Frozen Pizza and beef filet is Just a piece of overcooked meat. My friends ordered medium rare or rare beef, they all got it overdone. Its a really bad place, avoid at all costs!

Os pratos são pequenos, a batata esta mal cozida, as pizzas são pequenas e não teem nada além do queijo e no caso da pizza Havaiana teem ananases. As bebidas são misturadas com a água e não teem sabor nenhum. Este restaurante é horrivel! The meals are small, the potatoes are raw, about the pizzas: they are small have nothing on it, Havaian pizza have only cheese and pineapples. The drinks have no flavour and are mixed with water. This restaurant is horrible!

O atendimento foi muito lento. Demoramos 1h pela comida. Ao final de meia hora disseram nos que a cozinha nao tinha recebido o nosso pedido. O peixe pedido era fresco. Comida bastante razoável.

Local de referência na Rua da Oura, com uma vastidão enorme de oferta. Os preços não são os mais simpáticos embora faça juz á qualidade que oferece. Não é fácil encontrar lugar para jantar a partir das 20h, de resto é tudo bom.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been in. Paid €8 for what was literally frozen Pizza. Drink was also Flat. Definitely give this a miss.

Worst excuse for a restaurant we came across after seven days in Albufeira. Service was slow (not the first restaurant like that, however), the pizza was frozen and cost €8, carbonara was as bland as rice cakes, the burger was chewy and cold. Terrible place that should not be allowed to call themselves a restaurant

De pizza was geen pizza maar soort van lasagne. Echt niet te eten. Slechtste tent ooit

Nog nooit in mijn leven zo’n verschrikkelijke pizza gehad, boven de wc gehangen door die vieze tent. Het was eerder lasagne dan een pizza. Ik geloof niet dat de tonijn van een vis kwam. Mijn mening “ga hier niet heen!!”

Visited this restaurant last week, it was the worst steak I have ever eaten. It was so chewy, I was unable to finish it. They don't even ask you, if you enjoyed the meal after. You don't after ask for the bill though, they give it to you after your last mouthful. After to rate one star, just to be able to post the review.

Awful, just awful. Food was very bland, microwave meal at home would be better, definitely do not recommend

Zjadłem bardzo pyszny makaron. Nie próbowałem pizzy, jest tu dużo negatywnych opini więc nt pizzy się nie wypowiadam. Makaron Cannelloni z ricotta i szpinakiem był bardzo dobry i obsługa miła, więc dałem pięć gwiazdek. Pozdrawiam wszystkich i polecam cannelloni.

Wir sind auf der Durchreise hier gelandet und wollten schnell eine Pizza essen. Was hier als Pizza angeboten wird ist eine Frechheit, vom Geschmacklichen genauso wie vom Preislichen. Service ist ebenfalls schlecht. Die Fastfood Restaurants in Albufeira sind wohl eine bessere Alternative.

Small pizza that tastes like paper. The best of visiting this place is the music from the next bar and the friendly waitress.

Omg this place was brutal! How did we even get talked into it! The service was terrible the food was the worst ever. They then added onto our bill 25 of us went out for dinner. Never ever come here please!

Having tried Bella Napoli on our recent holiday to Portugal my advice is categorically say to anyone who is thinking of eating here.. PLEASE DON'T, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, eat further down the strip and get a good meal! It was our last day in Albufeira and we just wanted food and an early night, having enjoyed a couple of drinks on the strip we were heading back to the hotel. Walking past the Bella Napoli we were enticed in by the guy stood outside, our experiences and thoughts were. 1. The starters and mains came TOGETHER!! 2. I had the Calzone, whilst my partner had the fajitas - which were just terrible. The Calzone was flat and tasted like no bread I've ever tasted before (it was revolting) - there was very little Garlic and it was too dry with no sauce - . The Fajitas were rubbery and warm, not sizzling and steaming hot. 3. When my partner asked for Guacamole and Salsa dips she was actually given SALT and PEPPER by an inadequate waiter - spotting the mistake the waitress immediately brought over two very small pots of dip. 4. When paying for the meal (it wasn't cheap) the waitress left me stood at the counter, after mumbling "sorry only the manager can open the till". Some time later I decided to return to my seat to wait, I was quite clearly upset by this - but yet nobody made any attempt to speak to me. 5. On leaving the restaurant we were asked by the guy who enticed us in, did you enjoy your meal, my response was - "worst meal of our stay". My partner offered a similar constructive comment. His face displayed a false expression of shock, which leads me to think it must be a common occurrence. Whilst we were trying to eat our poor meals we watched as a big family party were just about to be enticed in, when the head of the party mimed to my partner, "what's it like". The response was "AVOID, IT'S SHOCKING". That felt good, the Bella Napoli is quite clearly not used to catering for people who actually like food, more for big gangs of Stags and Hens who are too drunk to realise what they are eating. Cudos to all other restaurants in Albufera, the food and atmosphere were first class, Bella Napoli I have no idea how you remain in business!!!

Some items on the menu are genuinely quite good. Others are totally average. Its a bit expensive. But not a bad experience.

I was just passing looking for whatever to eat... even this way it was not enought. The worst place EVER! MENU IS NOT REAL. ITALIAN PIZZA??? AHAHA PLEASE DONT GO... prices are crazy... you can really eat in some other place
