Het hotel is centraal gelegen en dat merk je zeker aan de prijs maar dat is een keuze. Het heeft prima kamers met een ruime badkamer, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat tegenvalt is het ontbijt met oploskoffie en taaie croissants, ver beneden de maat voor zo’n hotel. Daarnaast heeft het hotel WiFi maar alleen in de lobby, dat is toch niet meer van deze tijd!! Daarom slechts 3 sterren.

Lage des Hotels ist optimal für einen Städtetrip, leider ist die direkte Umgebung nicht so schön. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.Ansonsten ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.

Pésima recepción, mala atención. Habilitación demasiado pequeña. El colchón malísimo. No hay wifi en las habitaciones. No volvería!!

Das einzig gute an dem Hotel war die ausgesprochen gute Lage. WLAN nur in der Lobby verfügbar. Duschkopf defekt und die Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht komplett abschließen. Extrem hellhörige Zimmer und dann noch Renovierungsarbeiten :-/

Location is very good for city-centre sightseeing and night-life. But there is mo parking space for car! Big problem. I had to py extra 22 eur for parking. Rooms are avarage, nothing special but not bad.

On arriving, we were taken back by the graffiti on the buildings surroundings this hotel. Yet do not let this deter you, as it is a safe and wonderful place to stay. It is in short walking distance to Rossio Square. The staff went above and beyond to make our 2 night stay comfortable and trouble free. Our only negative would Be the need for air conditioning, as we had to leave the window open and it was noisy outside.

El hotel bien es verdad, que está muy céntrico.. Pero es bastante antiguo y la zona y vistas de donde está dan pena, por detrás un patio desastroso y lleno de hierros, por delante un callejón lúgubre y sucio. No dispone de parking y el público que hay cercano es carisimo. La gente de recepción (quitando al maletero) son poco amables y menos resolutivos... Se anuncian como WiFi en la web y tan solo lo tienen en la planta de recepción.. En resumen relación calidad/precio le sobran dos estrellas. La limpieza de habitaciónes excelente.

Adverteren met gratis WiFi en dan zo'n slecht en traag Wi-Fi hebben, dat bestaat anno 2019 niet meer! JEZUS!!!! Slechte ontvangst bij check in. Op mijn voucher stond citytax 1 euro p.p.p.n. , wordt je dringend verzorgd, nog voordat ik een kamersleutel in handen heb om 12 euro te betalen. Is dus dubbel zo duur, en dan de manier waarop. Naar info gevraagd, maar ze weten helemaal niets over deze stad. Ik raad het niemand aan, de kamers zijn 'redelijk' schoon, inmiddels gemoderniseerd , maar ontzettend klein. Neem geen koffer mee want die past niet in je kamer!!

They should change the girl at the front desk. She is not helpful and has a bitter face. One of the bell boys was extremely nice. Completely different than the girl. I suggest she finds a job where she doesn't have to deal with people

Perfect location for exploring. The street its self isnt the best due to graffiti but really close to everything. Metro stop is 5 minutes walk to get further afield. Hotel breakfast is average at best but the restaurant and bar are very good, especially happy hour. Our room was basic but big enough, wish I could say the same about the TV which looked like a postage stamp on the wall. All in all a nice hotel if you get a decent price

Locations was good but it is overpriced for the services/room. Room was small but clean. Staff at the concierge was not so friendly. You can hear all the noise from the corridor. Wifi cannot be guaranteed in the room according to the staff meaning that there was actually no wifi in the room.

Poor experience. Room was stuffy, air conditioning not working. Staff was unhelpful. Refused to fix the problem, suggested I open the window - when there is a footpath right outside my window! What kind of advice is it to ask a guest to sleep with the window open? As if anyone in a strange city would sleep with the window open on the advice of a stranger!!!

This hotel is in a great position right by the Funicular 1st street back from the main stretch of road. Website needs updating as picture shows the old name. Nice place and staff.

Nice staff and convenient location. My complaints are exclusively to the room. Uncomfortable pillow and the air conditioning was broken, so I had to keep my window open quite often.

