Excelente atendimento,localização, ambiente, decoração. O pequeno-almoço é bastante diversificado. Produtos de higiene da marca rituals que por coincidência é a minha marca preferida. O único ponto negativo (que não me faz descer a pontuação) é não ser bem isolado, acordei com o vizinho do lado a tagarelar às 7h.

Chambre rénové récemment, chambre confortable mais, peut-être, un peu petite. Très bonne situation pour visiter la ville, le rooftop est fantastique avec une vue sur la vieille et le château. Personnel accueillant.

Agradável. Pessoas educadas. O hotel fica próximo da parte cultural. Muito se pode fazer a pé. O tuktuk pode lhe devolver ao hotel rapidamente se for ao Castelo dos Templários.

Espaço moderno e acolhedor, localização óptima, junto ao centro histórico da cidade, e óptimo atendimento.
É óbvia a preocupação com questões ambientais: servem água purificada em garragas reutilizáveis e a compota do buffet do pequeno almoço é servida em frascos de vidro, e não em embalagens de plástico. Parabéns por isso, e espero que encontrem soluções para um dia acabar de vez com a utilização de plástico na Hotelaria.

Très bel hôtel, très propre. Les chambres sont au top. Le personnel très à lécoute et serviable. Le petit déjeuner très varié et en quantité !!! Nous sommes ravis de cet établissement !!

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautifully remodeled and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and highly recommend adding it on for 7.5 euro. Also really appreciated their willingness to be flexible on our stay due to some cancelled flights.

우연히 들른 호텔이었고, 스탠다드룸과 스위트룸의 가격 차이가 별로 안나서 스위트룸에 묵었는데 아주 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 별 3개 호텔이지만 제 생각에는 왠만한 5성급만큼 좋은 것 같아요.
복층으로 이어지는 계단도 너무 이쁘고 윗층에 있는 편안한 침대와 욕조는 아주 훌륭했습니다.
호텔 직원도 너무 친절했구요, 손님을 위해 리셉션에 구비해 놓은 에그타르트와 포트와인 덕에 더더욱 행복했습니다.
포트와인 한잔 마시고 걷는 토마르의 밤거리가 기억에 남네요.

Wonderful new hotel. Very comfy beds & pillows. Nice shower. I appreciated the good selection of fresh fruit for breakfast, but they had everything- cereals, eggs, yogurt, pastries, etc. And the gals do a great job of restocking everything when it’s busy. WiFi good too. And Everyone is very nice! We’d love to return!

Estava tudo muito bom. Um espaço recente com uma decoração enquadrada com a cidade e a sua história. Muito asseado, quartos confortáveis, pequeno almoço com muita escolha e de qualidade. Uma boa vista sobre o rio e o castelo.

Hotel di design, molto bello e funzionale.
Parcheggio non privato, di fianco c'è un parcheggio pubblico. Hanno anche il loro parcheggio, mq non è vicinissimo.
Siamo andati in bassa stagione, prezzi davvero competitivi per qua to offrono.
In reception c'era un vassoio fisso di dolci Nata e una bottiglia di Porto con bicchieri, presumo come gesto di ospitalità e benvenuto.
Ottima colazione.
Ovviamente eravamo qui per visitare il convento templare, un gioiello.
Molti ristoranti in zona, e vicinissimo al centro, tra l'altro una cittadina molto piccola e abbastanza insignificante.

O hotel é muito bonito e confortável, o pequeno almoço é divinal, mas quando reservei o quarto dizia que o mesmo era insonorizado. Porém ouviu-se imenso barulho vindo dos outros quartos.

Desaconselho. Equipe intransigente, preço caro com custo-benefício elevado dentre outras opcoes de Thomar. Foi uma péssima experiencia para mim contratar os serviços desse estabelecimento.

This is a very nice location in Evora and we enjoyed our time there. The front desk was extremely helpful to us and very professional. And there was alwaya small nata (custard tart) and some lemon water when we'd walk in from the street.However, I didn't fancy the theme in our room. Perfectly clean but kind of weirdly put together. They have four themes. I guss we weren't feeling kinky enough for the Roman.

