had the risotto with cod fritters and my wife had the duck with sweet potato puree. Both these dishes were absolutely delicious! The presentation of of the dishes were very visually appealing too. Also tried the chocolate cake and the raspberry pie. All dishes had the perfect quantity.

Como dice el título, te cobran 2,30€ por una botella de agua del grifo filtrada, la botella de cristal, muy bonita y sin tapón. Puedo entender que te cobren algo simbólico por filtrarla, que la del grifo es buena, pero que encima te cobren más caro que una de agua mineral no es de recibo. La comida buena, la atención buena rozando lo pesado. La relación calidad precio es buena dejando a un lado la turistada del agua.

Just drove into the old city of Sintra for lunch at the modern Portuguese restaurant Incomum and scored a (metered) parking place right up the block for 2euros for 2 hours. That's about our limit as we have to return the rental car in the city center on Lisbon. We will have about an hour to take a quick walk around!
They have a lovely tasting menu but we opted for just two main entrees
Traditional pork with clams and polenta layered with fresh spinach.
And
Sauteed scallops with wild mushroom risotto
Both are excellent and enjoyable! And quite a nice value for the quality and ambiance at 35.50 euros for 2 entrees and a bottle of sparkling filtered water.
The pork is tender flavorful and has a luscious pan. Sauce. Seriously the best meal we've had so far in Portugal. Highly recommended !

Realment en comú amb aquest restaurant. Els preus no són tant econòmics com altres llocs, però et pots donar un capritx i val la pena. Sempre valoro l'atenció dels cambrers perquè considero que és un bon referent per recomenar i efectivament el servei de 10. I el meu plat és el bacallà o bras... Boníssim

After searching for a restaurant for my husband's birthday, I found Incomum and was really excited to bring my husband there for lunch since the food looks delicious here. Unfortunately after coming there today at 3.15pm, the waiters only offered us to sit at the table by entrance without any atmosphere. And we were denied sitting in the main room, since they were waiting for others to finish the lunch and start the cleaning. It's a shame that because of these circumstances we could not celebrate my husband's birthday here, really disappointed by the lack of any consideration

리스본 여행중 최악!!! 이베리코 돼지구이는 뻑뻑하고 rice는 덜 익었음. 디저트만 맛있음. 와인 잔 놓고 메뉴판까지 가져다 줄땐 언제고 매니저가 와서 왜 이자리에 앉았느냐며 성질. 예약된 자리라고 다른 자리로 바꿔 달라고 했으면 오히려 우리가 미안해했을텐데... reserved 판이 테이블 위에 있었다고 거짓말까지 하며 우리 실수라고 박박 우기기까지... 서양인이 나갈땐 직접 문 열어주고 인사하고 동양인이 나가면 못 본척하는 인종 차별은 덤!(키크고 마르고 머리 숱 없는 백인 남자 매니저) 이 식당때문에 리스본과 신트라까지 싫어짐.

구글 평범이 높아서 왔어요. 점심 비즈니스 메뉴가 있어서 포르투칼식 스테이크와 리베리코 돼지고기 스테이크, 대구 구이 등을 먹었어요. 양이 푸짐하고 맛있네요. 양 적은 사람들은 남길 듯. 후식도 맛있고 예뻐요. 추천~ ! 행복한 요리였습니다.

Very nice restaurant with excellent service. We ate risotto with scallops, octopus, green curry shrimp and linguine with see food. The food was very nice. The waiter serving us was knowledgable, very kind and eager to help. If you are there I'd recommend you should drink Cintra's wine as it was pretty good. Highly recommend it! I will be back for sure!

One of our best meals in Portugal. Service was exceptional, food was memorable. I had the duck magret and my husband had the scallops. Both were perfect. And we shared the amazing desert of black vanilla ice cream with waffle. As mentioned, the servers could not have been more perfect. If you are in Sintra, don’t miss this restaurant!

