Leider hat der Innenarchitekt dem Ort wenig Empathie entgegen gebracht. Lieblose Beleuchtung im Speisesaal, öde Bar und eher Stadthotel Atmosphäre statt Poussada.

Restauration nulle.Accueil limite.Parking inexistant. Chambre moyenne.Écran de TV minuscule.Un conseil :PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN et surtout allez voir ailleurs .Un seul point positif tout de même :la literie OUF.

A decoracao está precisada de ser revista, a proliferação de vasos e vasinhos é incompreensivel num ambiente que se pretende com algum requinte! Faz falta a existencia de uma sala de estar e de leitura com lareira e sofás cómodos. Esperávamos um ambiente mais acolhedor e confortavel.

Brilliant hotel set at the top of a hill next to a medieval castle. Staff are extremely friendly and polite...food is fantastic!

Quando aí estive hospedado o serviço foi mau porque quando eu e mais 5 amigos chegamos a pousada e pedimos algo para comer, esperamos 45 minutos por 5 tostas mistas e a noite quando regressei a pousada e pedi a chave do meu quarto, o recepcionista disse me que não tinha nenhuma reserva com o meu nome, tinha feito check In a meio da tarde e isto não acho admissível

Local muito agradável, com muito bom serviço instalações razoáveis que nos permitem passar de forma confortável uma ou duas noites.

Falta de higiene... Uma das piores coisas que nos pode acontecer nestas situações. Os quartos cheiro a pessoa e a casa de banho enfim... Prefiro não me pronunciar.

Ourem is a quaint mid-evil village on a mountain top with stunning views. The hotel was adequate. The free breakfast was very good. We ate our dinner in the village to get a quaint experience.

Die Pousada ist etwas schwer zu finden, aber die Suche lohnt sich. Ein wunderschönes, kleines, toll renoviertes Hotel mit Charme und einem einzigartigen Ambiente. Ein Anwesen, in dem man sich einfach wohl fühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, absolut ruhig mit einem modernen und sauberen Bad. Die Aufenthaltsräume sehr gediegen und edel ausgestattet. Wir haben im Restaurant das Abendessen eingenommen; es gab ein vorzügliches dreigängiges Menü zu einem wirklich akzeptablen Preis. Sehr zu empfehlen ! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein Garten mit einem Pool mit einem wunderbaren Blick über die herrliche Landschaft. Dieser Pool befindet sich in einem Nebengebäude. Leider konnten wir ihn aufgrund des kühlen Wetters nicht nutzen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer traumhaften Pousada !!!

hilltop location is hard to beat. insist on superior room with the view of the valley, or you might be greatly disappointed. rooms are quite dated, but clean and fairly spacious. access to the property with car bigger that VW Golf could be limited.

Super Hotel. Personal sehr nett und bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausgewogen. Zimmer bequem und angenehm ausgestattet. Parkplätze für Pkw sind vorhanden. Von hier aus kann man die Templerburgen in der Umgegend mit geringen Aufwand an einem Tag besuchen. Fatima die grosse Kathedrale liegt da auf dem Weg. Alles in allem es lohnt sich.

als wie mit Karte bezahlen wollten, hat das Lesegerät nicht funktioniert. Sie haben keine Überweisung akzeptiert. Um das Hotel ist kein Geldautomat. Wenn wir nicht die Summe bar gehabt hätten, weiß ich nicht, wie wir es gelöst hätten!

Herzlicher Empfang, grandiose Aussicht auf Ourem. Die Zimmer sind klein , die Betten für große Menschen ebenso. Das Bad ist ok, außer das die Dusche fast kein Wasser mehr durchlässt. Das Frühstück ist ok, es gibt immer frisches Obst, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat

Das Zimmer war ok und auch der Service war gut. Habe aber schon besser gegessen und vor allem was eine sehr laute Gruppe ebenfalls dort und das hät sehr gestört.Ausserordendlich schöne Lage und viel Charm gemacht.

Der Ort ist traumhaft und pittoresk, abends trotz Nebensaison durch Einheimische immer noch belebt. Die Pousada, das alte Hospital, ist ebenfalls ein schönes, historisch interessantes Gebäude. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, jedoch wirkt es unbeholfen und überfordert. Das Gebäude ist verwinkelt und aufgeteilt, Lage des Pools und der Bar sowie Restaurant mussten wir uns erfragen. Die Frühstücksterrasse war verschlossen und da eine Staffelei mit Bild vor der Türe stand, sollte sie wohl auch nicht genutzt werden. Alles in allem wirkte die Pousada mit all ihren tollen Räumlichkeiten nicht wirklich einladend, was ziemlich schade ist.

