Super tolle sehr familiäre Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl, hat ein traumhaftes Zimmer und abends das gemeinsame Essen mit den anderen Gästen ist echt ein Highlight. Wir hatten super viel Spaß mit dem Gastgeber und den anderen Gästen

Amazing place. It was off season so we could make the booking the day before. Great buildings, nicely decorated, modern fittings. Great food and drink. Nice people.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei einem unglaublich gastfreundlichen, sehr gut Englisch sprechenden Winzer, der keine Mühen scheut, seine Gäste rundum glücklich zu machen. Der Gastgeber Miguel bekocht und bewirtet seine Gäste höchstpersönlich selbst mit vorzüglichen Weinen aus eigener Produktion. Unbedingt an dem Abendessen in gemeinsamer Runde mit allen Gästen des Hauses teilnehmen, dessen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar ist. Wir kommen wieder! Die Kulisse im Duoro-Tal ist ebenso atemberaubend.

Chegamos no fim de tarde e fomos recepcionados com vinho do Porto e como se fôssemos amigos. Um quarto histórico, limpo, muito bem decorado. À noite ficamos pra jantar com mais três canadendes, rimos muito, trocamos conhecimentos... A proposta de fazer refeições numa mesa com outros hóspedes é uma experiência maravilhosa, café da manhã ótimo e atendimento familiar. Quem faz o caminho do Rio Douro super indico a pousada.

Muito bem recebidos, ambiente acolhedor e familiar (o pormenor das refeições serem para todos à mesma hora e na mesma mesa na sala de jantar faz-nos sentir em familia). Limpeza, quartos enormes, boa comida. A D. Maria da Luz, Andrea e Miguel são uma simpatia.

Ficámos alojados por 2 noites nesta casa.
Fica no topo de um monte, pelo que goza de uma vista enorme sobre o Douro e os vales circundantes bem como, obviamente, das vinhas.
Fomos recebidos de forma muito simpática pela D. Luz e sua família. O pequeno almoço com produtos locais era muito completo e saboroso.
Na primeira noite, tivemos a opção de participar num evento organizado na Casa Cimeira, uma noite de fados. 30€ por pessoa.
(Para reservar, sugerimos que telefonem para lá e perguntem por atividades que tenham nesses dias. Poupam também dinheiro que iria para o Booking)
As instalações em si eram muito acolhedoras, com muito bom gosto. As almofadas eram ligeiramente duras, mas de resto tudo a roçar a perfeição.
Em relação à localização, fica mesmo muito perto do Pinhão, ligeiramente mais afastado do Peso da Régua.
Aconselhamos a visita pela altura do Verao-Primavera, ainda que a nossa visita no Inverno tenha sido excelente, muito mais calma que nessas alturas.

Absolutely phenomenal! It was a stunning home with unbelievable hospitality! Miguel and his mother and father are wonderul people! I would recommend this place to anybody travelling to wine country in the Duoro Valley.

Beautiful! Warm welcome to the hotel by the owner/hosts. All staff members were very friendly. The room was good and clean. The Casa Cimeira offers an amazing view over the Douro Valley. There is a pool to enjoy the warm weather. Generous and good dinner and breakfast where you get to meet the other guests. We had a really good time. I'd definitely recommend if you are looking for a great place to stay close to Pinhao.

非常棒的住宿點，遠離遊客，老闆人很好，家族經營，歷史旅館有文化，住宿70歐，要晚餐另加20歐，入房時會先送杯紅酒喝，晚餐有三種可品嘗，早餐也不錯。路小，有自己停車場，需按旅館指標進入，按照導航會卡在小路。

Eine absolut herzliche und großzügige Gastgeberfamilie empfängt in ihrem Hotel. Der Blick aus dem Bergdorf über das Dourotal ist einmalig. Abends wird für alle Gäste gekocht. Man sitzt um einen großen Tisch und lässt sich hervorragend bedienen. Die Gespräche mit den Gästen aus aller Welt sind unbezahlbar.
Der Wein, insbesondere der Portwein wird großzügig angeboten. Für ein bis zwei Nächte eine hervorragende Unterkunft.

A perfect place to explore the Douro river region. Beautiful views from lovely old rooms of a village farmhouse/vineyard; breakfast excellent, dinner with other guests from around the world fascinating and fun - and food excellent - with host Miguel providing delicious wines and port to smooth things along. Amazing stay. The property itself is beautiful and the room was so comfortable and clean. Shower had great water pressure!! Went for a short run around the area and the views literally a few steps away are breathtaking. The food was delicious - like others have said, a private dinner party with plenty wine flowing and the chance to meet some interesting people across the world. Breakfast was also great and plentiful. Miguel was a superstar - always running around, always doing something but always willing to stop and help and provide winery suggestions if needed :) give the cats near this property a cuddle for me, too, they were absolute sweethearts!