이 가격에 이렇게 먹을 수 있는 곳 없을듯 싶습니다.
분위기도 좋고 위치도 좋고 음식, 가격 다 좋지만..
한가지 홀 매니저가 불친절합니다. (살짝 마르고 머리없고 키 조금 큰 남자)
여사장님과 다른 직원들은 대부분 친절한데 식사하는 내내 입구쪽에 앉아서 지켜본 결과 홀 매니저가 동양인들에게 매우 불친절하게 응대합니다.
이 사람만 아니면 별5개짜리 식당입니다.

Comida elaborada y contenida en precio. El trato es exquisito, el local bonito y acogedor.
No hay excesiva variedad en la carta, pero es suficiente. Hay opción vegana. Se cobra el cubierto a 2,50€/persona, que incluye pan, aceite y aceitunas.
El agua es filtrada, y se cobra, para que no tengamos sorpresas.

Una piacevole sorpresa. Il locale è bellissimo, il personale molto gentile ed abbiamo mangiato divinamente ad un prezzo irrisorio rispetto ai soliti locali acchiappaturisti. Abbiamo scelto il menù a prezzo fisso temendo porzioni piccole e di poca qualità, invece le portate sono state soddisfacenti e molto buone. Lo consigliamo a tutti.

The service was really good, the wine by the glass suggestion was great, and because of it I decided to buy a bottle of wine as a Christmas gift. It wasn't cheap but I assumed it was its market price. A few days after, I came across with the exact same wine in other wine shop. I was amazed when I realised I had payed 90% more. I thought that maybe was that shop only and went online to check several others. The average price was almost half of what I payed.
I understand I went to a touristic place right before Christmas, and I wouldn't mind to pay a bit more than the average market price. But almost double is ridiculous and unacceptable.

2019년 3월에 왔다가 이번에 다시 방문하게 된 곳
첫 방문 때는 관자 리조또 먹었는데 기억에 남을 정도로 맛있었습니다. 포르투갈 여행 하면서 특히 포르투의 경우엔 미슐랭 가이드에 나오는 레스토랑에서 리조또 먹어봐도 이곳의 리조또가 전혀 뒤지지 않았어요.
오늘 처음으로 점심 세트 메뉴를 먹어봤는데...
역시 가성비는 너무 좋습니다.
스프도 담백했고 갑오징어 리조또도 좋았어요. (양이 무지 많음) 특히 이곳에서 리조또에 올려주는 ‘Samphire’ 일종의 해조류는 식감도 살리고 전체적인 맛의 밸런스도 높입니다.
신트라에 오시면 꼭!!! 방문해 보세요.

I had the tasting menu, which was very good value at 43 euros. The chestnut and oyster soup was delicious. Customer service warm, attentive and friendly. I would definitely come here again if I return to Sintra!

페나성 갔다가 호카곶 가기전에 배고파서 그냥 지도 검색해서 간곳인데 진짜 포르투갈 인생 맛집이에요!!
무슨 이유때문에 별점이 4.5인지는 몰라도 맛때문은 아닐듯...
문어구이, 이베리코 스테이크 시켰고 와인은 추천받아서 화이트 와인 두잔 이렇게 먹었는데 토탈 39유로밖에 안나왔어요ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 한국에서 이런 퀄리티 요리 먹었으면 20만원은 나왔을듯
원래는 문어밥 먹으려고 메뉴판에 octopus stew라고 있길래 시켰는데 저게 나와서 좀 당황했어요
근데 진짜 인생문어임... 입에서 녹는데 그렇다고 쫄깃 식감이 없는것도 아니에요
간도 짜지 않고 적당히 소금간 되어있는 맛이에요
이베리코는 보쌈 맛이라는 리뷰 보고 시켰는데 식감은 보쌈 비슷할수는 있지만 맛은 전혀 아니구요~
보쌈보다 훨씬 부드럽고 소스도 너무 맛있습니다
진짜 댓글 쓰는거 귀찮아서 안쓰는데 여기 서버 분들도 너무 친절하고 개맛집이어서 신트라 가시는분들 꼭 가보시라고 올려요 ㅠ 리스본에 있었으면 진짜 매일 갔을듯

An exceptional dinner experience with very knowledgable and attentive waiter. They were willing to adapt two of our three dishes to suit the dinners. Food of an excellent quality and extremely well prepared. Signature deserts were of a very high standard!
2 Soups, 3 mains, 3 deserts, 2 waters and coffee €82.
Worthy of a visit!