A difficult dangerous uphill drive. The pousada's facade is amazing and in the background you have a most impressive castle. The view from the hilltop is magnificent.
The hotel is carved into the old rocks and some of them are exposed in the lobby. Our room was big with not so modern appeal. The refrigerator and the safe deposit did not work. Bathrooms are large but lack surfaces to put your stuff. There is a vynil curtain in the tub - not very sanitary. There is a dinner restaurant but it's expensive.
The whole atmosphere is a medieval heavy solemn one. Not a cheerful place. The TV is as antiquated as the hotel. The hotel needs upgrades and improvements.

It is in a quiet place surrounded by the castle wall up in the hill. It is not considered a cheap accommodation, comfortable but needs some renovation, you have to carry your own luggage up some stairs until you can reach the elevator, so reconsider which heavy luggage you take.

Increíble pousada, mucha historia, se respira tradición por todos lados.
El personal muy amable y encantador. Situado en la parte alta del pueblo junto al castillo y en medio de una colina que permite divisar todo el entorno en 360°
Se hace necesaria una reforma y actualización del mobiliario
El desayuno es algo caótico y escaso, quizá fue debido a que estaba con un alto nivel de ocupación pero no se justifica. Necesita mejorar este aspecto

I have been to old town Ourem last year and decided to return to this Pousada. This is the perfect getaway if you can find your way around the narrow streets and obtain one of the 13 parking spaces near hotel. Hotel has everything except accurate wake up calls.

A fantastic place. We should have stayed 2 days! (Except the next pousada was just as good).
As you ascend the mountain, following the gps, you're thinking, 'Is this it?' You come to the village and feel like you have to stop at the church because the streets are so narrow but no, you continue on right to the front door.
Fantastic views, excellent service. The pool has an amazing view; save some time for it (my biggest regret)! The breakfast is so so good.
For dinner we walked down the street to a cute little place on the corner run by two old people who made us excellent food we know was fresh because I helped carry it in!
There's a castle ruin right behind the pousada, on the top of the mountain, that's really fun to walk around on. Those were some clever folks who designed that fortification.
Highly recommended!

Ourem is a great place to stay if you are visiting Tomar & Fatima.The hotel is located near the Castelo, lovely views and ambience.Rooms were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast very good. We found dinner to be overpriced, although there is a set menu which may be good value.

The staff was very attentive and courteous. We ate at the restaurant of this Pousade the 2 nights we were there and those meals were outstanding. Breakfasts were delicious as well with lots of local specialties and many choices.

A Pousada Conde de Ourém encontra-se inserida no burgo medieval amuralhado de Ourém, situado numa colina majestosa, tornando o amuralhado um autêntico miradouro. As vistas são lindas.
As ruas são estreitas e curvas apertadas para chegar até à Pousada, mas o esforço vale a pena, cada pedra tem uma história para contar e cada uma testemunhou uma luta pela reconquista de Portugal.
O Restaurante é fenomenal, com pratos regionais e nacionais.

The Pousada de Ourem is one of Portugals many gems. The setting in a small, charming mountain village with a magnificent Moorish castle is simply unforgettable. The pousada itself is both comfortable and interesting. The young staff is helpful, welcoming and full of enthusiasm. We thoroughly enjoyed our well-prepared evening meals and plentiful breakfasts. We will recommend this pousada warmly.

Wie anscheinend üblich bei den Pousadas sehen die Häuser von aussen wunderbar aus, die Gemeinschaftsräume sind auch sehr stilvoll und schön. die Zimmer etwas weniger, und die Badezimmer benötigen eine dringende Ueberholung.....Leider war der Service beim Dinner sehr schlecht und auch das Essen war im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Pousadas eher mittelmässig, wir mussten ewig warten. Würde nicht mehr hier essen. Die Reception war sehr freundlich.

Pas à la hauteur dune poussada.Nous avion connu mieux.Personnel distant,voire inexistant.En plus,nous étions logés dans une annexe.Laccès en voiture reste difficile.

Un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel, un confort et un cadre extraordinaires, un accueil et un service de très haut niveau. Seule la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant (midi/soir) est décevante par rapport au reste (bien que correcte, mais pas à la hauteur du reste).
