Nice food and reasonably priced. We had a variety of the menu in our party, ranging from pizza to pasta to steak, and we were all happy. Friendly staff and good service

Lovely place to get something to eat, wonderful location just off the Strip, friendly staff and quick service, Music can be a bit load at times, Lovely pizza for good prices, French fries are average but reasonably priced, The Vegetarian Burger isn't good, it was bland and to try compensate for the taste there was far too much sauce put over it, Good place for vegitarians because of the pizza, I would recommend to anyone looking for good pizza in Albufeira

The food was always nice but not on par with other places we ate at however the prices were really reasonable and we never waited too long for our food. We visited two different urban pizzas and they forgot our sides at each place, but this was quickly sorted out.

Great service, great atmosphere and live music too! The pizzas are especially nice and well worth the trip. The restaurant is slightly off the strip so not as hectic which is a good thing. I will be back.

Been here 3 times this week great pizzas, piri piri chicken is gorgeous, just had the vegetarian burger with cheese, very nice,. I'm sure we will eat here many more times while in albufeira.

Lovely place just on a side road on the Albufeira strip. The pizza I had was such quality that I went back the following night. Sometimes they have a Portuguese band playing which makes a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Se trata de una pizzeria enfocada al turismo con buen ambiente. En nuestro caso pedimos unos espaguetis a la carbonara y unos canelos al capone y estaban realmente buenos y todo por 17€, por lo que bastante económico, y en cuanto al trato bastante buenos y atentos. RECOMENDADO.

Sensacional o lugar. Fui com um bebê de colo e eles tinham o cadeirão. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos. Todos os dias há uma banda. No dia em que fui, era uma banda de alta qualidade. A comida gostosa, servida rapidamente, por um preço justo. Comemos pizza e massa. O espaço é agradável também. Voltarei com certeza.

Local con buena decoración, música en directo... Es la típica pizzería enfocada al turismo. Las pizzas no están muy buenas. El precio no es desorbitado pero tampoco creo que se ajuste a la calidad de lo que se ofrece. La atención es correcta. No repetiría.

Très déçus!!!! Mojitos à 7,50€ qui sont remplis de glace pilée et un goût d'eau citron!!!! La garniture (frites) facturée en supplément de la viande (1,5€). Nous demandons du parmesan sur les pates facturė également facturé 1€. Une vrai arnaque à touristes!!!

Really nice food and atmosphere for a family, including drinks and reasonable prices. Unfortunately they don't offer their own vegan cheese but they are willing to adjust the ingredients ( I supplied my own cheese from local Intermarche) and had the most gorgeous pizza ever. Really worth recommending, hopefully in the future they'll get even better at vegan options!

Me and my partner ate here a couple of times whilst on holiday, the pizzas were delicious, very friendly staff. Not the best location as on a back street but we'll worth a visit and it does get very busy later on.

Most restaurants in Albufeira are about food. Not Urban pizza. This establishment is about experience and making memories. They know how to make a clubsandwich unforgettable. I could taste the soul of the cook. You haven't visited Albufeira without visiting Urban kitchen!

I went there with friends for a friend's birthday. Everything started great... We got the server to serve champagne and say it was from our friend who could not be there (to surprise the bday boy). That intial server was great! From there it went downhill. The food took longer than it should of. But we were still happy with the service until we tried to order a dessert with a candle for our friend's bday. We were told the kitchen was closed. They served us a cocktail with a sparkler instead. After that we asked for the bill. As we were paying we saw 2 desserts being delivered to a table. We found this to very disppointing. Why were we not served desert and someone else was? This made what was overall a good experience a very bad experience. I will not return. The first server was great though!

O espaço é muito agradável, a esplanada coberta tem umas cadeiras super confortáveis. As pizzas são excelentes os ingredientes são muito bons, gostei muito do queijo mozzarella. O staff é simpático e eficiente, no entanto as pizzas demoraram muito tempo perto de 1 hora, e estavam apenas duas pessoas a trabalhar na zona do forno. O que vale é que não custa muito a espera num sitio tão agradável

Fanta orange drink was flat and warm. Nobody asked if our meal was OK - my pork was dry and chewey. no discount offered when I complained. I was told it is what it is. Will not be returning. They also charged for basic sauces ie ketchup or mayo. Ridiculous

J'ai également pu goûter l'entrée starter qui était excellente.
En plat nous avons pris le saumon griller avec une cuisson idéal.
Un service irréprochable.

Nice oasis yet not too remote from the chaotic and overpriced nightmare of the Oura strip. Bring your kids here for a pleasant haven away from the strippers and drunken Brits. Can't avoid the Dutch, but that's anywhere. The food here went from phenomenal to abdominal and then back into phenomenal - because that's what really matters. They have the best live music as well.

Very friendly waiters, good food, nice and cosy atmosphere (a lot better here than most places on the strip). The sangria was average, a little bitter, better choose I've of the delicious cocktails instead ;-) We really enjoyed it here!