We dropped by after a recommendation from our Tuk Tuk driver.
We waited for our table for 20 minutes.
The food is second to none! Service could be friendlier given the price range however, it was a busy lunch hour.
Price range is on the higher end however reflective of the experience and quality.
The octopus is prepared in a crunchy way. I've had tender octopus in Lisbon which is very different but this was delicious too.
The sweet potato side and both drenched in olive oil perfectly compliments the octopus when eating together (finally understand the magic of olive oil)
My partner got a risotto with fois gras. Definitely a heavier dish but still delicious.

En esta ocasión solo tuve la oportunidad de degustar la coctelería me encontré con la sorpresa en la carta que ofrecían una ginebra de origen portugués de coloración azul me sorprendió su sabor y presencia de semillas terrozas así como notas de enebro y cardamomo. Su lista de vinos es bastante amplia y de excelente calidad. La atención de nuestro mesero espectacular aparte de conocer los productos.

Es con diferencia el mejor Restaurante de Sintra!! La comida, el trato, la Ubicación, la decoración, la limpieza, etc. El precio, ni es barato ni es caro, es acorde a la calidad que tienen. Cuando terminas y ves todo en general, volverás seguro!! Nosotros volvimos y seguro volveremos si vamos por Sintra.

Great experience, from food to service! I had the steed octopus and my husband had the slow cooked pork with foie gras and truffles, both dishes tasted amazing! The service was also great very friendly and knowledgeable!

My husband and I had the most wonderful accidental dinner at their wine gallery! We tried to go to the full restaurant but they didn't have a table available right away and suggested a drink next door. The wine steward (who looks a bit like Keanu Reeves and may be him researching a role as a Portuguese wine steward) was so helpful, kind, and had excellent recommendations so we just couldn't leave! The smoked mussels, cheese with tomato jam, fresh bread, soup, local wine, and dessert in a quiet, cozy atmosphere made the perfect end to our long day of sightseeing. Can't recommend highly enough!

Food was very good. We had the business lunch option. I had the salmon risotto. Hubby had the - it seemed to be bathed in smoke flavor, but that may be my uneducated palette.
I recommend this restaurant.

L'accueil est vraiment au top. Serveur très a l'écoute. C'est un meilleur restaurant que nous avons fais sur Sintra. Concernant le plat, la cuisine est très bonne, plat raffiné. En terme de prix, les plats sont abordables. Vous pouvez même choisir un menu a 12,50 E avec entrée, plat, dessert et boisson.
Le seul bémol le pain est facturé.

Un des meilleurs restaurant que j'ai pu visiter!
A la fois classe, haut de gamme, precis et proche de ses clients, les plats sont en plus savoureux.
Les prix sont très abordables, surtout pour une zone touristique comme celle ci. Un menu est proposé avec entrée, plat, dessert et boisson pour 12,50€!!
Sans formule, comptez environ 20-30€ mais je vous assure que ça les vaut.
L'endroit est propre et bien tenu. Le seul reproche serait le manque de place.

I wanted to love this place. There were so many good reviews that I had read. But everything fell short. The best thing I had we're the olives. We were there for lunch. I had the vegetable soup, gnocchi with grouper, and a chocolate cake for dessert. The soup lacked overall seasoning (salt) and flavor. The gnocchi was cooked well and the grouper was okay. Nothing spectacular. Just okay. Cooked well but that's it. No real seasoning or flavor. The chocolate cake was a total disappointment and was clearly not made in house. It was a little square and honestly tasted like something from the grocery store.
We came in at lunch and got the special which was good value. However, the food fell completely flat. They were busy and that's what it felt like. There was no attention to detail. The food tasted as though it was rushed. Completely lack luster. Not good. Definitely wouldn't come back. Any restaurant has to be consistent to keep and attract clientele. I write this to be honest and to tell you my experience.

