Incredibly rude staff! We have never been so insulted in our lives by hotel staff, Ana, Daniella and especially by owner Pedro. We left the next morning, we weren't going to stay on another night! The place itself was stunning, but the rooms and bathrooms were tired and in need of repair. There was no milk or sugar ands no black tea, only herbal. Check in was disorganised, there was nobody to greet us and we had to make phone calls to get the chef to check us in. We had called 40min before to say we were close by! We also have no hot water and heating did not work, there was very little firewood and no fire-starters or kindling so we were very cold, it was raining and freezing! We had tried go book for dinner, but this didn't go well at all. So we arrived and the chef Nuno was leaving and not prepared to stay for us. We had to then request that they assist us in finding somewhere else, as its a very remote place. This was also not easy and seemed to cause them allot of frustration to have to help us. Wont be back! We do not recommend

A beautiful place to stay in bedrooms etc all lovely but the Staff Dreadful unfriendly and no help no one to check us in no food restaurant closed yet had a booking even emailed our choice of their menu

Leva mesmo 5*!! Não conheço o serviço de alojamento, apenas estive lá num batizado, mas o local é magnífico. Ideal para quem procura um local calmo com paisagens divinais. Óptimas condições. Espaço simpático. Um bom ponto de partida para conhecer a região... Entre o Douro e o Tua, com um cheiro a trás os montes!

Funcionárias muito prestáveis e atenciosas. Suite grande, acolhedora e com bonita vista. Espaço muito agradável ao qual retorno sempre que posso.

Wow! Ich würde 100x wieder dorthin kommen, wenn ich könnte! Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin mit toller Umgebung. So gemütlich dass es sich anfühlt wie zu Hause. Hier kann man in den Weinbergen richtig entspannen. Danke für den Portwein aufs Haus. Es war der beste, den ich in Portugal probiert habe. Danke für das tolle Dinner! So elegant!

The exquisite attention to detail, fine interior design, gorgeous gardens and warm hospitality make this a unique holiday destination. Highly recommended, although if you are vegan, the breakfast choices are dismal.

Extremamente sossegado, longe de tudo e de todos. O enquadramento, com vinhas e, na propriedade, com árvores de fruto, das quais nos podemos servir à vontade, faz as delícias das crianças e dos adultos. O quarto/estúdio, bem equipado, confortável, moderno e localizado junto à piscina, que tem um ótimo tamanho e é muito confortável. Os proprietários e os responsáveis pelas refeições são extremamente amáveis e acolhedores, fazendo-a os sentir "em casa" e bem-vindos! A melhorar, o mini-frigorífico, com muito pouca capacidade de refrigeração, a informação turística da zona (aquando da visita a uma praia fluvial, trouxe uma publicação gratuita sobre praias do interior de Portugal, que gostaria muito de ter tido comigo de início, p. ex.). Na última noite de estadia, o ar condicionado deixou de funcionar. Felizmente não foi uma noite quente, como as anteriores, senão, teria sido um problema.

Nuno and Anne are beautiful people and super welcoming. Have not met the owners but we had them on the phone and the lady sounded very nice too. First day here, their dinner recommendation was excellent, looking forward to try the in house dining, the chat and stroll around was super . The rooms are so clean, you can smell the fresheness on the sheets and pillows. The set up is very basic you have to bring your own water to drink and etc but do it and just enjoy pool and silence. And the view on its own. Its just a wonderful break from hotels and receptions and house keeping. We loved it! Will be back very soon. I must add on this review that we stayed in the rooms outside the main house because we found them cosier. Also after trying the food, don't miss out on delicious home cooked hearty meals.

On s'y sent comme à la maison ... celle dont on rêve tous ! Chambre très grande et salle de bain on ne peut plus agréable et propre. Vue incroyable sur la montagne. Tranquillité et gentillesse de notre hôte. Un peu difficile à trouver sans GPS, pas de sèche-cheveux dans les chambres.

Dos melhores locais de turismo rural português onde ja fiquei. Tem recursos internos de topo. Excelente local para fins de semana temáticos no verão, inverno, todas as estações do ano. Tem piscina exterior. Varias salas de convivio, tv, jogos, leitura, snooker. O melhor de tudo a comida feita com muita dedicação pela cozinheira. Vinho da casa é 5estrelas!. Preço muito bom vs qualidade geral.

Bellísima casa rural ideal para descansar y "desenchufarse" de la vida cotidiana. La hospitalidad de Rui es de destacar. Cómodas habitaciones (estuvimos dos parejas en una casita independiente con dos habitaciones, dos baños, salón y una comedor) muy amplias y bien decoradas. Hermoso lugar rodeado de montañas, valles y viñedos. Muy recomendable.

Le bonheur, accueil chaleureux, lieu splendide, le calme, paysages de toute beauté, la cuisine est délicieuse.

Excellent place to stay, hospitable, swimming pool, fair price, quiet, bit hard to find but extremely worth while! I certainly recommend this place.