Was tot vorig jaar top, dit jaar drama. Twee keer geweest. Eerste keer vlees droog, tweede keer voorgerecht en pizza’s tegelijk en pizza’s koud. Uiteindelijk kwam de bedrijfsleider, die heeft het opgelost. Ze krijgen een herkansing.

Looks like it might be a great place to grab a meal with the family. They have a ton of fans, so no AC. Food was good, my wife and daughter split a great Margarita pizza. I had the Salmon. Now here is where gets dicey, you'd would think they come with a side, nope be prepared to pay if you want a salad or chips. Then the real problem occured. My other daughter got a burger and a side of fries. We asked for ketchup for the burger a garlic mayo for the fries. When we got the bill 1.5€ for the mayo and .50€ for the ketchup. Bad, bad , bad...

Went for dinner here today, waitress took the wrong drink order and when we told her about this she came back and accused us rudely of "confusing her"!. To make matters worse when the food arrived we found a black long hair inside one of the pizza we ordered. Also the Caesar salad came with no chicken (Even after the waitress asked us if we wanted chicken? And we all said "yes"!)
At the end of our meal, we asked to speak to the person in charge about this, they did take off the bill the Caesar salad order and they apologised
Would not reccomend this place at all unfortunately

The food and whine were really good, but the staff was not that good at all. They didnt even look at us while we were talking and sometimes it took way too long before we could reach out to one of the staff members. If wasnt even busy, so we were not too enthousiast about this service.

Atendimento rápido apesar de ser só em inglês. Não sendo apropriado para um restaurante em Portugal. Pedimos focaccia, 2 pizzas e uma sangria de espumante . As pizzas eram boas mas nada especial e a sangria tinha mais sumo que espumante. Em suma, razoável!

Nous avons pris une pizza végétarienne et un fish and chips tout étais bon ! Et pas si chère que ça ... Sauf la boisson... Le verre de coca a 3.40€, à ce tarif là c'est du vol ! Le prix n'était même pas sur la carte !
Nous avons demander de la sauce aussi, 0,50€ le mini pot de mayonnaise !
Au final on a payer pour 3 menu... Le personnel étais désagréable... Toujours sur leurs téléphone, à la moindre demande il fallait se lever et aller les chercher à l'autre bout du restaurant ...
Aller plutôt dans un autre restaurant, c'est pas ça qui manque dans cette rue.

Waited about 45 mins for 2 Pizzas. Other people who came later, got their food faster. They forgot our food. We said them that we were waiting about 45 mins for 2 Pizzas. After 10 mins they brought us 2 Pizzas, one of them was wrong. So we had to wait another 10 mins... After 1 hour and 5mins we truly „enjoyed“ our pizzas. They were good. Average.
The young server said „sorry“ a few times, but there wasn‘t a compensation for the mistake & the long waiting time.
We are disapointed.

This place just Nails it!!!
I'm not one for visiting the same places, when on holiday. I like to indulge in everything, so the fact that this is my second visit in the same day tells you everything you need to know.
Lovely food, wine and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Live music in the evening until 22:00 a mellow and very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be visiting there other restaurants before our time ends.

Great deals, good food
The ideal stop coming up that (awfully steep) hill from the Oura beach. They do English breakfasts at €2.80 and buy-2-pizzas-get-the-cheapest-free for €5 @ January 2018. Most of the staff are friendly particularly Bise(?) the Nepalese guy who's very good to entertain the children. The pizzas are well done and will fill you up. They will seat you according to whether you wish to sit in the shade or the sun.

Snelle service, heerlijk eten. Eergisteren een pizza hawai gehad. Smaakte heerlijk, vandaag beviel de kip piri piri ook. Mijn vriendin is verliefd op het restaurant! Daarnaast zeer aardige serveersters. Echt een aanrader! Ik vond ze niet opdringerig wat ik bij de meeste restaurants hier wel zie... mijn vriendin vindt lasagne een aanrader.... nam hem 2 keer. Haha

J'ai prit des pâtes à la carbonnara, il y avait plus de crème que de pâtes. Mon amie a prit une pizza napolitaine, il s'agissait plus d'une pizza surgelé que d'une faite maison.

We ate here 3 times last October it was so good... food is delicious, big portions, very helpful and friendly staff, cool decor (the bathrooms are amazing!!) Really comfy seats and good music and happy hour cocktails are delicious!!! Fluffiest basmati rice ever oh my god!!! very happy customers!!!

I was on 3rd of September visiting the city (traveling from Lagos towards Albufeira) and the salad I've ordered had raw mussels in it after eating couple of these.
I called the manager but she said: "Why you didn't asked in the first place if they will be cooked or not?" - on a loud voice, the terrace being full of customers. I replied: "When you order a steak at a restaurant, do you ask the waiter if they will cook it for you?"
I ended up paying the salad which they didn't change and had food poisoning diagnosticed by a local medical centre. Private.
Coming back to UK, I tried to get in touch with them, finally Geral replied my email and assured me an internal investigation is to be carried out. Since then I haven't heard anything from him and I will take legal action against the company.

Günstige Pizza ab 5,90 €, Burger ab 5,50 €. Die Bedienung ist langsam aber die Küche ist schnell. Sehr schönes Ambiente!