Desde à 4 anos que o meu grupo de amigos reservamos este local para pernoitar a noite anterior ao Granfondo do Douro, e como todos os anos a saida deixamos reserva para o ano seguinte, este ano o (in)responsável pelo empreendimento decidiu ignorar a reserva efectuada com um ano de antecedência e confirmada hà algun tempo a traz, pois segundo o proprio, teve pedido de reserva de outro grupo e como era para mais noites simplesmente ignorou a nossa reserva, embora o espaço seja agradável, o caracter de quem o gere não vale absolutamente nada, alguém que não se importa de provocar uma situação destas mesmo sabendo que pode ter impacto negativo, va-se lá saber que mais poderá fazer sem se importar....

Situata in cima (da cui deriva il nome cimera) al piccolo paesino di Valenca do Douro si trova questo albergo, un vero gioiello con vista sul fiume Douro e sui vitigni. La famiglia che lo gestisce si è dimostrata molto gentile e nonostante non prendessero prenotazioni per il giorno dopo capodanno ci hanno comunque accolto preparando per noi una cena deliziosa e abbondante. Colazione perfetta con torte fatte in casa. Ideale per chi ama la pace e la tranquillità, non per chi cerca momenti di particolare svago (nel paesino non c'è niente). È possibile acquistare vino e olio prodotti nella loro azienda o fare degustazioni nelle cantine che si trovano a pochi metri dalla casa. Veramente un posto stupendo che durante il periodo estivo si riempie di turisti provenienti da ogni parte del mondo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa!

A pousada é dirigida pessoalmente pela proprietária (Maria da Luz), que além muito simpática e acolhedora é uma super cozinheira.
Todos os alimentos são preparados por ela,
desde um Lauro café da manhã, até o almoço e jantar.
Tudo muito bem preparado e muito bom.
O local não tem muitos atrativos, mas a região é fantástica, muito rica em história e paisagens.
Ia me esquecendo, produz o próprio vinho, que leva o nome da casa e é de qualidade superior.
O seu énólogo é também seu irmão; o simpático Agostinho, que é uma grande personalidade

Une sympathique famille de vignerons pilote cette belle maison aux multiples chambres et suites (bi-chambres). La suite du 2eme étage (2 chambres+petit salon) a une vue splendide sur les vignes et le Douro.
Cimeira propose un repas du soir souvent sur une belle longue table où 5 à 7 nations fraternisent en anglais. Bonne cuisine., entrée, plat, dessert tous faits maison et vins à volonté compris, le vigneron devient cuisinier le soir et c'est bon.
Un salon est assez vaste pour recevoir 15 à 20 personnes qui boivent l'apero du soir offert par la maison.
Et la piscine est bien entretenue.
Défaut et qualité, Casa Cimeira est très haut dans les vignes, c'est au bout d'une route qui serpente. En voiture, en moto ou en taxi (oui pour 15€), y rester au moins 2 nuits.

Voilà 3 MOIS que nous avions fait notre réservation 24 h avant de nous y rendre l'hôte nous a fais l annulation par ces propre soins
Motif 2X nuit de réserver pas assez en l'appelant il ni pourtant booking nous confirme que rien n'est encore annuler
Malhonnête et peu commerçant le pire c'est qu'en appelant à sont domaine une demoiselle nous confirme bien notre réservation que tout est en ordre
Il ne suffit pas d'avoir une note il faut la conserver et ne pas oublier que les client vous permette de vivre de votre ( passion )
Conclusion je n'apprécie pas cette manière de faire et du mensonge

Occasionally...very occasionally, you happen onto a place that you know is going to cost twice what you paid if you go back. Why? The original stone rooms are Uber comfortable. The host, Miguel and his family invite you into their home with such generosity and graciousness that you instantly know you will be cared for... And you are. The little town has the most magnificent view from the cafe that we can't believe there are not bus loads of tourists there.? Just locals. The amazing local tennis court is next to the cheapest bar in Porto....not much on ambience but the view is a killer one. Enjoy if you are lucky enough to get in.

De très belles chambres dans une demeure bourgeoise.
Un repas du soir copieux et soigneusement préparé par la maîtresse de maison avec vin et Porto.
C'est la même chose pour le petit déjeuner : délicieux et très copieux et varié.
Vraiment une étape très agréable si vous passez dans la vallée du Douro.

Beautiful location with well kept and inviting grounds. There is a pleasant pool area surrounded by grape vines, orange trees, flowers and great vistas.
The rooms are cleverly fit into an old mannor house with modern bathrooms and large beds.
Dinner and breakfast are amazing home cooked feasts. Breakfast is accompanied by home baked bread and local meats and cheeses. Dinner is a three course, home cooked meal with local ingredients. The hosts can prepare fish or vegetarian options if you ask in advance. Expect lots of meat!
The hosts are friendly and most comfortable speaking Portuguese, Spanish and French though can happily converse in English.

Local familiar no coração do Douro, bom vinho da propriedade e Porto. Jantar em mesa comum permite conhecer os hóspedes em geral vindos de diferentes países, ambiente extremamente agradável sem os formalismos dos hoteis. Zona da piscina perfeita para ouvir os pássaros e degustar um branco fresquinho! Uma excelente base para conhecer a região

Very nice and friendly people run this hotel/B&B, in this lovely area.
The rooms are very clean and so is the bathroom. If you want, they also serve dinner, which you can enjoy together with all the other people staying at this place.
They even produce their own wine, which is really nice.