현대카드 프리비아에서 할인 받고 결제하느라 선택한 호텔인데요, 일단 위치가 완전 짱이에요! ㅎㅎ 소음도 없고 방도 깨끗해서 4일동안 잘 머물다 갑니다. 물도 쎄게 잘 나와요! 저렴하고 깨끗하고 위치 좋은 호텔 찾으시면 추천합니다. 아 머무는 동안 청소도 엄청 깨끗하게 잘 해주셨어요 따봉!
+밑에 분 말대로 와이파이는 잘 안잡히는게 단점이라면 단점이네요^^

This is a nice hotel - a solid *** with unbeatable location. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, yes there is some noise from outside (there’s a tram elevador next door). But at the same time the rooms are perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable and you’re in a great location for exploring Lisbon. Everything is close. We stayed in both the smaller and bigger rooms and both were good. No complaints at all. As a bonus the staff is really nice!
One caveat is that wifi just does not work in the rooms - only in the lobby.

Zimmer war für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung! Die Lage des Hotels war bestens für eine Städtereise.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Lissabon Trip. Mitten im Baixo, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Wir hatten ein hübsches Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Balkönchen.

Direkt am Ausgang der Metro Station Restauradores ist die Zahnradbahn Ria da Gloria. Gloria hoch, gleich die nächste Straße rechts rein ist das Turim Hotel. Es ist also mitten in der Altstadt, in der Nähe der zahlreichen Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Zum Tejo nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sehr sauber und ausgesprochen ruhig. Überraschend war das gute Frühstücksbüffet, weil ein kleines Frühstück angekündigt wurde. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Lissabonner Hotels war dies für meinen Geschmack ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehle das Hotel gern weiter. War als allein reisende Frau unterwegs.

A internet não funciona nos quartos, e ao perguntar informações me disseram que "não é garantido" para um hotel com a diária média de 50-60 euros achei bem chato isso. Não da pra trabalhar, pra usar computador/celular. O hotel poderia melhorar isso para acomodar melhor as pessoas.

The room was comfortable except for the aircon which we could not operate. It was quite hot. We opened the window but it was very noisy because of the aircon compressor just outside. Also there were lots of cigarette butt just outside the window which were very smelly. The staff were helpful and spoke English well and the breakfast was good.

Super hôtel ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par une dame qui savait bien parlé français, elle nous a donné un plan, expliqué où est-ce que nous étions situé (proche de quoi).
Le restaurant et le bar sont très beaux et très biens, les prix sont abordables et le verre de bienvenue offert à été très apprécié !
La chambre est très belle ainsi que sa salle de bain. Très propre, rien à dire.
L'hôtel est parfaitement bien situé (proche de la grande place, des tuc tuc, des magasins et des petits restaurants très bons), rien à redire
Nous avons passé un super séjour et avons très bien dormi car la chambre est très bien isolée du bruit.
C'est un hôtel que je recommande à tout le monde ! Je réserverai dans ce même hôtel pour mon prochain séjour sans hésiter !

Das Hotel war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mager und hatte nicht viele Auswahl. Vor allem keine frischen Produkte sowie z. B Früchte. Klimaanlage war in den letzten 2 Tagen defekt. Kein professionelles Verhalten der Reception. Keine Entschädigung.

Actualmente la experiencia está siendo buena. Aunque en estos días no esta funcionando el aire acondicionado y es algo a tener en cuenta si vas a alojarte en estos momentos. La máxima puntuación la tiene el personal del hotel q es muy eficaz eficiente y sobretodo muy amable.

Posizione dell'hotel OTTIMA per chi vuole visitare la città e prezzi non troppo elevati. Per chi è intollerante a glutine e lattosio come me, purtroppo, a colazione non ho trovato niente di dedicato. Peccato! Per fortuna giro sempre con una scorta di cibo in valigia per evitare situazioni spiacevoli.

