It was a great pleasure to have a breakfast in the inner yard of the restaurant - your morning in Lisbon will definitely get even better with every minute! Regarding the food and drinks - everything was delicious and worth every cent you pay. Great presentations and combination of tastes will impress you: I can highly recommend eggs Benedict and blueberry pancakes - both of them are amongst the best ones I tried.

Pedi o brunch benedict. Os ovos com bacon e a panqueca de batata são bons, porém demorou muito de sair, além de o preço não condizer com a quantidade. Pedi um pouco de pão e me cobraram 1€ por duas fatias de pão. A panqueca deixou a desejar, esperava que fosse uma panqueca normal porém vieram duas mini panquecas mais finas que um pedaço de papel. Fiquei decepcionada com a limonada que vem no brunch, pois não é limonada, é água saborizada.

Compared to every other brunch location in Lisbon, this has to be the worst I have been to. The food came on a tiny side plate and was overpriced for what I received. Furthermore, the service was appalling; the woman serving us was rude and cold and was altogether unwelcoming. Instead of serving us and making sure our food was ok, she made herself a lovely looking cocktail and stared out the window. Also, they do not serve coca cola :(

What is called "brunch menu" is actually a breakfast menu only. The meals are nice, but none of them will fill you enough, its good for breakfast only.

De Moscovo para Lisboa, situado junto à assembleia da República, este espaço é extremamente acolhedor e os funcionários super simpáticos. Um espaço limpo em termos de decoração e com uma oferta deliciosa de brunch. Para os mais distraídos aconselho uma visita. Com espaço para as crianças brincarem torna o óptimo para ir com a família.

Atendimento demasiado lento e desorganizado. Esperámos 40 minutos pela refeição, não nos levantaram os pratos com a prontidão desejada e não ofereceram açúcar com os cafés. Brunch normal. Preferem que se comunique em inglês.

I ordered the eggs bennedict with a carrot juice and espresso tonic. Coming from Ireland I have had a fear share of eggs bennedict and nothing compares to this. It was so nice I had to try another dish since it was really reasonably priced. And it didn't disappoint me I ordered avocado toast with bacon and the taste was amazing. I would deffinatelly recommend anyone in the vicinity to check that place out ! 10/10

Menu brunch - 14€ - inclui um prato salgado, bebida, fruta/iogurte c granola e um prato doce. Tudo delicioso! A limonada é uma água gaseificada com uma rodela de limão. Espaço acolhedor e agradável.

Το πρωινό αρκετά ωραίο αλλά ακριβό. Θα έβαζα ένα αστέρι παραπάνω εάν ο καφές ήταν καλύτερος. Παραγγείλαμε 2 διπλά εσπρέσο και αντί αυτού λάβαμε μονά με παραπάνω νερό. Ως εργαζόμενη σε καφέ στην Ελλάδα ο καφές αυτός ήταν κάτω του μετρίου. Θα σας συμβούλευα να τον βελτιώσετε..

Como apaixonada por brunches que sou, já andava para ir experimentar o badalado Early Birds faz tempo. Por isso cá está ele: repleto de fofura, boa comida e boa disposição.
O espaço é fofo como tudo, tem várias áreas divididas, cada uma com uma decoração bastante própria e diferente das demais e fica ali numa daquelas que é oficialmente uma das minhas zonas favoritas da nossa Lisboa: São Bento. Um espaço muito aconchegante, onde somos recebidos com um sorriso e onde a preocupação de "bem servir" se nota logo à partida.
O brunch - ó, o brunch - num conceito "Do It Yourself", o Early Birds apresenta opções bastante variadas que difícil é mesmo não ter vontade de provar tudo, pois até os nossos olhos comem só de olhar para a carta! Assim, demos então início a mais uma verdadeira experiência aos sentidos: um construtor de ovos - ovos fritos com bacon, uns ovos benedict com salmão, com ovos escalfados, panqueca de batata, salmão e molho holandês (uma verdadeira surpresa boa essa panqueca!), um copo de granola, uma tosta de abacate, também com salmão e umas panquecas com chocolate, a acompanhar ainda com um smoothie, de banana e chocolate, com leite de coco e macadamia e um sumo de laranja natural. Isto para dois, claro.
Uma experiência memorável, com comida fantástica, onde os sabores se entrelaçam numa união perfeita e que nos faz querer demorar ali. Sempre só mais um bocadinho. De tão bom que é tudo. Por isso, escusado será dizer que voltarei, rapidinho se possível.

