Me gustó todo. Un sitio estupendo. Habitación nuy grande, con espacio para los niños y el trato excepcional.

Unforgettable stay at Quinta da Alcaidaria Mor. The kids loved it, enjoying the environment and the animals, especially Scubby the mansion's Labrador (or was it a Teddy Bear ?). The landlord made us feel welcome and breakfast is thoroughly a unique experience in the Quinta's dining room where we could witness 400 years of history. The Quinta is very well situated. 5 days is not enough to visit the region's natural and cultural heritage. Definitely one of our best memories of our Portugal trip.

The staff was very nice and the houses were very warm. I liked it very much. I also liked the game room and the outdoor space. It's nice to be there with or without your family. The only thing that I didn't liked very much was that only some houses had breakfast. Dispit that Quinta da Alcaidaria-Mor was very nice .

Todos os anos vamos para hotéis , mas este ano quisemos mudar e foi que fizemos a reserva na quinta e foi uma excelente ideia porque a quinta é 5 ⭐. Quando chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos pelo sr.Nuno 5⭐ ( dono da quinta) A casa é muito bonita , acolhedora e quem quiser descansar e o ideal Apesar de só termos passado uma noite em vez de três por motivos de força maior o Sr. Nuno e sua esposa com toda a simpatia e compreençao que tiveram connosco , ajudaram no que foi preciso. Em meu nome e em nome dos meus quero agradecer mais uma vez ao Sr.Nuno e esposa ficamos muito agradecidos por tudo. Vamos voltar .

24 octobre 2018 au 28 octobre 2018Un très beau manoir, avec des articles de grande valeur. Une chambre très confortable, Nous sommes arrivés pour un soir et nous sommes restés 4 soirs. Les propriétaires très accueillants et chaleureux. Quant au petit déjeuner, jai mangé les meilleurs œufs brouillés de ma vie. A revenir sans faute.

Lovely property and a kind and attentive host who helped us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

Super spot. We travelled as family with 2 small kids and everything was great. Self contained acccommodation, with terrace. Kids loved feeding the donkeys. The owner is very welcoming and has some super restaurant and sight seeing tips. Very relaxed vibe and we loved it.

O acolhimento não podia ser melhor. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e limpos. O pequeno almoço é ótimo assim como a piscina. Quando puder volto de certeza!!!

Hospitalidade máxima em um ambiente muito aconchegante. O Nuno é um ótimo anfitrião, sempre atencioso e com ótimas dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Na propriedade múltiplas casa ( charmosos chalés) além dos quartos na casa central, oliveiras , ovelhas e até mesmo um pônei, mas o maior charme é a entrada com um caminho de árvores centenárias a formar túnel

This is a very nice and pleasant Hotel. A 400 year old family house steeped in history with stunning gardens and grounds. The staff is very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful dinning room. The only regret we had with this hotel was that we should have stayed longer. Strongly recommend!

The Quinta da Alcaidaria-Mór hotel is a splendid 17th century property with cottages and surrounding grounds.On arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by the property owner with Scuby the family dog and were provided with a description of the hotel facilities and attractions in the area.We stayed in a charming cottage adjacent to the main house which was equipped with self-catering facilities and wood burning heater. The view from our cottage was of a paddock with donkeys and sheep.We visited the 12th century Ourem castle and had drinks in a delightful cafe in the nearby village.We had an excellent evening meal in the Botega restaurant in Ourem and a splendid breakfast in the hotel. During breakfast we met some other very interesting hotel guests who had dined in the hotel the previous evening. They clearly had much enjoyed their dinner. After hearing about the dinner provided in the hotel, we questioned the need to travel to eat elsewhere. In summary, we had an extremely enjoyable stay at the hotel.

ABSOLUTELY Beautiful cottage beautiful setting. Cottage cleaned everyday. Not far from must sees of Fatima and Tomar had no car but owner offered and local taxi driver took us everywhere for little cost seen everything missed nothing but were able to return to the beautiful tranquil settings of hotel.Treat yourself 10/10.Only home miss it already would definitely return. 5 stars.

Ambiência fantástica, confortável , com todos os ingredientes para uns dias bem passados, piscina, salão de leitura, silêncio e a companhia dos animais da quinta. Localização permite que seja uma base para visitas de carro a diversas cidades próximas, como Tomar, Leiria, Coimbra, etc. O atendimento é feito pelos próprios donos, que são muito simpáticos e atenciosos até nos pequenos detalhes, mas sem atrapalhar a privacidade e o descanso dos hóspedes. Experiência a repetir em breve.

The house has very rustic feel to it, without it getting on the way of how beautiful and peaceful it is. It has a good swimming pool and a bar with table tennis and a pool table, the whole place just "whispers" you to relax. As an added bonus there are a lot of history rich places to visit nearby as well as some other activities. Would recommend for someone looking for a good countryside stay.

I would not recommend a long stay. The place is ok, but the old houses could use a small modernization. Kitchen was really small. For the same prices there are better alternatives.
