Очень понравилось уединение виллы, территория и вид на виноградники. В номере уютно и продуманно, есть кондиционер на случай если замерзнете. На вилле много домиков и отдельных квартир, обязательно посмотрите все! Отличный большой, вкусный завтрак с фруктами, джемами, и закусками, отдельное спасибо за паштеиш де ната, самые вкусные пирожные Португалии! Апельсиновый смузи это шедевр! И особенно ценно отношение хозяина Антонио. Очень приятно когда тебя встречает лично владелец, но мне повезло, что у меня был переводчик рядом, и я смогла не только насладится видами и гостеприимством, но и познакомится с историей семьи, виллы. А ещё я забыла там дорогую мне вещь, и он заботливо отправил её нам по почте. Спасибо!

What a wonderful stay we had! The owner was extremely gracious and friendly, the view was stunning and the accommodations were lovely and quaint. We will be returning again!

It’s a windy mountain road (and not the easiest to find at night) but absolutely worth the drive from Vila Real or the Douro River. Beautifully curated estate packed with family history and owners who clearly put all their love into creating a haven. Cannot recommend enough — check out the little treat programs they offer, including participating in traditional harvest activities, horseback riding in the vineyards, horse drawn or Cadillac tours of the Douro.... they’ve thought of everything. And do take a few minutes (or a lot of minutes!) to talk to António about the estate and family history, and how they came to be there. There’s the wine (5 stars), the food (5 stars), the rooms (10 stars!) but what this place has the most is soul.

הגענו למקום על דרך במקרה ופשוט הוקסמנו המקום חדש לחלוטין, נמצא כחלק מהאחוזה המשפחתית והיקב. חדרים גדולים ונקיים מאוד הצופים לכרמים, יחס חם מצד הבעלים שדאג לכל מחסורינו. ארוחת בוקר עשירה. ארוחת הערב שבישלה עבורנו אישתו של הבעלים היתה מעולה פשוט נפלא, מומלץ בחום!

Let me start my review by saying that Duoro Valley is amazing and beautiful. A must spot to visit while being in Portugal. Now about the hotel, its located in a very nice spot with great views, very relaxing and comfy. Close to key regions Peso da Regua & Pinhão. But a fair Customer Service was none existent when a situation came up, this needs to improve. Management needs to understand that Customer Service is key!!! Also, wifi is not that great and its sometimes shut down for no reason. Apart from these, we had a good time at the hotel and Antonio is a nice host.

Beautiful cottage in wonderful location. Surrounded by vineyards on a lovely property this would be a great base for a longer stay in the Douro. We had dinner in house which was a great meal, with good wine and lovely personal service. Lovely friendly host.

A vista é mesmo maravilhosa de todos os sítios. Têm ótimos trilhos para quem gosta de passear pelas vinhas, mas a zona da piscina tem uma magnífica vista das colinas. O staff é impecável, voltamos de certeza!

Eu moro a 200metro da quinta falo com conhecimento do local ,o bom local para passar umas férias com muita tranquilidade

Great decoration. Great views. Great breakfast. To improve: I had cold water for 2 days, no hot water. More information about bus routes and timmings. By taxi from here to Vila Real the price is arround 40euros.

Quinta da Pousada is not only beautiful, it gives you a sense of the deep roots of the Douro Valley culture. Five generations of the family have lived and worked there, and they make you feel like you are a family member. The farm to table is right outside the door and the port wine is aging right by the dining room. The location, decor and hospitality are top notch. A really special stay.

Wonderful stay at an incredibly romantic location. Antonio takes an incredibly large amount of pride in providing a great experience, particularly with the port tasting where his family’s tradition goes back generations.

The best experience ever in a Pousada , great staff food and accommodation and at last the 1959 Porto was awesome !! Hope I can make it back one day !!

Fantastic setting with terrific views across the valley, this is a great property with lovely rooms and shared spaces. Marvelous breakfast and the homemade yogart was devine. Antonio and his his son Antonio Jr were perfect hosts.

Wir hatten die Superior-Suite mit Blick auf den Weinberg gebucht. Als wir in der Quinta eintrafen stelle sich heraus, dass es sich um eine Art Keller handelt, in dem früher der Wein gestampft wurde. Es gibt zwei kleine,Fenster mit Blick in den Innenhof bzw. den Garten. Der muffige Geruch wird von Duftölen nur mäßig überdeckt. Das Bad ist wie beschrieben neu gemacht.Wir konnten in ein kleines Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool wechseln. Der ca. 30prozentige Preisunterschied wurde uns nicht erstattet obwohl das teurere Zimmer neu vermietet wurde. Unser Vorschlag die Differenz zumindest zum Teil gegen die Gebühren für das überteuerte Weine-Tasting oder Abendessen zu kompensieren, wurde strikt abgelehnt Wir erhielten die mündliche Zusage auf unserer nächsten Reise eine Nacht kostenlos zu übernachten. Wir haben leider keine Reise ins Douro Tal geplant.Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind nett gestaltet.

Liked where the property is located. Nice pool. Our bedroom was tiny. The owner were very nice but a bit too over keen to sell his produce, no ability to pay with credit cards - and no invoice receipt for the cash payment!

Quinta da Pousada was beautiful. The room over looking the lanai was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was modern and spacious.

Staying here is truly a lovely experience. The property is set in a peaceful little valley amongst vineyards. Every room has a lovely outlook, is large, airy and very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring the Duoro. Had difficulty finding it with navigation system and had to stop several times to ask for help. The address is actually the N2. There is not a lot in the way of restaurants for dinner nearby so guests all seemed to eat at the hotel. The special meal is several courses and expensive so the second night we opted for a light meal which was actually more enjoyable. Antonia and his wife, are warm, relaxed and lovely hosts and I thank them for posting on some clothes I inadvertently left behind in the wardrobe when we checked out a little earlier so they could have the room. We wish Tiago the very best.

Carlos was very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful Pousada in every way. Delicious dinner. Will definitely recommend to our friends.