Das Hotel ist entweder direkt vom Flughafen Lissabon (LIS) mit dem Aerobus (€4.-- / Person) binnen ca. 20 min. zu erreichen oder mit der roten U-Bahnline (Linha Vermelha) bis zur Station "São Sebastião" , umsteigen auf die blaue U-Bahnlinie (Linha Azul) bis Sation "Restauradores" binnen ca. 50 min. dann noch ca. 10 min. Fussweg bis zum Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, von dort man aus auf kürzestem Wege die Innenstadt erreicht. Sollte man ein mobiles Handicap haben (Gehbehinderung, Rollstuhl, Krücken usw) ist das Hotel schwieriger zu erreichen, da die Straße zum Eingang in einem Hang liegt.
Nicht gefallen:
Das Hotel ist zwar sehr gut gelegen, doch die Innenausstattung der Zimmer ist mit einem 3 Sternehotel (internationale Bewertung) nicht zu vergleichen.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmer ist sehr "einfach" gehalten und man darf keinen Komfort erwarten. Bohrlöcher in der Wand wurden nicht beseitigt. Dazu wellte sich teilweise der Laminatboden. Bei manchen Stellen wurde er einfach mit 2 Nägel wieder hingenagelt (siehe Foto's) Die Matratze ist sehr weich und durchgelegen. Bei Rückenbeschwerden nicht empfehlenswert.
Bad: Ausgestattet mit Badewanne, Fön, Duschgel und Haarshampoo. Auf dem Badewannenrand ist eine angebrachte Duschscheibe (Badewannenaufsatz). Welche aber nicht verhindert, dass das Wasser während dem Duschen auf dem Badboden steht. Möchte man dann nicht im Nassen stehen ist aufwischen angesagt. Der Wasserhahn im Waschbecken geht so schwer durch Verkalkung, dass es beinahe nicht möglich war die Wasseretemperatur einzustellen. Die komplette Räumlichkeit gleicht einer Altbauwohnung, welche selbst (nicht fachmännisch) mit Laminat etwas aufgewertet wurde. Obwohl es sich tatsächlich um einen Altbau handelt, könnte man bei Weitem mehr (durch Fachleute) aus der Zimmerqualität herausholen.
Frühstück: Sehr einfach gehalten mit geringer Auswahl
Die Bilder der Zimmer enstprachen leider nicht der aktuellen Zimmerqualität als online gebucht wurde..
Hierbei handelt es sich um eine subjektive Bewertung. Des Weiteren heisst nicht, dass alle Zimmer dem Beschriebenen entsprechen.
Würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen oder empfehlen? Nein

Foi um desastre...começou com a recepção: a "cachopa" era inexperiente e demorava muito para fichar os hóspedes e aumentava mais a fila. Nos destinou um quarto sem janela e ar condicionado não comportava... Reclamei e não tive resposta!!! Lamentei muito ter escolhido esse hotel!!!!

un buon albergo a 3 stelle in pieno centro. Vicino al metro. Pulito. Molto ben riscaldato - che non è da scontare considerando forte umidità che arriva di notte. Colazione varia, dolce /salato/frutta. Per quello che abbiamo pagato - promosso ampiamente. Chi cerca le stanze più grandi o più confort deve prendere 4 stelle . per chi cerca un buon compromesso come noi - niente da ridire

The lobby is nice looking but as soon as you get to the guest floors it becomes obvious that they only care about a nice curb appeal.Rooms are very minimalistic.Our heater didnt work and it was very cold all night on very uncomfortable beds.

Muy bien. El personal muy atento, dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Ubicación perfecta. Muy cerca del elevador de Santa Justa y de la Plaza del Comercio (A 5 y 10 minutos andando respectivamente). Línea de metro y Parking Restauradores al lado del hotel. Limpieza y tranquilidad. Desayuno bueno y variado con amplio horario (De 7.30 a 10.30 h). Buena temperatura en la habitación. Si vuelvo a Lisboa, sin duda, repetiré en este hotel. Recomendado 100%

Lage war super. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren nachts kalt. Klima war vorhanden aber das Zimmer wurde nicht warm und die Decken waren sehr Dünn. Frühstück war ganz ok.

