Accueille moyen,3 semaines d attente pour une commande,magasin peu achalande, accès moyen.je m attendai à mieux dans un pays très fréquenté par des campings car.

Kom daar regel matig als ik in Portugal ben met de camper. Een van de weinige bedrijven aldaar die onderdelen heeft voor campers en reparaties kan uitvoeren.

First class service. I've used this company twice. A couple of years ago I damaged my water filler cap and I phoned CamperServ who told me that they were visiting my campsite (Turiscampo) near Lagos and that they could bring me a replacement and the spare I wanted. A couple of days later they rolled up with the caps at a very reasonable price.
However they really came up trumps this week. Ten days ago (at Turiscampo again) my Truma Combi 4e failed on mains operation. After talking me through a testing procedure Truma UK advised that the fuse had probably blown. In my PVC the Truma is a tight fit and the fuse can only be replaced by feel. I phoned CamperServ who said they'd be visiting the site in ten days time as I'd just missed their regular visit. The technician arrived, checked everything thoroughly and concurred that it was the fuse. He replaced it which was a tricky job and everything is still OK two days later. He also gave me good advice with a problem with a hob burner.
I asked him how much I owed expecting a large bill. I couldn't believe how low it was! Incredible value.
I thoroughly recommend this firm They know their stuff and don't capitalise on the fact that you really need their services.

Tres bon travail il est vrai qu'il faut attendre son tour vu le nombre de camping car un travail bein fait ne.peux pas.etre fait en cinq minutes de plus que le technicien prend le temps pour toutes explications réponse aux questions

En panne frigo nous avons fait changer ce dernier à cet endroit,techniquement pas de problème, mais le technicien à un comportement très désagréable en ce qui nous concerne, satisfait du travail mais non de l'acceuil

Franchement bien ! Ils connaissent d'autres garages dans le coin et n'hésite pas partager les adresses pour des soucis qu'ils ne prennent pas en charge (carrosserie etc) , pour le reste j'ai fait réparer une fuite de gaz et ils ont été hyper pro, vraiment sympa !!

Can highly recommend this place. Brilliant service and friendly English engineer who fixed our fridge problem straight away even though it was late afternoon when we arrived. Didn't have to wait for parts and he certainly knew his stuff. Didn't charge silly rates either. We travelled 100 miles to get there and it was well worth it!!

Topservice! Sehr kompetent und sehr günstig. Manchmal werden arbeiten auch gar nicht verrechnet. Eigentlich ein Unding bei diesem guten Service.
Wer den englischen Humor nicht versteht, wird leider nicht bedient.
Die Mitarbeiter sprechen mindestens Französisch, Englisch und natürlich Portugiesisch.

Bien que difficile à trouver, on a vite fait de passer à côté sans voir la petite pancarte directionnelle placée sur la route principale de Loulé, nous avons eu droit à un accueil très sympathique d'un personnel souriant. De plus, notre interlocuteur parlant un français parfait, cela nous a permis de trouver très rapidement ce dont nous avions besoin.
Des prix plus qu'acceptables sur les produits Thetford.
Un service de réparation pour les camping-cars et caravanes, des conseils et astuces pour l'utilisation de telle ou telle chose.

Replaced 2 dead leisure batteries whilst on holiday, the english guy was having a bad day in the rain so I did the replacement myself, thought they were expensive at the time, but after checking at another dealer they weren't too bad. Sometimes you may get taken advantage of but not this time.

bon accueil parle anglais français, bon service d apres ceux que je connais. cependant ils ont tout compris, j ai rencontré des belges qui pour 300 euros ont eu 2 panneaux solaires installés et 1 en mobil qu ils on raccordé eux memes, aujourd' hui chez eux len100w nu est a 250 € donc...

un des meilleurs ateliers de l Algarve, a l écoute et très professionnel
certaine personne critique le fait de ne pas être dépannez dans l instant
normal pourquoi vouloir passer avant tout le monde qui a pris rendez vous? avons constates
également le mauvais comportement de camping cariste, Ioule n est pas le Maroc, a vouloir marchander tout ....et prendre de haut l équipe de camperserv, un des membres est ingénieur de formation... allez y en toute confiance ce sont des Pros, merci a eux.

