Esta muy bien situado, las instalaciones limpias, los colchones muy comodos, cuando llegamos teniamos la calefaccion puesta se agradece mucho tener la habitación calentita, el personal agradable. El desayuno, la bolleria muy rica, habia fruta, infusiones, cafe, pan, mermeladas, revuelto de huevo, salchichas, algo de fiambre, el zumo de naranja no era natural, quitando esto en general estaba bien!

Dentro de todo lo que es Fátima, un hotel con camas muy cómodas y confortables, muy limpio y espaciosa la habitación.
Personal un poco serio y sin sonrisa, como si no les agradara su trabajo, pero muy respetuosos.
Desayuno buffet amplio y variado.
Junto al Santuario.

Um bom pequeno almoço.
De facto, o estacionamento é pequeno, mas das vezes que fiquei hospedada, não tive problemas com isso.

Bom hotel para quem tem de se deslocar a Fátima, fica perto do Santuário evitando por isso grandes deslocações a pé. Os funcionários são afáveis e bons profissionais. O pequeno almoço é bom. Os preços são moderados. Se tem de se deslocar aqui esta unidade hoteleira é uma boa opção.

Para um hotel de 4 estrelas apresenta algumas falhas: TV de pequenas dimensões, sem sabonetes, apenas sabonete líquido e para mim a falha pior, que foi a má experiência que tive com o pequeno almoço; foi necessário chamar a atenção dos funcionários pois havia vários alimentos que não estavam a ser repostos encontrando-se os recipientes vazios.

The hotel is modern and well equipped. It is close to bars, shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast and a bar and restaurant are great also. I had an issue whilst in Madrid and the staff assisted me in a positive way. The room was modern and renovated.

tappa del tour a Fatima, abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo. sicuramente un bell'albergo e ben organizzato, a pochi metri dal santuario di Fatima. Stanza in ottime condizioni e di discrete dimensioni. Bagno con doccia sulla vasca molto piccola, ma in compenso con il bidet. Altri ospiti del gruppo hanno detto che avevano camera piccola bagno nuovisimo con doccia e doccetta ma senza bidet.

Classico hotel dei luoghi di pellegrinaggio. Mi sarei aspettata di più per un quattro stelle. Cena fissa senza possibilità di scelta. Colazione appena sufficiente. Camera ampia e letto comodo.

Best hotel I've ever been to. The staff are amazing and kind. The room I stayed in (214) was nicely equipped with 2 3/4 beds and there was also a cooler and safe which worked brilliantly. As far as the food goes, I got set meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall if you are going to to take a pilgrimage to Fatima (and surrounding places like Nazare, Lisbon) I would suggest this hotel to you.

성당 바로 옆에 위치하며 호텔 건물에 무료주차할 수 있어 편했다. 주차공간은 3~4대정도로 작으나 겨울이라 내 차만 주차되어 있었다. 그러나 겨울 비수기라 그런지 숙소 방문객이 우리만 있는 듯 아침 조식은 너무 부실했다. 겨울에 방문예정이라면 조식은 신청하지 않는게 나을듯 하다.

Das Hotel ist seh gut direkt gegenüber der Kathedrale gelegen. Das Frühstück bietet für jedes Herz etwas und die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm. Servicepersonal freundlich - nichts auszusetzen.

Espaço renovado e com boas condições. Os quartos são climatizados e espaçosos. O grande problema é o estacionamento muito pequeno o que obriga a deixar o carro no exterior a pagar estacionamento. Mas não deixa de ser uma boa opção.

飯店的外觀很別緻，是一間很新的飯店，同時又很靠近教堂。
飯店服務人員很熱心。
房間不大，但是很乾淨。
飯店餐廳提供的晚餐也很好吃，早餐選擇比較少。
不過整體我覺得很值得推薦。

The only advantage of this hotel is to be across the street from Fatima sanctuary. It is really a 3 star hotel. In-house services are limited. Our room was tiny and only window faced an alley. Bathroom has some grout-tiles with mildew and offers no complementary toiletries. Shower gel doubles as shampoo-soap....first night was hot as no ac was available due to their change of season...for 2nd night we complained, and ac was turned on. Staff is competent but serious, not a smile or whiff of friendliness...we booked it thru Expedia but upon arrival found the in-house rate to be half......not funny Expedia..not funny....and yes I expec you to publish my comment.

Hotel is 10 minute taxi ride from Bus station. Large lobby and dining room. Across the street from Fatima Shrine. Had to walk a bit to find restaurants in the area (lots of hotels, but few open restaurants in the area - we visited in October). Breakfast was good but many tables were reserved for tour groups and it was unclear where you could sit (we were rudely chased away from unreserved tables by non-English speaking restaurant staff even though the restaurant was mostly empty). Note: I gave the hotel a 2 star rating for the restaurant staff, the front desk people deserve a 5 star rating - but of course the bad experience is what made the biggest impression.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay for 6 nights. All the staff were courteous and friendly. And the rooms were clean all the time. Just across the Sanctuary of our Lady of Fatima. And very close to all restaurants and souvenir shops.Also, the most well lit hotel in the area at night. And a very convenient ATM machine at the entrance of the hotel.

No puedo valorar el Regina. A mi llegada me informaron que por alguna causa me tendría que alojar en el Hotel Estrela de Fatima. Es un Hotel de la misma Cadena y posiblemente de la misma categoría, pero mucho más Antiguo. El Regina esta recientemente restaurado. Deben controlar si esto ocurre con frecuencia, pues podría ser que esta Cadena de Hoteles (Fatima Hotels Group) estuviera utilizando el Regina como escaparate para luego alojar a los Clientes en los otros Hoteles más antiguos y peor conservados.Nada que decir del personal y servicio. Solo Salones, decoración, mobiliario, etc. Mucho peor que lo que pude apreciar en el Regina. ¿Son del mismo precio?.

Posto vicinissimo ai luoghi sacri di Fatima. Unica pecca il servizio ristorazione che per essere super veloce, dimenticano delle piccole richieste dei clienti...tipo mancanza di bicchieri o posate.../Lugar muy cerca de los lugares sacros Fátima. El servicio de restauración muy veloz, falta de pequeñas preguntas, cómo olvidándose de los vasos o de la cubertería...

Everything is up to or better than expectation and the stay is enjoyable. The buffet breakfast is good. The rooms are comfortable and nice with a window facing the Shrine and a good view of everything we wanted to see.

The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaria de Fatima and the nearby stations of the cross - the location of the shepherd childrens herding, play and prayer areas. The hotel is directly across the road from the sanctuary - I hadnt realised that from the web info. Check-in went smoothly and the receptionist was very helpful. The room was a delight - nicely furnished, comfy and clean. The only problem was the noise of the air conditioner and that is a personal preference (ie. I dont like them on when sleeping or trying to). There is a very generous guest area with very comfortable armchairs and a bar. A good selection of breakfast items was provided and food was fresh and plentiful. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant with three courses and a selection of three items in every course and very reasonably priced.

This hotel is not super fancy, but the accommodations were comfortable and sufficient. It is right across the street from the Church of the Most Holy Trinity. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had about getting around the area, bus schedules, and mass times. I felt at ease asking them questions. I highly recommend this hotel and when I visit Fatima again I will stay here again!

Hotel is OKAY! Housekeeping does not do much. Breakfast has no refills so you better be there when they start serving at 7:30. If they dont keep up, hotel is going downhill - two star maybe!
