Didn't go here to drink, went here for lunch, it was the best lunch our family had all holiday trip and it was reasonably priced, I had the fillet steak sandwich and that was yummy. I would go back to it again had we not found it on the last day.

PS I Norge koster en 1/2 liter øl ca 12 euro på et utested
Har vært i Albufeira nå i 13 år på rad og dette er et sted jeg alltid returnerer til. Og kommer til det fremover..

04.2018. We went for a coffee on the first day of our holiday. This place is awesome guys. We were met by Kelly and ever since we almost lived there and reluctantly left when our trip was over. The food and drinks are top, the bands smashing, the staff -Marcia, Chris and everyone are the very epitome of hospitality and friendship. Thank you to all, we'll be back soon. 04.2019. We are all back here, again. After a year we found, that the place have changed a bit .

Had lunch here today. An elderly man had a fall and was hurt and badly shaken, as was his partner. I cannot praise the staff highly enough in the way they dealt with them both. They called an ambulance, tended to his injuries and reassured him throughout until the ambulance arrived. They were all youngsters, but their concern for the man's wellbeing was touching. What a fantastic bunch of staff! Oh, and the food was excellent too.

Guaranteed to always have live music. Great bands and good atmosphere. Situated in the middle of the old town, so can easily make this a stop on your pub crawl. Went here 3 times during our 4 night stay. Pool tables at the back back, but didn't use them.

A nice place to eat and drink on the main square in the old town of albufeira. Drinks are average price and food is of a good quality and usually hot. The only downfall is their "unwillingness" to get your bill when you wish to go. A bad thing?

Rude servants, pushy, and repeatedly touching children. Burger bun was falling apart. Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. Sweet potato fries were perfect. Chocolate milkshake was warm. Table of 6 given 2 sachets of salt n pepper and I almost had to fight the servents to get more. Most people here for beer. Prices are UK prices not Portugal prices. Just keep walking past.

Great rock band had a pint of magners cider god knows what it was but it wasn't magners friendly staff and the price ok good bands play in here worth a visit

Káva chuťově hrozná. Obsluha zmatečná. Dostali jsme na stůl cizí jídlo a asi po 15 minutách předáno obsluhou na správný stůl.

Os menus promocional eram bom e o molho de piripiri fui ótimo. Também o serviço é bom. Die Pouletbrust mit piripiri Sauce war ganz gut . Auch das spare ribs menu war auch ok. Die Bedienung aufmerksam. Super Preis -Leistung.

Ci siamo andati una sera durante il nostro soggiorno ad Albufeira, il locale non ha tradito le nostre aspettative, il buttadentro è stato molto gentile e carino con me e mia sorella e anche se l'abbiamo lasciato per guardare altri locali alla fine siamo tornati da lui perché era quello che ci ha ispirato di più. E devo dire che alla fine tra musica, e cibo buonissimo e tradizionale, ci siamo divertite. I costi per niente alti. Ci torneremo.

Spent 3 nights in Portugal in May with my friend the 2nd night we came to this bar and ended up staying all night the live music was great and a very friendly bar . It lives up to its name as I lost my balance and fell into a man who is now my partner

Food is awful.....still picking the tough lamb chops out of teeth.....bruchetta is actually garlic bread with cheese.....service very poor.only restaurant that I have never left a tip...overcharged us as well...friend just finished throwing up her ribs.so many great restaurants but unfortunately we landed in this one...keep away.....

Large bar, not far from the beach with seating both inside and outdoor (outdoor seating is covered by parasols) with water mist fans to keep you cool. Very good, friendly bar staff. Good quality drinks. The bar serves food throughout the day. It's possible to get a free bottle of wine with your evening meal, if you accept the leaflet from the promotion staff, and order from a certain menu - prices are reasonable. There is also a roof terrace restaurant with sea views. The bar is open until about 1 a.m.

I ate the tuna salad and my colleague a toast. The salad was good, what was missing was a slice of bread. Toast was also good, normal size. Just what you can expect for 6€.

Just fancied a quick lunch, didn’t realise I would get terrible service and by far the worst food I’ve ever eaten in Portugal. I ordered a burger and it came with cheap greasy ham on top of and over cooked cheap greasy patty which I wouldn’t give to the dog.
If you like overcooked cheap greasy food and long waits this is the place for you.

They said it was happy hour. I’ve never been so miserable in all my life. Now I was never expecting a gourmet meal, but what I am about to describe to you will make you cancel your flights and go to Anglesey instead.
The picture of the fish and chips advertised looks ok at best. I thought, hey I’ll give that a go. Quick and easy lunch. What arrived at the table only made me feel remorse for the fish which gave its life to become such a monstrosity. Two miserable fish fingers sat there on my plate. The closest they’d been to the sea in maybe 7 years?
I could only dream of getting out of this nightmare with the nail griding flute music in the background only cementing the idea that this, was a mistake.
Run far people go anywhere but here. Learn from my mistake and don’t let it be your own. If you need lunch, please just go and grab some lays or something else instead.

I stopped at vertigo bar for lunch with my family during the day whilst we were visiting Albufeira.
Upon entering Vertigo bar we felt very welcome, the place is clean and tidy, as are the toilets. The staff here are extremely helpful, friendly and attentive to your needs. We needed a high chair which was promptly given to us and the staff quickly realised that our table was not big enough for the four of us so moved us to a more suitable setting.
There is a great selection on the food menu and it is all reasonably priced, our meals arrived hot and everything was of good quality and as you would expect.
If we were visiting Albufeira again we would definitely pay another visit to this place.

The band was excellent. Singer/ Guitar player Vitor Bacalhau is very impressive, he makes world class playing look easy, awesome to hear and watch. Bass and drummer excellent as well.

Serveurs sympas mais monnaie mal rendue à la fin.
Ce restaurant, malgré qu'il soit bien noté, est un piège à touristes. Nous avons eu le droit à des plats tous préparés, voire décongelés. Les burgers étaient froids. Ne vous attendez pas à de la grande cuisine.

Pretty average, standard pizza fare. Too much cheese, not enough toppings. Staff looked board and hungover. Low cost but still expensive for what you get. The usual no effort, strip type of place.. Unfortunately too many of these places in Albufeira..!

Wir waren 3 mal da. Am kleinen Marktplatz von Albufeira gelegen. Sehr persönlich. Der Kellner konnte sich noch an uns erinnern. Das hat uns dazu bewegt den letzten Abend zum Essen dorthin zu gehen. Wir waren so begeistert. Portugiesisches Steak mit Batataslices einfach köstlich. Abends mit Livemusik einfach ein Besuch wert.

Absolutely a fantastic place to go. Food and drink excellent. Staff are so friendly and obliging. Music is the best in albufeira. Top class acts some of international standard. A reasonable evening out assured always.
