Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Für vergleichsweise wenig Geld bekommt man hier sehr gute Pizzen und Pasta. Wein im Glas nur Hauswein möglich. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder die Dachterrasse besuchen.

It's easy just to walk by this place because it's so small but it's food is so good and all the staff are so nice. I will definitely be making future visits and would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff are kind and attentive & always around should you need them.
View was AMAZING! Beautiful sea view from the top balcony right in the sun.
The food was incredible too, pizza was delicious, I wouldn’t recommended anywhere else for Pizza.
The portion of fries was huge for €1.50 & they were so good too!
All in all an amazing restaurant, Definitely one of Albufeira’s best.

Lovely place to stop and eat. Very friendly staff and very friendly towards children. The food was lovely and full of flavour. The wine was also very nice. Will go here again.

Service très lent, 4 plats de pâtes trop cuites, insipides, le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas malgré un très belle vue et des serveurs très gentils. Resto pour touristes, français et italiens s’abstenir !

Gute Pizza und fabelhafte Pasta. Bei den Getränken besteht noch etwas Nachholbedarf. Crushed Eis gehört nicht ins Bier...Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und von der obersten Etage hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Strand

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und waren zweimal in unserem Urlaub hier.
Ein bisschen kann am Service noch gearbeitet werden (Besteck muss neben den Gästen nicht aus 1 m Höhe in die Schublade fallen) und die Fenster könnten mal eine Reinigung vertragen, aber das Essen war sehr gut.

5 of us were there last week. We had not pre booked but the Manager said he would have a terrace table free in 20 minutes, which he did. The 5 of us all ordered 5 fillet steaks and Seriously the best steak we have ever eaten, mealt in your mouth. The terrace is beautiful over looking the beach. Very, very reasonably priced and staff very nice. The only regret we had was that we had only found this restaurant on our last night on holiday's, otherwise we would have eaten there most night's. Highly recommend.

We decided to go here because of the good reviews on Google maps, and because it's hard to find a good place that's not a tourist trap in Albufeira. We we're very happy with Ricardo's pizzeria ! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food comes in good portions and is of very good quality. If you want to be seated on the roof with views of the ocean you will need to book in advance.
We were seated outside on the 'street' and it was lovely also. Very good service, would recommend

nicest carbonara i ate in my whole time in the region.
kids got pizza which they swallowed up whole , while my wife and I got a portion of carbonara each. throw in drinks for everyone and the bill was about 45e - excellent value
i docked it a start simply as the portion was a bit small, but it was devine.

Ricardo's es la tipica pizzería italiana que podríamos encontrar en todas las ciudades. Está todo correcto aunque las pizzas están algo saladas y abusan mucho del orégano. La pasta está al dente pero la tagliatella ricardo's pierde todo el sabor comido por su salsa de tomate. Un sitio aceptable donde la atracción es cenar en la terraza del piso de arriba al aire libre y con buenas vistas (todo el mundo quiere su reserva arriba).

Nos encantó el sitio, la comida muy buena, buenas pizzas y la pasta también, lo malo son la carta de postre, creo que no habían postres caseros, la amabilidad del personal, nos pusieron en la terraza y hacía frío, se lo comentamos y estaba todo el local lleno así que era imposible cambiar de mesa, una de las camareras trajo una manta para mi pareja, un gran detalle.

Geweldige dakterrasje met uitzicht op de strand/zee. Pizza's zijn gemiddeld, bodem en deeg zijn erg dun en zacht, had liever iets krokante gewild.
De kipfilet met champignons waren wel erg lekker. Al met al met de uitzicht toch een heerlijke avond gehad.
Prijzen zijn hier gemiddeld.

Wir hatten um 21uhr einen Tisch bestellt, der war erst um.2130uhr bereit. Die Vorspeise dauerte dann 30minuten und der Hauptgang kam dann nach 60minuten. Die Bedienung fand das alles nicht so tragisch....
Das Essen war Durchschnittlich aber ok.. kann man hin, muss man aber nicht.

