Absolutely useless service this morning. Although operators were polite and spoke good English. We were an hour late for our flight home thanks to this company wasting our time. We booked well in advance and were promised 2 taxis within a minute. Neither arrived at all. Stood outside waiting at a popular landmark for 40 minutes! Hailed a street taxi out of desperation in the end and only paid €6.45 for the same journey this company estimated would cost approx €15-16. I'd avoid this service at all cost, if you call it a Service.

Serviço FRAUDULENTO! Acrescentaram-me uma taxa de 30% sobre o total .Pedi um táxi e veio um monovolume de 9 lugares, alegam que não pedi um táxi para 5 pessoas . Paguei 35 euros, mais 10 do que é costume.

Cooperativa de táxis que outrora foi talvez a melhor do país mas que na actual época está em desuso.

Péssimos prestadores de serviços Pede-se um carro com urgência fica-se 20 minutos à espera do carro 403.Tenta-se ligar para a operadora 10 minutos de tempo de espera. Na Altura informam que houve um problema, com a viatura. Não se dignaram a informar o cliente. É na maior das calmas dizem que vão tentar arranjar outra viatura. Incompetência pura. Inadmissível .

Deixaram-me imenso tempo ao telefone e só explicaram o porquê quando “refilei” quando estava em espera é que me disseram que ao fim de 10minutos ainda não tinham carro, algo que podiam ter explicado logo. Para além disso a senhora ao telefone estava com voz e tom de estar super saturada e foi super antipatica.

M. Rodrigues Romeiro was 5 minutes before time asked the evening before. He drove us safely from the zona Castelo to the airport for the cost of 12 euros, which is 5 euros less than when we came from the airport to the Castelo. He was kind and quiet. Great service!

If you want to be on time, Do not trust this company! I called for a taxi, and it was suppose to get me in 5min, 20min later still nothing so I call again, first they put they just shut the phone to my ear... second time They promise for another taxi in 5 min... 15 min later a taxi arrives, But I’m already 30min behind the schedule & had I waited the 1st one, i’d still be waiting to this moment. Also, very unpleasant service in the phone!

Worst taxi service ever! Nearly missed my flight. There should be an option of zero star rating and it would have been a compliment. If you have a chance, use other providers, if you don't- you are not getting the car anyway.

I called to quote the price of a taxi. The operator said she cannot give a quote. So I asked how much per kilometer and she said she doesn't know. Not much customer service.

Worst taxi service ever! For two days I have used Teletaxis Lisboa and for two days they have given me very bad experiences: first time we had a 20 min delay on a taxi (supposedly) that was called and was close by (not true!) plus haver I've specifically mentioned needing a taxi with Visa payment for non portuguese bank cards, the one sent was the opposite and thanks to a friend waiting at destination we were able to pay the taxi at that moment; seconf time, despite the disappointment I have given them a second choice and booked a taxi, with more than 12 hours notice, for the sunday early morning. To my (no) surprise the taxi was not there at the time requested, and when i called them it was like almost my phone because I don't have a portuguese number therfore they "can't" call me letting me know of the delay... what kind of professional company, working within an European capital has an issue calling international customers? Well, for sure, this was the absolute last time I use this service. And I must even say, that with Uber, despite all the fuzz and buzz about them, I have never had such disappointements. PS: I am a Portuguese citizen, used to live in Lisbon for 8 years but have decided to write this in English so any potential visitors and non portugese people are aware of such poor and non reliable taxi service in Lisbon.

Taxi arrivé à l heure prévue, chauffeur agréable et tarif conforme à ce qui a été annoncé Parfait

Un taxi depuis l'aéroport jusqu'à l avenue de Libertades facturé 24,5 €. Il s'agissait du taxi N° 2553. Même le concierge de l hôtel a trouvé cela scandaleux. Résultat , pendant nos 3 jours à Lisbonne nous avons utilisé les services UBER. Le retour à l aéroport nous a coûté 10,23 €.

The taxi from the airport to Alfama charges us 20 euros instead of 9 as written on the taxameter. Don't trust lisbon taxi drivers. We downloaded Uber and use it instead of taxi on our vacation.