Fantastic place with friendly& attentive waiters, great decor and of course wonderful tasty dishes; we had the linguine (so much shrimps and clams!) and the risotto (melts in the mouth good!) - so good we came back the very next night! The lunch meal is good!
I was visiting Sintra and came upon this nice restaurant. It is nicely located near the train station and has good seating inside and outside
I didn’t know they had a lunch menu but the waiters kindly recommended the lunch menu to us. The lunch menu comes with a soup, a main meal, a dessert and a small drink for €12.50.
The soup was very good, there was no information on the soup but it tasted of carrots and the consistency was good, not too wet.
The veal was tasty, a bit on the cooked side but still good. The roasted potatoes that were accompanied with it tasted good too, soft and fluffy.
My partner ordered the gnocchi with seafood and it was very good! Gnocchi was cooked very nicely and the seafood was fresh and tasty, the sauce made with seafood was exquisite.
The cakes were less tasty unfortunately.
I would recommend this restaurant for at least their lunch menu. If I were to visit again I would like to try their dinner menu!

Disappointed compared to what I'd expected for the outside. Seems to present a smart restaurant image in its decor, presentation and price but delivers nothing you wouldn't get at a basic traditional place in Sintra. Which due to the price, makes it poor IMO.
Waiters serving too many tables and ignored our table of two in preference of three other larger groups. Asked for more wine, never came, ate whole main course without wine. Served incorrect main course, the correct replacement was rushed and split sauce/greasy.
Food below average - cured salmon, basic, seafood linguini dry, ox tail and foie gras just a messy combination. Not a place if recommend if you care about food beyond eating.
No one dresses up for this restaurant, all very casual which is a shame but as we found out reflects the place. If your are looking for exciting food in Sintra search elsewhere.

Last night in Portugal and had a wonderful meal at this restaurant! The portions were great and the food was awesome! We had the octopus and confit cod for the mains and both plates lived up to the expectations! The service in our case was slightly slow and therefore be ready to wait around 30 minutes in between courses- this being said- plan ahead and make the time for the wonderful meal you are sure to have!

Excellent food let down by disorganized service and noisy ambience. Food is creative and perfectly cooked and presented. Wine list adequate but 50% more expensive than outside Sintra. Our wait person was polished and very friendly but apparently overwhelmed by the number of tables she was attending. There was no lack of wait staff but they seemed lacking direction. Ambience of a cafe, cheap decor, hard surfaces and noisy. Shame. Ubereats in my hotel room next time?

Cuisine gouteuse mais sans la quantite. Le menu a 12 euros n est servi que le midi et du lundi au vendredi. Les autres plats sont plus chères autours de 15 16 euros. Sinon accueil sympa. Eviter le vin rouge de sintra ...il pique ..

Divinamente bene
Un locale consigliato dall.host in cui alloggiavamo.
Abbiamo provato la prima sera a cenare qui ma c.erano solo tavoli esterni e con lo smog delle auto e data anche la temperatura un po' fresca abbiamo prenotato per la sera seguente.
Che dire.....se non che abbiamo avuto un servizio impeccabile location ammirevole e curata, locale ben illuminato, i camerieri attenti e disponibili nello spiegare i piatti.
Abbiamo gustato delle ottime fettuccine con i gamberi freschi e le vongole con sopra delle punte di asparagi. Non ho fatto in tempo a fotografare i piatti del primo abbiamo assaggiato anche una zuppa di cavolo eccellente.
I dolci sono riuscito a fotografarli ed oltre ad essere ben presentati erano pregevolissimi quasi non volevo che finisse nel piatto.
Connubio perfetto tra bellezza e gusto.
Si vede che c.é amore nella cucina.