Was mir gefallen hat: Lage war super, Ruhiges Zimmer. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: das Badezimmer war eintäuschend: Es gab keinen Platz für eigene Sachen zu legen (keinen Platz für Kosmetiktaschen, keinen Halter für Shampoo/Seife-Flaschen in der Duschkabine usw.) und es fehlten die Handtuchhalter und die Badezimmer-Tür was undicht. Zudem war die Betreuung in der Rezeption nicht so freundlich, als wir den Taxi-Service zum Flughafen arrangieren wollten und uns wurde keine Frühstück-Box angeboten (wir hatten Early-Check-up).

Nice and friendly staff. Early checkin was possible. hotel is located in the center of Lisbon...so all the hotspots are available very quickly. First I thought they gave me the wrong room, but the hotel staff explained me they only have one category and all the rooms are the same.
Rooms is way to small...I would not complain when pictures on website are fake!
Bathroom is a joke! How to sit on such a toilet? There was mold in the bathroom.
Never saw this before! The bed is to short...I am tall (1.87) and my feeds were hanging out of the bed...because rooms are to small they had to put in a short bed...Wifi was poor, had to use my 4G.

Das erste Zimmer, 4 Stock 408, dass man uns am Anreisetag gab roch irgendwie nicht gut, leicht nach Urin und war direkt oberhalb der zentralen Lüftungsanlage welche deutlich bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören war. Das haben wir natürlich sofort reklamiert. Ein anderes Zimmer sei nicht verfügbar, die Dame an der Rezeption wusste aber anscheinend über den Geruch sofort Bescheid. Anders können wir uns den sofortigen Griff zu einer riesigen Flasche Duftspray Pfefferminz nicht erklären. Sie kam mit uns zum Zimmer und hat das ganze Zimmer ordentlich mit Duftspray besprüht. Es war bereits nach 23 Uhr und wir waren todmüde von der Anreise und haben das ganze dann wohl oder übel akzeptieren müssen.
Am zweiten Tag gab man uns ein Zimmer im 5 Stock 501 größeres Zimmer, neueres Bad, super Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon, leise und kein unangenehmer Geruch. Alles bestens, wäre das von Anfang an unser Zimmer gewesen hätten wir vermutlich 4 oder 5 Sterne gegeben. Die Lage des hotels ist top, alles fußläufig. Das Personal ist super nett. Wir konnten sogar die alte Strasenbahn vom Balkon aus sehen.
Trotzdem nur 1 Stern, da solche Zimmer wie an unserem Anreisetag einfach nicht gebucht werden dürfen, egal wie ausgebucht das hotel ist. Anscheinend ist das Problem mit dem Geruch ja bekannt und sicherlich nicht nur in diesem Zimmer vorhanden. Zum Frühstück und der Hotelbar können wir nichts sagen, beides haben wir nicht genutzt.

Bastante melhor que o seu "irmão" de 4 estrelas no Terreiro do Paço. Excelente localização, excelente bar e atendimento. Para um hotel de três estrelas, surpreendeu-me muito pois na anterior experiência no Terreiro do Paço fiquei desiludido.

I just stayed at this hotel from the 1st to the 5th of September. Overall a good hotel. The best feature of this hotel is the central location and the staff are very helpful and efficient. However, the breakfast selection can be improved. The Wi-Fi had technical problems and never worked. The hotel is very clean.

Inizialmente non sono stato molto soddisfatto, in quanto mi è stata consegnata un stanza non rispondente all'importo pagato. Dopo le dovute rimostranze, ho ottenuto una stanza più confortevole. Il personale dell'albergo si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, per tutto il periodo della mia vacanza.Riguardo la struttura, la giudico discreta, senza molte pretese.

Room was big and clean. The location of the hotel is very central as well. My main problem was the absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms. Wi-Fi is only available in the entrance/lobby..except even there it was such a poor signal that it was impossible to use. The cleaner kept turning the air con on even thou we kept turning it off.