War am 21.1.2020 dort, weil ich Probleme mit dem Ablassschieber vom Grauwassertank hatte. Der frühest mögliche Reparaturtermin für diesen " Notfall" eines durchreisenden Campers sollte der 7.2.2020 sein. Er könne nicht einfach eine Arbeit dazwischen schieben, war die Aussage des Werkstattbesitzers. Ganz schlechter Service.

L'an dernier, marche-pied électrique tordu dans un trou, il n'avait que mettre un nouveau comme solution. 1 petit garage de Barreiro l'a redresser et remis le boulot qu'il manquait en moins 1/2 pour 60€. Là en panne de chauffage et chauffe-eau, un truma au gaz, ne peuvent rien pour moi avant le 18 février, nous sommes le 16 janvier ! La petite plaisanterie : on aura eu le temps pour changer 1 pompe à eau mais pas ça ! Je crois que je devrais proposer mes services pour changer les pompes à eau pendant qu'ils feraient des travaux plus spécialisés !

Arrivés au Portugal il y a 15 jours nous avions besoin de matériel. On a trouvé notre bonheur quand à l atelier nous avons eu besoin D eux il y a 3 ans.

CamperServ Lda Loulé est très performante.
Le patron m'a pris en charge 10' avant l'heure du R.V.
Le technicien (Anglais) est très performant, et sympathique.
Remplacement de la carte mère de mon chauffage Alde remplacée en un temps reccord.
Je recommande franchement.

Ayant un problème de store sur mon camping car les pièces nécessaires à sa remise en état ont été commandées et remplacées dans un délai très raisonnable. Cerise sur le gâteau,le patron parle très bien le français.
A recommander sans hésitation.

Stopped here to browse in the shop and possible get some information.
**If you are driving towards Faro you can't take the left turn and have to continue to the roundabout and come back. One the way out you can take the narrow road that ends up at the roundabout.
The shop is neat and tidy with a service counter and the guy (did not get his name) was friendly and spoke English.
Wasn't sure I was going to purchase anything until I saw the prices. But I bought a Omnistor awning 5002 gearbox for €54.98 which is good value. They have many in stock as it's a common item sold. There were many other items I would have bought but my wife reminded me that we didn't need them...
Tommy the engineer gave me good advise on fitting the gearbox myself. He was friendly and informative.
The vibe was good here and will definitely be back.

If Tommy doesn't have a part for your camper then it doesn't exist. Fixed our van fridge in 2 hours, very reasonable price. Very pleased.

Tomy, el señor q arregla las autocaravanas cree entender de todo y q es el mejor. La nevera de nuestra autocaravana funcionó solo un día, después de gastarnos 120 euros. Nos decía q si tenía q probar la placa electrónica, funcionase o no la nueva, nos la tendría q cobrar al tener q desprecintarla.....si tenéis alternativa no vayáis.....acudimos aquí en plan urgencia y al no tener otras opciones. Un error.....

I have used CamperServ a number of times over the last couple of years and they are always knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Good selection of spares and accessories available in their shop too. Wholly recommend them, a thoroughly decent bunch.

These guys have been super helpful! Although we didn't have an appointment, they took care of us and fixed our Truma boiler. They seem to be very busy though so it's probably a good idea to contact them beforehand or arrive early in the morning if possible. Definitely a place to recommend if your camper needs some love. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Thetford Kühlschrank in unserem Reisemobil und der sehr nette Besitzer hat uns am Samstag Morgen schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Für 30 Minuten Arbeit wollte er keinen Lohn aber wir gaben gerne 20 Euro. Danke tausend mal das hat uns den Urlaub gerettet denn ohne Kühi geht gar nichts

These guys are really helpful. Arrived on time albeit after normal hours which was over and above. Solved my issue with the Fridge Freezer and then said they would sort it out with the manufacturers under the warranty. Brilliant.

Acceuil trés trés médiocre, profite de leur monopole sur le secteur. Pour les prix: 189€ pour une batterie varta 90 Ah, sans le montage, sans control du circuit de charge et avec reprise de l ancienne batterie, que vous aurez pris la peine de leur démonter. 80kms de détour pour une batterie de cellule et vous tombez sur ça! Cela enerve...