What a nice place! I was there twice in a week and definitively recommend it. The bacalao and the octopus are a must to try. Wines were also very good. Prices are in line with the products quality. Recommended also for the location, in a beautiful area.

The food is absolutely amazing, modern Portugese with French influences. It was so good we had to go back for dinner the next night to try more things on the menu! Also, realised peak hour was 8:30pm so get in a bit earlier for a more enjoyable experience.

Pranzato oggi in questo ristorante di Sintra. Cibo eccellente. Ambiente accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato il miglior Bachalau di queste nostre vacanze in Portogallo. Servizio al tavolo eccellente e cameriera meravigliosa per cordialità e presenza ;-)
Con 40 euro, 2 ottimi piatti di pesce e 2 bicchieri di buon vino. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consiglio a tutti.

Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons eu la chance d'y manger un 15 août sans réservation. Le restaurant était complet. Plats très gourmands. Rapport qualité/ prix imbattable. Nous avons dîné pour 60 € à 2, de l'apéritif au café.

The portions are huge, so we shared the platters (Aubergine starter and sea bass as main) and they were excellent. I concluded with the olive oil pudding for dessert and it’s taste was surprisingly good (you have to eat it with an open mind).

관자는 리조또가 아니고 밑에 컬리플라워를 죽처럼 만든 소스랑 함께 나와요 관자랑 문어 두 개 시켜먹었는데 가성비는 문어가 훨씬 나은 것 같아요
관자 요리는 양이 너무 작았어요
후식 아이스크림은 맛있었어요~
오픈시간 거의 맞춰 갔더니 자리가 많이 남아있었는데 저희는 그냥 안내받은 2인 좌석에 앉았는데 3명짜리 테이블에는 다른 2명 손님이(동양인) 앉으려 하니 절대 안된다면서 급히 예약 표지 붙이더라구요 전혀 예약석 같지 않았는데..^^ 그 뒤로 온 백인 손님 2명이 그 자리를 요구하자 바로 줬어요
제가 당한 일은 아니었지만 좀 의문스러워서 별 2개 뺍니다

Highly recommend the seafood rice. The sourness of the samphire perfectly matches the creamy taste of the rice. The prawns and squid are very fresh. Also recommend the dessert (not the fruit). It’s a nice place to have a good meal in Sintra.

The most incredible dinner we’ve had in Portugal. Unbeatable service, perfect wines, delicious food. Octopus and clams were amazing, olive oil pudding for dessert exquisite! Absolutely recommend!

Het drinken is erg lekker en eten is oke. Het leek niet echt of de bediening het leuk vond om ons te serveren. Er ging van alles fout en er stonden gerechten op de rekening die we niet hadden besteld, maar wel af moesten rekenen. Niet de moeite waard, tenzij je alleen een drankje wil doen.

Juste à côté il y a le bar à vin où nous pouvions patienter en attendant notre table.
Le menu est très consistant.
En plus vous avez la boisson incluse.

Tengo que decir que hace tiempo que no hago una critica de un restaurante, ni buena ni mala, pero este se lo merece y mucho, la atención exquisita, me da pena no poner el nombre de la camarera que nos atendió, porque una profesional de diez, simpática pero sabiendo marcar la distancia justa para no pasarse, hacía mucho tiempo que no daba con una profesional de hostelería como esta chica. Y la comida soberbia, tomamos bife y rodaballo, los dos platos para enmarcar, con raciones generosas en su justa medida y un sabo dónde se notaba que el producto era de primera y el cocinado a su altura. Calidad precio sobresaliente, ojo no digo que sea un restaurante barato, pero lo que sirven a los comensales vale lo que pagas y yo diría que algo más. Terminamos con dos postres que sabíamos que no nos iban a decepcionar.

강력 추천합니다. 친절하고 분위기 좋고 무엇보다 음식이 맛있었어요. 기차역 옆이라 위치도 좋네요^_^ 메뉴 찾아보면 알겠지만 보통 단품에 10-15유로 정도구여 12시부터 15시까지 월-금은 런치세트가 있네요. 저는 시간이 지나서 못 먹었는데 미리 찾아보시고 혜택 보시길 바랍니다.