Perfect location to do the touristy stuff. Decent size rooms. Friendly and helpful staff members. They are to attend your needs. Biggest downside is the lack of WiFi. There's no WiFi in the entire. But happy to stay there again.

Ein mega Pluspunkt für das Hotel ist die Lage. Wer Zentrum nah wohnen möchte, ist mit diesem Hotel goldrichtig. Für mich persönlich war das Zimmer etwas kahl gestaltet und es gibt wenige Steckdosen (im Badezimmer gab es bei uns keine).

Een gemiddeld hotel: eenvoudige kamers, die hier en daar een touch up kunnen gebruiken. Goede bedden, kleine hoofdkussens.
De badkamer voldoet, ook hier kan een lik verf en nieuwe kit geen kwaad.
Het ontbijt is compleet, er is echter geen vers vruchtensap verkrijgbaar.
Receptie- en schoonmaakpersoneel is vriendelijk.

Hotel is overpriced. We booked it with a special promo price, but on reception regular price per night was mentioned- 250€. The room definitely does not worth 250€. Location wise place is not bad, but room was quite small and not very new. Shower is tiny and there are no shelves for toiletries. Bending to take shampoo from the floor in a tiny shower might be quite uncomfortable, especially for a tall person :) Personnel was polite, but not friendly. Unlike other places where we stayed in Portugal, people were not smiling, which is not a crime, but spoils general impression a bit.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel. Sehr teuer für das recht runtergekommene Zimmer. Der Boden gab beim darüberlaufen nach, die Vorhänge waren halb heruntergerissen und von unserem Fenster aus hätte man direkt auf einen Gang für die Hotelangestellten gehen können, er war nahezu auf Augenhöhe.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, dafür ist die Aussicht vom 4. Geschoss auf die Burg eine Kompensation. Dass das WLAN nur im Bereich der Rezeption funktioniert ist etwas umständlich. Die Metro Restauradores führt direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Bahnhof Rossio wird in 5 erreicht.

Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich! Allerdings sind die Türen sehr dünn... Zumindest war es in unseren Zimmern so! Daher hat man alles gehört, was auf den Gängen die ganze Nacht los war! Und das war leider einiges... Wofür das Hotel wiederum wenig kann! Aber bessere Türen hätten geholfen! Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber in Ordnung! Die Lage ist super zentral!

Przede wszystkim doskonała lokalizacja i bardzo przyjazny personel. Pokoje fajne, czyste, w hotelu jest winda. W pokojach telewizor, lodówka, sejf, klimatyzacja. Łazienka też wyposażona dobrze. Poza tym pokój jest sprzątany bardzo dobrze, ręczniki wymieniane, wszystko Ok. Wbrew temu co czytałem w poprzednich komentarzach nie narzekałem na jakiś specjalny hałas. W nocy cisza, łóżka wygodne, można się wyspać i odpocząć po zwiedzaniu. Trochę słabe śniadania, mogli się lepiej postarać. Poza tym naprawdę miejsce godne polecenia. Co do wifi, to rzeczywiście tutaj jest najwiecej do poprawienia. Niby jest ale właściwie nieużywalne. Łączy się co prawda ale strasznie muli, tak że sprawdzenie czegokolwiek w necie graniczy z cudem. Stąd jedna gwiazdka mniej.

Wifi is listed on the room features on hotels.com. But there was no signal in the room. In room 107 there was no way to send and receive emails. - I was on a business trip and could not work. Hemos estado 5 días en Lisboa. El hotel está maravillosamente situado: puedes ir andando a todo el centro histórico sin problemas. Y si necesitas trasporte, la parada de metro está a menos de 100metros, y la estación de tren a 300m; todo a mano. Pero a la vez de céntrico es un sitio tranquilo, sin ruidos, y con sensación de seguridad (al volver de noche...).Es un hotel de 3estrellas, sin florituras, pero todo correcto. La habitación y baño limpios, tamaño justo, pero adecuado. El servicio agradable.Buena calidad /precio. Recomendable.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del transporte, tiendas, restaurantes, habitaciones limpias, personal amable, las paredes son finas y se escucha casi todo durante la noche, para disfrutar de Lisboa e ir a dormir y asearse perfecto, cuando llegas te cobran un plus de 2€ sin previo aviso como tasa de tursimo, 60€/noche en el mes de Enero.

