Essen sehr lecker. :) Ambiente ist in Ordnung. Schade fande ich, dass wir uns die Plätze trotz wenig Betrieb nicht frei aussuchen durften.

JAN PIZZA AND PASTA
went here on our first night in Carvoeiro as it was late when we arrived and wanted something quick and easy to eat. All the food was delicious and the waiters very friendly. We enjoyed our evening so much that we decided to return on our final night and we were all glad we did. Nothing was too much bother for the waiters, they were great with my little boy and the food was all delicious; we had a range of pizzas and pastas on both nights. Nice location overlooking the square. Great sangria!

The icecream isn’t so special worth the price, coffee is too expensive...also I didn’t get the whole order...

When children have an ice cream you may not use the seats although you order for multiple guests. When you order nothing for the kids without the ice cream you may use the seats though. Crazy here

Very average service, one of the worst tortilla chips with salsa we ever had. Weird fake chips, brown guacamole, average salsa. Good locations, beer was cold and fizzy.

Horrivel. Garçon mal educado, estava a jantar quando minha filha de 8 anos sentou na mesa com um gelado de outro lugar. O garçon rudemente a mandou levantar pois o gelado nao havia sido comprado no seu local. E eu estava a jantar com minha esposa. Paguei a conta e me retirei. Restaurante que nao merece a frequesia,

Na 10 minuten wachten werd er drankbestelling opgenomen en na 45 minuten werd er nog niet de bestelling opgenomen voor het eten, volledig genegeerd, toen zijn we maar weggegaan en de drank afgerekend. Eenzelfde ervaring als meneer Vdr Most dus. Ik vermoed zelfs discriminatie.

O atendimento é muito fraco. Demoram imenso tempo. Quase temos que pedir por favor para sermos atendidos. Não recomendo.

Food is nice - the Smoked Salmon starter is good, lots of Salmon with just the right amount of Capers & Onions. Spaghetti Carbonara was good, so too was the Spag-Bol
As some have reported, Service can be a bit poor, we ate on a Thursday Lunch, Service was "relaxed' not really slow, but acceptable.
Upstairs has a nice, great views and shelter from the Sun.
Price wise it is very reasonable given the quality of food and the location. Would happily return

Not to be missed restaurant and above all terrace on the main square near the beach. They also serve the Dutch speciality 'bitterballen'. My Sunday afternoon treat: a portion of six + a jug of white wine sangria. Can't wait...

The Meals were quite fine. But the personal on the roof part of the restaurant were really unpolite and treated us like piece of sh**.

Wat een heerlijke plek, met een leuke, originele kaart met goed prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Ik kom hier regelmatig en word altijd hartelijk ontvangen, erg fijn, t maakt dat ik me helemaal thuis voel. Ik hoop snel weer te komen!

I had the worst time ever!!! After COVID19, my first time after lockdown, it was 20:45 and the staff literary kick me out of the place demanding that a pay the bill because they had to close down.... Disappointing.... I will never come back....

I can’t comment on food because we did not even passed the door thanks to the friendliness of the staff.
My son has 2 severe allergies and vacation with him can be tricky. Most of the time we find awesome people who is willing to go the extra mile and serve us with the best AND SAFE foods.
This is far the truth of this restaurant. We were seen At the door by a waiter who did not even bother to ask the chef if something could be done. Worse... they treated us like we were occupying their time.
Maybe is time to rethink your strategy. You have a good spot at the beach doesn’t mean you can mistreat customers.

El café no muy bueno para lo acostumbrado por la zona. Muy caro para la calidad que ofrece, aprovechan demasiado el turismo y descuidan lo esencial. El personal tampoco es muy amable.

Remek helyen egy kis estebéd ... így év végéhez közel. A kaja “Best of Bangkokok” (wok) egész finom volt, a “Lasagne della Casa” már kevésbé. Még egy kis eszpresszó, capuchino ... s minden ok. A kiszolgálásra azért egy kicsit várni kellett.

Purtroppo non esiste opzione zero stelle! Alle 3 ci hanno avvisato che la cucina era già chiusa, mentre il menu prevedeva la chiusura alle 16,00.
Allora chiediamo se possiamo usufruire del servizio gelateria, rispondo “si ma solo servizio rapido” .... bene in piedi ad aspettare un cono gelato per 40 minuti!!! Mai vista una scortesia ed una lentezza del genere. Chiudete ragazzi, fate prima!

Le repas était réussi. Le poisson et les hamburgers (végétarien ou non) nous ont beaucoup plu. Le service était sympa et les prix sont très raisonnables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Good restaurant just a block from the beach. Some of the waiters could be a little more attentive as far as bringing the menu or the check at the end of your meal. With that being said, there is seating inside or out, food is delicious and there are many selections on the menu. Restaurant is clean and so are the restrooms.

Serveur nonchalant et raciste..il nous a fait attendre 20 min pour un café noir et ce, tout en servant des visiteurs qui sont arrivés après nous..lorsque on lui demandé si c normal d'attendre tout ce temps pour un café, il nous a tout simplement répondu vous pouvez partir si vous n'êtes pas satisfait.
Dommage que ça s'est produit dans un village avec des gens très accueillants et très sympathiques.

Pésimo, no lo aconsejo, servicio muy lento, pedimos 4 smoothies , 22 euros podía pasar el precio , ya que está al lado de la playa, pero era solo agua , la fruta se le olvidaron echarla

Pas convaincu.
J'ai pris le wok Marvelous Manila à 9,50€. Je ne le recommande pas. C'était bizarrement trop sucré et trop salé en même temps. Les morceaux de viandes étaient secs. J'ai pu aussi goûter le wok Tasty Tokyo, même problèmes.
Nous avons pris en plus les Wings et les Tacos mexicains en entrée à environ 6 euros chacunes. Elles sont pas mauvaise.
Après l'endroit est clairement moins chère que la concurrence ! Le service était bien, rien à redire là dessus. Et c'est difficile de trouver un endroit pas trop chère au bord de la plage.
Finalement je regrette de pas avoir pu tester le burger d'Angus avec des patates douces.

never got chance to order food .as we left after one drink .very rude staff didn't seem interested when party of eight sat down and ordered just drinks. we're going to eat but spoke to terribly so left after one drink.wont be back !

Wir hatten eine Pizza, diese war, wenn überhaupt, durchschnittlich, zu einem total überzogenem Preis.

Erg leuke bediening; vriendelijk, alert met een goede glimlach. We hebben een heerlijke Angus burger gegeten en ook de tournedos met pepersaus was erg goed. We komen zeker terug!

Ending up making this a staple for breakfasts while on holiday. Being positioned right by the beach means, it can get busy so prepare to wait but, once the food arrived it was fresh and great value- kept me full through to dinner. Their rose sangria is absolutely delicious and the waiters are friendly and full of local knowledge :)

Only 1 staff member could take dinner orders, probably because of the EU soccer finals, so won't count it to hard in my rating. Got a pepper steak, nothing too fancy or anything, tasted like an average peppersteak.

The staff wasn't good, we waited more than 20 minutes to get our drinks, they walked by multiple times without noticing we didnt have anything. Only when I asked for it twice they brought it. The taste of the food was great, only way too less. If you want to have a relaxed dinner I wouldn't recommend going to JAN.

Modernised from the old JAN. Food modern fresh and service excellent. Looks over carvoiero beach. Also good for kids.