I come here to have brunch with my friends sometimes. Their egg dishes are the best. Try the eggs benedict for example. They make it with a potato tortilla, absolutely amazing! The smashed avocado is really good too. Great place!

Just a perfect place for early, late or whatever breakfast! You can build your personal one and choose a type of eggs and starters. But anyway my fav one is a breakfast with benedict eggs and salmon. Also the cafe has a space for working, bright children's room and a cozy garden. Highly recommend!

Знаю такое кафе в Москве, и очень была рада посетить его в Лисабоне. Понравился интерьер, очень стильно и уютно.... А еда это восторг, из простых продуктов делают такие вкусные шедевры! Обязательно вернусь

Muy muy bueno.....como una simple combinación de huevos lo combinas con lo que quieras y está tremendo . Huevos escalfados, o revueltos, o cocidos o como quieras....combinado en un plato con ingredientes a elegir ....incluso uno secreto.
Ambiente curioso. Super amables. Un 10. Precio no abusivo.... Media 15€ persona.
Ehhhh....curioso el concepto de los huevos (de altísima calidad) y combinaciones. Bebida precios superrazonables.....vale la pena.

Hola, amigos! Esta cafetería es la de mis amigos muy buenos. Son una familia preciosa y hacen las cosas muy lindas como esta cafetería, por ejemplo. Saben crear la atmosfera de amistad, calidez y cariño. Y claro que saber cocinar! La comida es muy rica. Cuando tengo tiempo, siempe como ahí, cuando no - bebo un café por lo menos. Lo recomiedo a todos!

Best coffee in the world, super cute kids room with kitchen and lots of really good toys in it, peaceful garden, beautiful and very tasty breakfasts all day long. I had a wonderful breakfast in Lisbon, very nice, friendly staff, the food is very tasty !! There is our traditional "English breakfast"! In London, there is no such cozy place !! Come to Lisbon and go there ❣️

O melhor lugar para pequeno almoço e brunch em Lisboa, perfeito para famílias com crianças. O ambiente é muito acolhedor e de bom gosto, há mesas no jardim. Há ainda um espaço para crianças, que facilita a ida com os miudos (que foi o nosso caso). Come-se bem pelo preço pago, as porções são grandes, e nota-se a qualidade dos ingredientes. Comemos french toast, tosta de abacate com ovo e eggs benedict, tudo nota dez!

When in Lisbon — you definitely should have a breakfast here! No matter how late you are because guys serve them all day long. I tried Eggs Benedict combo breakfast (I do not remember exact option name) and it was so nice that I returned the other day to have one more! Moreover, coffee is amazing.
Waiting for my next trip to Lisbon to try something else from the menu. Also, major credit cards are accepted — not a common thing in Portugal as I noticed.

Highly recommended. Very friendly and courteous staff. Food was excellent. There is a small garden (courtyard) at the back. Deco is warm, quaint and very charming.

I just want to say THANK YOU, GUYS, for this amazing and cozy cafe. I loved the atmosphere very much! The interior is great-looking and modern and not too sweet, which is good, of course. The food is made of the best local products, the menu is simple and short, but everyone will find something for themselves. Everything we ordered was fresh and cool. And I loved the kids corner! Hope to visit Early Birds with my kids one day. Definitely it is worth visiting!

Light and bright cafe with friendly service, good food and probably the best coffee I had in Lisbon. But it’s just sooo disorganised: we ordered a simple breakfast of 2 coffees, a sandwich and porridge - but it was all too difficult. The coffee arrived after half an hour, the sandwich an hour after that and the porridge fully 2 hours later - but not before they had brought a variety of meals to our table which we hadn’t ordered. Similar issues at tables around us: food to the wrong tables, teapots left to brew on the counter indefinitely, and finally the bills were mixed up. It was hilarious chaos and all very good-natured and definitely a memorable time ... but if you’re after a traditional cafe experience where they remember who ordered what this might not be the place.

As for now, the Early Bird is a hidden gem. The whole staff is very friendly and you get a short guided tour through the place. It has a small hidden garden which is lovely.
But the food is nothing short of mouthwatering. I had an avocado toast with two perfect poached eggs. And the french toast as desert didn’t disappoint either.
Last but not least the got their coffee-game up and running. Afair the roast their coffee themselves and boy, I really liked it! The cappuccino tasted great, so I risked a double espresso. Nutty, chocolaty flavours. Not too bitter.
Risk a visit - you won’t be disappointed!