This hotel is at perfect location. The room is ok. The cons are noise from outside and inside ( trolley very close), WiFi may not work in the room and disconnect you often. A non reliable wifi on the room is a total bummer. We rely on WiFi to plan for trips and many other things.

Walking distance to all the upmarket shops and a little longer walk to the clubs,restaurants and shops by the sea. Very vibrant area over the weekend. Nur die Lage ist empfehlenswert. Blick ausm Fenster Zimmer 219 spricht für sich. Kaffee und Säfte beim Frühstück sind ungenießbar, Personal beim Frühstück sehr überlastet und hektisch. Betten sind unbequem, Matratzen dirchgelegen. Nur die Lage des hotels ist super! Mitten in der Stadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Für 2-3 Nächte könnte das hotel günstige Möglichkeit sein, die Stadt zu erkunden. Für längere Zeit würde ich das hotel nicht empfehlen. Wird mit WLAN überall beworben, im zimmer ist kein wlan. Beim Anfrage gab Personal an der Rezeption zu, dass nur in Lobby Internet vorhanden ist, nicht im zimmer.

Stayed for 7 nights 15 to 21 sept 2017 ..room superior twin which clean and decent enough size ... fridge in room which was a bonus but wifi rubbish throughout whole hotel. Buffet breakfast also nice ....... only problem was windows very draughty and building work going on all over the place which unfortunately they don't stop at night so the noise was terrible never slept even with cotton wool in ears ... know this isn't the hotels fault but maybe decent double glazed windows would help

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hay una obra al lado del hotel con autorización para trabajar las 24 horas del día, con un ruido ensordecedor, y al no funcionar el aire y tener la ventana abierta resultó insoportable, a las 12 de la noche tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel, una experiencia muy desagradable. Una pena, porque la ubicación es excelente.

Hotel in ottima posizione centrale. Peccato che attualmente siamo in corso dei lavori in Barrio Alto particolarmente rumorosi e che proseguono a notte inoltrata, in hotel stesso sono in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione che fortunatamente non arrecano disturbo se non estetico. La presenza vicinissima della funicolare Gloria permette in un batter d'occhio di inerpicarsi sul Barrio Alto utilizzando uno dei mezzi simbolo di Lisbona. Colazione mediocre e personale non particolarmente affabile. Pulizia delle camere buona.

Ottima la posizione proprio a 2 passi da piazza Restauradores e 50 metri dalla Metro fermata Restaoradores, accanto c'è l'elevador da Gloria che porta al Barrio Alto (3,70 € a tratta).
Avevamo prenotato 2 camere una era veramente piccola e pure con bagno piccolissimo (camera 110) l'altra invece era molto grande e con un bagno enorme entrambe avevano la finestra con vista, quindi è una questione di fortuna non tutte le camere sono uguali.
All'interno dell'hotel è presente un bar per fare un'aperitivo ed un ristorante.
Camere pulite.
Wi-Fi pessimo!!!
Personale poco gentile, sarebbe da migliorare ma in tutto il Portogallo ho notato che la gente è un po' freddo, sarà il loro carattere...

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Perfekt für eine Besichtigung von Lissabon. Zimmer mit allem Comfort. Leider sind die Zimmer zur Straße wesentlich kleiner als zum Innenhof. Entsprechend klein ist das Bad. Generell ist der 5.te Stock neu renoviert und die Zimmer im 1. Stock renovierungsbedürftig. Dad Personal ist sehr freundlich. Eine Bar und ein Restaurant direkt vor Ort.