The restaurant is decorated very nicely, very typical Italian! The service provided is very good too. But if you go there to eat pizza, you might want to reconsider your choice. The pizzas we had weren't very good. Thick and dry bottom, not crunchy at all, like you'd expect of an Italian restaurant. I'm giving it a 3.5/5 because of the place and service.

We called in back in July - it was quite early so nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly, the service prompt and the pizzas were spot on too. I had (and highly recommend) the olive and anchovy pizza - wonderful!!

Eine der leckersten Pizzas, die ich seid längeren gegessen habe, definitiv Respekt, das war grandios, der Teig war italienisch und auf höchstem Niveau, rund alle Zutaten haben hervorragend harmoniert.
Die selbgemachten Nudeln waren auch beeindruckend!

Mentirosos desde el primer momento...nos dijeron que podíamos fumar en la última planta y después no fue así....nos sirvieron unas copas de postre con cronómetro, teníamos 5 minutos para tomarlas, al minuto 4 la propietaria, que iba con camisa roja ya nos estaba echando.....lamentable.....pedimos que nos devolvieran el dinero de las copas y no quisieron....muy Mao, nada recomendable

Wir saßen ganz oben auf der Dachterrasse. Wir hatten die Auswahl zwischen den Mittagsmenüs für € 5, 90 und der regulären Karte. Im Mittagsmenü ist eine kleine Pizza oder ein kleines Nudelgericht und ein 0,2 Liter Getränk enthalten. Die Leistung für das Mittagsmenü ist echt gut. Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Deshalb empfehlen wir das Restaurant u eingeschränkt weiter.
Der Service auf der Dachterrasse war sehr gut,sodass wir noch eine. Dessert und einen Kaffee bestellten.
Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Über den Sandstrand schweift der Blick auf das Meer und die vorbeiziehenden Segelschiffe.

We were there at 5pm for some beers and a small snack (one pizza to share with the 3 of us), since we eat according to local Portuguese dinner time traditions (aka 9:30pm). The female waiter with the tattoos was noticeably frustrated by the fact that we weren’t there for dinner (it was only 5pm!!), and took our order for 3 beers with annoyance in her voice and avoiding any eye contact. When we went to order a second round of beers with a pizza as a small snack to share, she snapped at us that “that is very unusual at dinner time” (with a very noticeable irritated tone, and the time being at just 5:15pm, whole it was not busy at all), ran upstairs for some reason, and then came back asking what pizza we wanted (still avoiding any eye contact and speaking with an annoyed tone of voice).
Luckily the guy who served the pizza at the table and later on did the payment served the pizza with a smile, and spoke with a friendlier tone of voice. Unfortunately, the waitress with the tattoos ruined any chance of a tip.
Will definitely not eat there again if that same waitress is working.

Nous avons mangé sur le temps de midi, du poulet au vin avec spaghetti. Magnifique sur la terrasse du 4eme étage. Un restaurant qui peut se vanter de ne pas être un attrape touriste.

Belle vue depuis la terrasse au 3eme et c'est tout. Les pizzas maison sont faites avec des crevettes et des moules décongelées et du jambon sans goût, les spaghettis carbonara sont insipides, service très long et la table à côté de nous arrivée 20 minutes après nous et servie avant nous. Bref pas top!

Visited Ricardo's three times during my week in Albufeira. Food is fabulous and reasonably priced. I tried a variety of dishes during the three visits and thought one was as nice as the other. A must if you are going to eat in Albufeira!

I was expecting a first rate meal having read reviews' sadly this wasn't the case after a wait of 45 minutes my main course arrived (I had ordered starters) the waitress queried weher it would be okay to serve the starters after the main somewhat bemused I declined. After a further wait the starters arrived , the mains had clearly been reheated the pizza was burrnt in parts and my wife's lasagna was soggy with the moisture soaking to the base of the diah. The side order never arrived.. Disappointed to say the least

Having read the reviews i was looking forward to a first class Italian meal. The setting on the upper terrace was delightful however we waited 45 minutes for our starters to materialise only to be served or main course. The waitress looked confused that we would want our starters BEFORE our mains!! After another wait and after the starters we were eventually brought our re-heated main course. Again they had forgotten to bring our side order! The pizza after reheating was burnt in parts and the moisture in the lasagne had sunk to the base resulting in a watery texture. Very disappointing meal.