Check in and everything is going well, and when we just get in our room, my mom found two ants welcoming us on her beds, as its not many and i thought its just occasional, so we settled down. However, the next morning i found out there were many ants get into our luggauges, and there was a road of ants along the wall from the ceiling, then i told the staff, he just answered me that he will tell her colleague and thats all.....

Excellent service, elegant and lot of space rooms. Comfortable stay. The city compare to Lisbon or Setúbal is much cleaner without those “dog’s dynamites”. A little Prague just with better foods and more relaxing environment. Thanx to God, we have a Portugal yet in Europe with all of those true European values which you can not say about Germany or Eastern Europe.

This is a perfectly situated hotel in the center of the city with lots of parking available . The entire hotel is beautifully designed and complimented by sweet and well trained personnel. Beautiful large rooms and a very fresh and quickly replenished breakfast buffet. We went at the worst of times with the torrential rains affections the whole area, but what an oasis this hotel was! Greatly recommended.

Great location. Carpark just infront of hotel but might have to wait for a lot. Front desk very friendly and gave great advice when we asked for dinner recommendations. Room nicely decorated, big bathroom. Room was quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent spread

Staff suggestions always good and help with taxis much appreciated. Breakfast had extensive choices and very tasty. 2nd floor terrace was beautiful even though rain kept us from anything other than a look at the castle.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and room was clean and updated. I had a problem navigating the stairway from the bed to the bathroom, but they accommodated me by making up the sofa bed. I think the stairs could benefit from a proper handrail on the wall. But we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tomar.

Un bel hotel in ottima posizione ben arredato. Le stanze pur belle e curate sembrano però poco insonorizzate tra l’una e l’altra tanto che si sentivano nitide le voci degli ospiti vicini. Bella la terrazza con il bar, ma almeno il giorno in cui sono stato, era veramente troppo calda. La colazione pur curata, non era particolarmente abbondante nella scelta tenuto conto della classificazione dell’albergo. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia, tuttavia all’arrivo abbiamo fatto notare una macchia sporca nel pavimento vicino alla (scenografica) vasca da bagno in stanza, chiedendo che venisse eliminata, cosa che non è stata fatta.

Modern decor without being contride. Very comfortable and immaculate.
The room is well appointed and the bathroom is GREAT!
The hotel has roof top bar that overlook the old town. You can enjoythr view of the Convento de Cristo while sipping your drinks.
The Bf buffet had a lot of choices and was delicious.
Tomar is a small town so everything is near the hotel.
Very good place to stay.

Hotel em pleno centro de Tomar que conjuga de forma certeira a traça antiga exterior com as exigências esperadas nos dias de hoje. O quarto, espaçoso, moderno e luminoso, tinha uma cama bastante confortável e todas as comodidades necessárias a uma boa estadia.
Vale bastante a pena fazer a reserva com pequeno-almoço! É de óptima qualidade e muito variado.
Staff super atencioso e prestável.
Só fiquei desiludido com a indisponibilidade das bicicletas gratuitas e com a vista pouco interessante do quarto.

Tomar is a pretty town to begin with, and this hotel is a sparkling gem of a place in the heart of that pretty town. Right next to the river, the hotel has amazing views and is convenient to everything. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the welcome port wine and custard pastries she kept shoving at me were very much appreciated after a stressful day.The condition of the hotel is perfect, with large and modern bathrooms. Everything looks brand new, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and can make any type of eater happy.I wish we had more time to stay in Tomar just so we can stay at this hotel more!

Estacionamento grátis à porta e 2 parques grátis a 2 minutos a pé. Simplesmente fabuloso! Desde a decoração ao staff passando pela localização central e de excelência. Quartos com temáticas ligadas à história da cidade e das diferentes épocas com vistas fabulosas sobre a cidade, rio Nabão, castelo templário e convento de Cristo. Roof top fantástico para um final de tarde inesquecível a observar o pôr do sol sobre castelo templário. Vale mesmo a pena visitar!