Hotel bien situé, personnel sympa et à l'écoute. Par contre, ma chambre etait glaciale en plein hiver, jai passé une sale nuit. Malgré la mise des couvertures de reserves..Y avait de l'air conditionné qui marchait pas.
Le lendemin javais mal partout à cause du froid et mon fils etait enrhumé. J'ai signalé cette anomalie le jour suivant, il m'ont depanné avec un vieux radiateur eléctrique qui faisait sauter le courant. Obligé de dormir avec des gros pulls. Bref, pas de confort.
Dans la salle de bain pas de prise electrique ni à coté du lit, ce qui nest pas pratique du tout. Je garde un mauvais souvenir.

Reservamos tres noches en una supuesta habitacion superior.... cuando llegamos a ella, despues de atravesar lo que parecia ser una salida para el personal y en el sitio donde estaban las escaleras de emergencias, nos encontramos con muebles arañados y desgastados, una cama incomoda, almohadas finas como el papel y un estor en el baño practicamente transparente... el aire acondicionado no calentaba, las ventanas son de madera y entra todo el frio y por supuesto el ruido de la calle, cuando paso el camion de la basura parecia que estaba dentro de la habitacion.... Finalmente nos marchamos y solo estuvimos una noche, en resumen, desastroso e incomodo.

Hôtel idéalement située! Bon standing en général .par contre la chambre 106 ne m'a pas laissé que de bons souvenirs (très petite,salle d'eau minuscule ,fenêtres en simple vitrage qui ne ferme pas sur rue extrêmement bruyante!!!! Et juste en face des deux ascenseur ,pas l'idéal quoi !

Albergo situato in posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana Restauradores. Direttamente fuori l'albergo c'è il tram che porta al Bairro Alto e attraversando la piazza adiacente si raggiunge l'Hard Rock Cafè di Lisbona. Le camere sono spaziose, peccato che la nostra, al primo piano, affacciasse sulla parete del muro adiacente togliendo luce. Pulizia e cortesia a buoni livelli. Colazione scarna, rispetto agli altri alberghi della zona.

Hotel bien situé (même si on peut l'être encore mieux), nettoyage des chambres à désirer!! Les tables de chevet et bureau etaient plein de poussières quand on nous a donné la chambre, donc à éviter clairement pour les asthmatiques... En plus de ça les femmes de ménages nous ont volé à plusieurs reprises dont des lunettes de soleil disparues
Le petit déjeuner est une horreur, une salle sans fenêtre aux mauvaises odeurs et pas une seule chose de fraîche! Fruits en conserve, pas d'oranges pressées mais un soda avec plus de sucre qu'autre chose, pain dur, gâteaux de la veille!
Très mauvaise expérience je ne recommande pas du tout cet hotel!!!

Reserved a room but didn't get a room here. The (rude) receptionist simply said the room wasn't available for us and tried to move us to another one out if the city. We had to stay in another hotel instead. Irresponsible host with bad manners. One of the worst experience I've ever had.

Zentral am Restauradoes gelegen. Damit sind Chiado, Bairo Altona aber auch Alfama gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksangebot ist überschaubar aber gut genug um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Damit ist das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung für einen Besuch in Lissabon.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, wenn man sich für die Altstadt von Lissabon interessiert.
Leider war unser Zimmer nur einfach verglast und dadurch konnte man alle Geräusche von der Straße sehr gut hören. Nach Aussage der Rezeption sei das Problem bekannt und aufgrund von Auflagen des Denkmalschutzes nicht zu beseitigen. Die Zimmer im 5. Stock sollen ruhiger sein.

emplacement idéal ! à deux pas du métro 40m on y arrive directement de laéroport sans taxi. on est sur une rue parallèle 20 m à lavenue Libertad (champs Élysée de Lisbonne )dans le quartier ancien de Lisbonne!le tramway le plus ancien de la ville est au pied de l’hôtel!la façade est un peu taguée à lAngle, mais le quartier est un quartier très tranquille ancien et la rue nest pas très fréquentée la nuit .on dort tranquille malgré le fait dêtre en plein coeur de la capitale.chambre 102 fenêtre ne fermant pas au bas. bruit et air qui rentrait, on nous a proposé tout de suite une autre chambre qui navait pas de soucis de ce coté là . personnel serviable aimable parlant un peu français. literie confortable. salle d eau douche à litalienne très propre et moderne (refaite il y a peu) bref nous y étions, pour passer la journée dehors et dormir tranquille afin de se reposer le soir et ce fut le cas . à conseiller donc pour ceux qui souhaitent balader et visiter Lisbonne à pied . ceux qui viennent pour se prélasser dans le confort dun hotel la plus part de leur séjour avec de grands volumes et tout le superflus choisissez autre chose.