Each year we came back to Ricardo's when we are near Albufeira. The food remains delicous, aspecially the teramisu, and the service is exlient.
When possible try to be seated upstairs. From there you have a very nice sea view and the ambiance feels like Italia.

Georgous little Italian restaurant. The food here is just so beautiful and the inside is how I'd imagine a restaurant would be in the outskirts of Italy. It's very romantic and so much so that I got engaged to my girlfriend here we loved it so much. By far the best place we ate on holidays. The location is fantastic as right near the bars and beach for going for a nice walk afterwords in this wonderful resort.

When it comes to Italian food in Albufeira this is my personal favourite, the staff are very friendly and attentive, even when busy. The food is fantastic and always to a high standard which has kept my fiance and I returning two years running. What makes this restaurant so special for me is the extra mile they went for me, Ricardos don't take table bookings, but when I told them that I wanted to propose to my now fiance, they didn't hesitate to make one and picked out a great table, could not thank then enough.

Ricardos is the best Italian restaurant in albufeira. Me and my other half love it so much. We came last year and just have cone to Ricardos 3 or 4 times in a week! This year we came back and it was the first meal we had! Ricardos food is amazing, not expensive, you have to try the panna cota. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever eaten! Also Ricardos have incredible service. Little to my knowledge my other half booked a table on the rooftop (even though they don't usually do reservations) but they agreed to as it was a special occasion..... My other half proposed to me on the roof! And all the staff knew about it! And they were just great! 10/10.

Preis zu hoch für die Leistung. Die Pizza war zwar gut, aber der 3 Euro Wein für 15 Euro ist echt zu teuer. Das mousse au chocolate war unten noch fast flüssig und die Bedienung hat nur ihren Job irgendwie gemacht. Ansonsten ist es recht voll und man hat eine gute Sicht von oben. Das Ambiente ist ganz ansprechend und die Karte ist mehrsprachig gehalten und man findet schnell etwas.

A nível de pizza podemos dizer que a massa é divinal. Tanto a pizza Romana e Toscana são muito boas, apesar de nesta última a quantidade de rúcula podia ser melhor servida.

They have a lovely tiny little terrace on the top floor which is very nice on a hot day/evening. I ate their avocado with shrimps which was very tasty although a few more shrimps wouldnt have hurt.

Realmente um restaurante muito bom, o difícil será escolher, as massas são maravilhosas, a lasanha muito boa, e as pizas... excelente. E no fim as sobremesas? Tarde de maçã com gelado ou o tiramisu são uma delicia.. e o preço muito bom tendo em conta tanto a localização como a excelente qualidade de qualquer dos pratos. E a simpatia está ao mesmo nível de tudo o resto. Não se vão arrepender!

We ate here on our last visit to Albufeira 3 years ago and it's still excellent. Friendly staff and very good quality food. We had pizza, spaghetti bolognese, and pepper steak, and all were perfect. This time we sat on the ground floor but the upper floors are well worth the climb! We got there around 6 and within half an hour or so it was quite full with people booking to come back later. Highly recommended.

As pizzas são boas mas ao pedir uma pizza pedi para retirarem dois ingredientes e colocarem um outro no fim não veio nenhum mas paguei o mesmo. Uma sangria 15€
No fim perderam 4 clientes.

Amazing experience...after having a dinner at this place we had to return back. The pizza is just unforgettable! We also had Canneloni which I would higly recommend. The staff is very nice and they speak english very well.

Leuk restaurant. Vanaf het dakterras heb je zicht op het strand en de 'binnenstad'. Fijn personeel. Good value for money rate.
