A family favourite This part of the Algarve is quiet and family orientated and so this bar is a perfect addition to the area, with no emphasis on heavy drinking- it is all about good social ettiquette, and everyone is friendly, respectful and welcoming. There is a good selection of freshly made food available throughout the day at a great value for money and is very filling. Every time we visited the bar was full of laughter and enjoyed by all. Thank you.

Very friendly neighbourhood type bar, well priced drinks and a good atmosphere. Plenty of live football on the TVs. Easy to strike up conversations with owners and other patrons.

Friendly staff ,relaxed atmosphere,3 televisions with sports channels ,perfect for a Saturday or Sunday and they also have a spacious beer garden plus they serve hot snacks.

Good stop for a light lunch and a drink in the beer garden attached. Prices very reasonable and cider on tap!

Really nice bar, in a good location . Used to really enjoy calling in for a chat with Rosa however we felt it slipped a bit when the kids took over regarding the "Tourists"and stopped visiting

Wonderful little bar/restaurant! Lovely owners and the food is delicious! We had the loaded nachos and fish & chips and could not be happier! Going back b4 heading home to the U.S.

Arcadia bar has changed hands but although Rosa doesn't cook the meals now the food we ate there was tasty although a smaller menu than when we previously visited. The hosts aren't overly friendly and the bar was never really busy.

Comida para Ingleses. Nada de cocina tradicional portuguesa.

We were in here a couple of times last week while in vale de parra. The food was delicious and well presented and staff very attentive. Would recommend.

sooooooo relaxing owner run and that is the secret of a successful bar Ricardo and Fatima are friendly and accommodating and they will go the extra mile to make you feel at home so yo speak , the menu is great and you must definately try the Steak roll (prego) , from what I heard Ricardo owned a butcher's in South Africa and that is the secret to a mouth watering steak roll it must be the cut of meat that he uses it is definately a regular stop for me .

Fantastic food served by wonderfully welcoming people. The food was by far the best in the area and we returned again and again.