The best place to get a breakfast or a brunch. The place is beautiful and very well decorated, but the best thing is the food! Fantastic! Very tasteful and we'll though of. They have a fantastic back yard where you can enjoy even more your meal.
Kids weren't forgotten. There is kids menu and a small room to play, paint and have fun, while the parents have a peaceful meal. :)
A place I highly recommend!

Awesome breakfast! We stumbled on this place by accident, and we're so glad we did. I had the milk bread and grilled banana and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh juices and coffees, plenty of food to choose from. The waitress who served us was lovely, and the style of the place is really different and quirky

Nice cafe but the brunch offering was quite typical, certainly nothing special. For one of the €15 menus I expected something more interesting in plating, flavour, or presentation.
Also coffee wasn’t even included with that price.

I usualy don't leave coments but this time i had to , place is not clean, and breakfast was so expensive for what it is , 5 euros for 2 fried eggs , and then they charge you 1 euro for the butter, 2 euros for the bread , 2 euros for the not fresh mushrooms and 2 euros for a tiny frozen hashbrown , no dressing for the salad .. so yes , for Lisbon , 13euros for a breakfast like that is a joke !!!

The portions here are somewhat pitiful, the eggs poorly cooked, the bread hard and only useful for ducks. Over all way too over priced with a buzz of negativity from the waitress. Save yourself a small fortune and go up the road.

Adorei o look do sítio, vários objetos de "Lisboa antiga" com um contraste de decoração moderna e de tons pastel claros. A comida foi o que realmente desapontou. Pedi ovos Benedict com abacate, que vinham sem tempero e numa base hashbrown nada deliciosa. Faltou também o típico molho holandês ter aquela espessura e riqueza que deve ter. Acho que a alface e o tomate não acrescentam nada, estão ali apenas para adicionar volume ao prato, até porque, mais uma vez, não tinha tempero. Os ovos estavam bem cozinhados, pois ainda corria um pouco de gema.

The service was great. However, the food was average. The Avocado toast with poached eggs were a let down as the eggs were really cold.
The morning porridge tasted very stale. However, the pancakes were really tasty.

Definitely one of the best places for breakfast in Lisbon. Perfectly made poached eggs, fresh salads, vegetables and fruits, juices. It would be better to work on coffee there, cappuccino or flat white are not perfect. For the rest everything’s wonderful, especially inner garden terrace.

The food was fine, although mine came out cold, but the service was totally careless.
More than half of the food items were unavailable, and instead of apologizing, the waiter had an attitude as we were trying to assemble our breakfasts with the little food options they had in stock. At some point a waitress came to us explaining the same as the previous waiter which was very confusing because we couldn't figure out if those were additional unavailable items or the same the waiter told us about.
The entire experience was a total mess. No worth it - you can get the same eggs benedict and pancakes without the hassle. Won't be coming back.

Very cool cafe, there is no other similar in Lisbon. Modern healthy cuisine, good coffee, great atmosphere. There are teas, cocoa and smoothies here - that is impossible to find in other places in Lisbon. We came to have breakfast here every day with children and never were disappointed

Обожаю это место! Завтраки как надо - вкуснейшие яйца бенедикт и авокадо-тосты, а еще конструктор, где можно заказать все, что хочется, в одной тарелке! В дворике можно залипнуть и потеряться на полдня, ребята создали там какую-то невероятную дзен атмосферу. Видно, что все сделано с любовью и теплотой. Для тех, кто завтракает не булками (я), а нормальной вкусной здоровой едой - самое подходящее место.

The atmosphere is so nice and chill. They have a hidden garden in the backyard. No decaf coffee, but fresh ginger tea which comes in a giant teapot and THE BEST EGG BENEDICT ever.

All day long breakfasts. Good coffee with regular/vegan milk. You can also create your egg based breakfast/lunch with boiled, fried or benedict eggs. You have sweet options too. Space is really nice - calm garden where you can spend hours.

Had the English set it was very good and the portions are big enough to make this a sharing breakfast . My family also had different items and everyone loved there meals ..Nice friendly staff would say it’s worth a trip if you want a good breakfast/brunch

Awesome place for breakfast or brunch, eggs Benedict is a must. Outdoor seating hidden out back is worthwhile especially if you're a smoker. Staff is very friendly but seem inexperienced, not to say that they messed up the order or anything.

Nice place, though strictly limited to breakfast fare. Staff is friendly but mainly occupied with themselves and acting inexperienced. Simple, sweet, but good salad of the day.