Die Lage ist Top beinahe mitten in der Stadt , 3 min zur Metro, 5 min zum Bahnhof 15 min zum Tejo . Von den Kommentaren wo es um Lärm geht sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. ( ich wohne auf dem Land und finde das ich hier eine gute Nachtruhe gehabt habe , Zimmer 305 Vorderseite. Frühstück : 2 verschiedene Brötchen, Croissants , 2 verschiedene Brotsorten. Käse, Schinken, Salami,.... ( foto's gemacht ).Zimmer sauber , gutes Bett , Safe ( gratis) Kühlschrank ( ungefähr 40x50 groß.) Ich hab von allen Fotos gemacht und hochgeladen und kann das Hotel jeden anraten.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und recht ruhig. Es ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr sauber, genügend gross und komfortabel mit bequemen Betten.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Dieses Hotel können wir gerne weiter empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vi hyrde 2 rum. Båda rummen var små och hade inget riktigt fönster, bara ett litet fönster direkt under taket. Rummen låg under marknivå och gav källarkänsla. Genom fönstret såg man bara himlen. Avloppet i duschkabinen i det ena rummet tog inte undan vattnet som rann ut på golvet i badrummet. Åtgärdades inte helt under vår vistelse. Våra rum överensstämmer inte med något som presenterats på Expedias hemsida. Inget av våra rum hade gratis wi-fi, som skulle finnas i alla rum . Bra sängar, rent och fräscht rum och badrum, verkade nyrenoverat. MIssbelåten med rummen.Frukosten saknade grönsaker och frukt samt någon form av ägg - bacon.

Un hotel de 4**** por ese precio??, las habitaciones que se ofertan baratas están al lado del ascensor, dan a la parte de atrás y además el hotel estaba en obras. El precio era 6 veces superior al de expedía, al final usan estas paginas para publicitarse y ofertan las peores habitaciones.

Lhôtel est idéalement situé:en plein centre mais très calme car situé dans une petite rue parallèle à une grande artère centrale.Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux.Le personnel est très sympathique.Nous allons recommander cet hôtel à des amis qui souhaitent aller visiter Lisbonne,ville magnifique avec beaucoup de charme.

Bardzo fajny hotel. Czysto, pokój po remoncie. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Śniadania dla mnie bez szału. Za 5 euro można zjeść smaczniej na zewnątrz. Jedyną wadą były mrówki w pokoju z którymi namíętnie walczyłem.

Excelente situación en pleno centro. Habitaciones nuevas con aire acondicionado y limpias, aunque el gel-champú no lo repusieron todos los días. En España estaría entre 2 y 3 estrellas. El desayuno buffet no tiene mucha variedad (café, zumo, bollería, queso y jamón de york), lo habitual en los hoteles de Lisboa.

The best feature of this hotel is its location. Just off Restauradores Square, next to tram up to old town, 50 yds from Metro and Aerobus stop (3.50 Euro from airport takes 30 mins). Easy walk to cathedral, Baixa shopping district.Bad - basic rooms are ok, clean, aircon, two beds wardrobe and 14 in tele with 5 channels. Bath with shower over, no toiletries included, no hair dryer. Windows ill-fitting so street noise; room door paper thin so noise from corridor. Havent been decorated in 10 years. Didnt see superior rooms, but breakfast is the same whatever room: rolls, thin slices of ham and cheese, jam and cheap cereal. Orange juice is diluted and not always refilled. Coffee or tea from machine. Thats it!!All round its good value and well located for a couple of days, but there are no amenities. We paid £45 a night for 2 nights, so reasonable, but not great for longer stay.