Un restaurante perfecto en todos los sentidos. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Sintra, comida excelente y en buenas cantidades, y el servicio exquisito, camareros amables, dispuestos a agradar y divertidos. El precio màs que ajustado para la calidad que ofrece.
El postre de aceite de oliva y frambuesas fue el final perfecto para una cena sobresaliente.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. We walked in and were greeted by up and down stares by the staff, followed by our waiter refusing to serve us food we saw people eating at a table next to us. He claimed the boss said it was impossible. For us to be served food that they cook in their kitchen? Pathetic. Don’t waste your time here.

Really good restaurant. I am not a big fan of sea food (yet), but the Pasta Negro with shrimps and mussels was super delicious. I could eat it every day. :) Everybody was very friendly. An excellent service! We will come back if we are around! If you want to sit inside, you should make a reservation. But for us it was also fine to sit outside.

너무나 친절하고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 메뉴 델 디아는 12시부터 3시까지 판매하는데 2시 50분쯤 가서 아슬아슬 먹을 수 있었습니다. 식전빵과 샐러드는 평범했지만 리조또 정말 맛있습니다. 대구 구이가 비리지 않고 새우도 맛있었습니다. 마지막 디저트도 맛있는 편이구요. 와인, 식전빵, 메인 메뉴, 디저트까지 12.5유로 정말 흡족한 식사 했습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

Llevo siete días viajando por portugal y he comido y cenado en muchos sitios pero este es el mejor sitio con diferencia tanto en servicio como en la carta. Todo exquisito. De precio más bien me dio alto.

Très bon restaurant à un prix correct, par contre c'est léger dans l'assiette, j'aurais bien pris du rab et je ne me considère pas comme un grand mangeur. Faut dire que c'était tellement bon ^^

Really surprised with all the 5* for this place. We came with high expectations given all the rave reviews but came away rather underwhelmed; certainly not in the league of Michelin starred or Michelin recommended food.
For starters, I had the asparagus salad, which was fine but over-seasoned. For mains, I had the duck, which was overpowered with anise and had a piece of sinew running through the breast meat, so rather tough to cut!
We also had several fruit flies buzzing around during the meal, which served as rather an annoyance, especially when they chose to land on our meals (!) The waiter warmed up in the end but was certainly cold to start; he had a very dry sense of humour; I can see how this gets interpreted as rude.
Overall, I certainly wouldn’t recommend; much better food to be had at Taberna Criativa and the quirky Tapas place at the top of the hill in Sao Martinho (I forget its name!)
For U.K. punters this is on a par with food from Cafe Rouge and far inferior to the likes of Côte.

Tried this place after reading fab review....we were not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. The waiter who served us was fantastic, although he was very busy he was very polite and attentive.
We had the set lunch menu at €12.5 which included bread and olives as well as 3 course lunch and drink.
Everything was delicious and of good quality. Lunch was definitely worth more than €12.5
Our family of 5 left the resturant happy and filled.
A must eatery if ever in the area

Wonderful food and service. We had octopus and beef steak for dinner. The shrimp as a starter is a little bit salty for us, but don’t bother too much. We still have them all finished. The octopus is tender and the steak is full of flavor. Love it. We had a pleasant stay here. Highly recommended.

What a meal my friends! One of the best places in Sintra so far. Nice and cosy environment, friendly people and an amazing menu. Great options for the “today’s manu”, the seasoning for the soup and the main course are extremely balanced, great wines by Adega Mayor (included on the manu). If you are in Sintra, this is a “must stop” kinda place. I will, probably, come back once again. Cheers!

Amazing! Great cheese board with the best tomatoe chutney....lobster soup was delicious....main was Fab! Gluten free options were great and the espresso with cinnamon stored was a revelation! Couldn't recommend this place enough. The service was superb:-)
